Ajicka looked long and hard at Avikna. She was... trying not to judge. "So you don't use your starter anymore? Any reason why?" she asked. She kept her voice even. She wasn't going to... let herself get angry, and jump to conclusions, but she wasn't going to let the subject drop, either. She wasn't much of a sentimentalist, but even she knew starters were special. It wasn't just because of her bond with Jas, either. It was more than that. She felt this way even before she actually started her own journey. But, maybe she was getting ahead of herself...
She paused and frowned when Avikna's egg apparently began to hatch, and stepped back, folding her arms over her chest. She didn't have a comment, and she wasn't going to interfere. That was sort of an... important thing, and Avikna, regardless of the issue of her starter, deserved the right to focus entirely on it.
ZK, meanwhile, was getting annoyed. And irritated. And frustrated. And, if he was being honest (which he wasn't, and wouldn't be), a little scared. What the hell was wrong with Kezia? When he saw her bring her claws to her head and turn away, part of him wanted to move after her and make sure she was alright, but he stoppd himself. Instead he just shifted uncomfortably, and looked after her, a frown on his muzzle beneath the scowling human illusion he wore. Scoffing, he rolled his eyes and threw Aislin a sharp look. "Is your nose broken or something, dog? Or maybe your aura vision is out for repair?" he snapped, scowl still on his face. Seriously, how could she not tell he was a zoroark? He knew his illusion was good, but... Actually, maybe it was that good? Heh, that was nice to know... But he wasn't going to be nice about it, all the same. Especially not to a lucario.
He frowned at Aislin's questions, though, and looked at Kezia. ".... Last time I saw her she was with some human," he replied. Well that went smoothly. The defeated trainer took the battle well enough and was kind enough to even offer a few potions for the crew to use which they did happily. Once everyone was back to full health, they set their focus on another trainer who had come to challenge them, eager to continue the fight. They'd get stronger in no time!

After a few more, painstakingly slow minutes, Pearl found that she couldn't stand to sit still another millisecond. Glancing up at her trainer momentarily, the Vaporeon gave a swift nod, a promise to herself that she'd return soon, before she slinked away. In all honesty, she had no clue where she was headed to, she just knew that anywhere was better than where she'd been before; even if she did end up having to turn back around, at least she would've seen a few sights.

Not even a minute into her impromptu exploration and Pearl became, painfully, aware that she was missing something; or rather 'someone'. With a longing sigh the Vaporeon craned her neck to try and spot Eevee, who had opted to stay behind with Apollo this go round. He'd been with her since before they'd even arrived at the fair, and through the few hours they'd spent together the water-type had to grown to enjoy his company. Of course... their time together would have to come to an end when this fair was over, the thought causing Pearl's fins to droop sadly. She didn't want him to go!

No sooner had Pearl come to the realization that her time with Eevee was drawing to a close than she was raking her mind to try and come up with a way to keep them together. The most obvious reason was to, of course, convince Apollo to take the Eevee in as one of his own, but... he already had a lot of pokemon as it was, what if he didn't want anymore? If that happened, then the next best solution was to try and convince Apollo's friend to take Eevee; he would probably be sticking around her trainer, right? Though... hm.. she got the distinct feeling that he wouldn't be so willing to take on any other pokemon either. Well, if both those two failed, then.. Eevee could just tag-along! Like he'd been doing now, only long-term.

Cyrus snapped out of his silent, covert seething when his friend addressed him, telling him he could have a pick of his stuff. He looked up to his friend, then over to the booth. Not one to turn down such an offer, Cyrus leaned over a bit, looking at the counter. "Since you're offering, I wouldn't mind a Flamethrower tm and a stone edge tm." he replied. Once the tms were placed on the counter, he took them and tucked them away into his bag. "Thank you, Apollo." he said to his friend. He would have asked for a plate as well, but didn't want to seem greedy. Hopefully all business was done here, or soon to be done. Not only was cy finding it rather unbearable to be around Apollo when he was 'making moves' on the aussie, but a damp dress was certainly not the most comfortable thing to be standing around in. Avikna shifted some, feeling mild pressure from Ajicka's questioning. She didn't want to upset the first person she'd met that she could actually call a friend so quickly. "I.. really don't know why." She replied, deciding on just being honest. "A lot started to happen at about that time..." The more she got to thinking about it... the more she felt she should at least check on the serpent, along with her other Pokemon she'd pretty much neglected. She wouldn't be surprised if they'd all decided to up and abandon her by now. She couldn't imagine how they were being treated, since she never bothered to check. Feeling more and more frustrated with herself, the red-head was starting to get annoyed, but thankfully, that egg started to hatch.
After a few shakes and cracks a canine-like snout pushed it's way through the egg's shell. Revealing the first feature of the Pokemon held within. A moment later and the egg began to glow, and slowly disintegrate. When the light faded, Avikna was now holding a small canine-like Pokemon in her hands. Held at arm length, she took a moment to look over the beast she held. She'd never seen anything like it... at least nothing was coming up off the top of her head right off the bat. Tilting her head some her eyes narrowed at the wiggly-tailed creature. 'Lu!' It barked, seemingly smiling as it stared up at Avikna. The red-head quickly looked around, finding herself in a curious predicament. Pulling the pup in she held it up like a child to her chest, while she used her now free hand to fetch her Pokedex. Another thing she'd pretty much neglected since the start of her journey. Surprise that it still worked set aside, Avikna quickly scanned her new addition. The image and information the dex gave her made the red-head quirk a brow. "It's a dragon?" She inquired to no one in particular. This can't be right. This thing looks nothing like a dragon. Not only that.. but it was also a fairy-type. Which meant... Setting the dex back into her bag she extended the canine once more outward. "You're immune to dragon-type moves." No wonder her grandfather gave this little one to her. Thing was... if she was to use it anytime soon she'd need to really get back to training. Glancing over to Ajicka, the red-head let out a sigh. "My grandfather gave me the egg, and looks like this one will be pretty useful for me, but that means I've got to do some training. Sorry, but I might be heading out soon." She didn't want to leave just yet however, the final lotto's hadn't been called out, and Avikna for one was apart of a very peculiar lotto that she'd really like to stick around to find out the results for. Besides, she had Ajicka's number now.. so if ever there was a need for them to meet once more, she had the means to contact the other trainer. Perhaps next time they could even have a battle.
Aislin narrowed her eyes at ZK, snarling some at his rude tone. She didn't reply however, really not wanting to admit that she wasn't really good at using her Aura abilities.. and well... her sense of smell was terrible as well. She blamed that one on the dragon that had attacked her den as well, which in truth was the cause for her poor sense of smell, and hearing. Folding her arms under her spike she simply rolled her eyes. Stepping away, but keeping with in earshot to ZK to pick up his response. Her eyes turned back some with his later response. So Kezia was with another human before? Her trainer maybe? Did that mean she wasn't kidnapped... but what then, happened to her trainer? The canine frowned some, shaking her head slightly.
The fox in question hadn't wandered to far away, staying about fifteen or so feet away from ZK and Aislin. She lowered her claws down when her foot hit something on the earth. Looking down she saw a sphere-shaped object roll into a puddle. Lowering her self down she grabbed hold of it, holding the object up. Wiping away the mud ,she found she was looking at a Pokeball... her Pokeball. She was caught? Closing her eyes ,she rose the ball to her nose, but found.... it had no scent. The water and mud had done their job of erasing the scent of whomever once held this ball. Did they abandon her than? Holding her head up, she took in a deep breath, her expression turning from confusion and pain to anger. She remembered her mother saying something like... 'not all humans are bad' but what was she suppose to make of this? Whether she was abandoned or not, with this ball in her hands she was free. Looking back down at it, she let out a snarl before she pressed it between both her paws and crushed the ball, tossing it's remains into a nearby trash container.
Standing up she looked herself over ,and settled on a human guise that, was actually similar to the one she'd had before loosing her memory. Somethings never change. Dawned with her human "Costume" The fox made her way back to ZK and Aislin. 'I don't know what the hell is going on.. But my memories should return eventually, if not, oh well. Honestly I don't care... What I do want to know then.. since you know now that I have to memories of whenever the hell we met before, I need you to fill me in ZK. What exactly did I say the last time we met?' Almost like her humans guise had altered her personality, Aislin was rather unsettled by Kezia's new attitude. Though, that unsettled feeling quickly faded as the canine got a better look at her human guise.. it was actually pretty cool looking. Literally. She was dawned head to two in blue shades and tints. From her hair to her eyes to her clothing. Kezia really liked blue apparently.

Noah let loose a yawn, rubbing wearily at his eyes. He was… really starting to get tired and it was reflecting in his skills. Stifling a yawn he absently flung the bean bags, not really caring that he only landed one of them. Where his weariness seemed to impede him on the bean bag toss, it gave him skill on the platter game. He didn’t even realize though that he’d gone and destroyed the max amount of plates.

Another yawn and he fired off the catapult with the same amazing luck as before. The Dewott was still groggily unaware that he was doing so well, simply collecting the tokens and moving to the next game in a sort of automated process. It was probably better that he head back to Lafayette and get his trainer to let him nap. For once, he was willing to go back in his pokeball. At least for a rest. Or maybe Lafayette would let him piggyback? He was a little bigger now, so just riding on the man’s shoulder like he did when he was an Oshawott was out of the question. But he wasn’t too big to just sit on his shoulders. A shoulder ride sounded fun…

One final lazy bobbing and a decent collection of berries and Noah was done. He was sleepy and it was becoming a struggle for him to keep his eyes open. It was rather surprising how tired he was; but then again the day had been rather eventful. There’d been battles and games and shows and all that stuff… and now he needed a nap. Collecting the last of the tokens he chucked them into the bucket before sluggishly dragging it back in the direction of Lafayette and the others, yawning and adjusting the helmet on his head once more as he tried not to trip over his own webbed feet.

Back with the trio of humans, Eevee found himself craning his neck to try and see where Pearl had gone; a voice in the back of his head pointing out that he wouldn't have needed to get a crick in his neck if he'd just followed after his friend. At this, however, his gaze instantly dropped down to the ground and he sneered, nose lifting up at the mud collecting together. Yeah... so... what did it mattered if he ended up hurting his neck a bit? He certainly didn't care. After all, the alternative to this was... much worse in his opinion.
