No. I never died. This is the same RPC. I'm just not RPing until it gets approved. Koi is in Mist right now...
And, they are called Shinobi Skills. Well, Skills, are:
the ability, coming from one's knowledge, practice, aptitude, etc., to do something well: Carpentry was one of his many skills.
And the opposite of a skill, is something you are incapable of doing. With that said, I feel as if it is unnecessary to place down Cannot Learn Medical as a bonus. Well, I just want to get my profile approved, and stop arguing.

The opposite of a skill would be a deficiency, not an inability. But whatever, it doesn't matter becasue I'm not changing it. The information needs to be somewhere for everyone to see, and so, I've placed it there rather then complicate things and make another section for 'Shinobi Deficiencies'. You'll just have to deal with it.

2. Your shinobi skills is slightly lacking in the other details mentioned. I'll edit it for you.
3. The details of your secondary elements were removed... they are there for a reason, or rather to act as a reminder and avoid confusion. As a genin, you can only use your primary element. I'll add those details back in for you as well.
4. Your projectile/ninja tool holsters... some of them have a position, but no color, but others have a color but no position. Can you look over that area and make sure its accurate? thanks. ok

Behavior: Niar never speaks, since his family was murdered he was not spoken one word.
Backstory: A long time ago in Niar's family there was a fight over whether Niar's father should marry Niar's mother, but in the end his parents got married and had him months later. Niar's Grandfather, his mother's father, was not happy about this and killed Niar's Father on Nair's second birthday. A few months later his mother killed herself, it seemed she could not live without her husband.
Her final words were that her Father take care of Niar but that didn't work very well, Niar was less than dirt to his Grandfather, but he watched him till the age of five at that age his grand father gave him a scroll that contained Ink Jutsu he also gave him a very unique weapon a few food rations and then left him in the fire country.

Behavior: After the Chunin Exams, Koi became a well mannered gentlemen, and is always looking to protect people.
Personality: Koi is... well Koi. You'd really need to find out for yourself, as it cannot be put into words.
Biography: Koi was a young male in Kumogakure, and grew up under the order of the Raikage. He had always felt like there was a special presence, but wouldn't find out about it until later. He was under the supervision and trained by the Raikage's younger brother, but found the village to be boring, and wasn't full of ninja, like he wanted. He set out after defeating one of any opponents, gravely injuring the opponent. He ended up in Kirigakure, seeming at home. He had always bared the Mist Village Shinobi's physical appearances. He was once a sane man, but now, it would seem as if he was a boy that could fit into society. He then would attend the Chunin Exams, and failed. He barely passed the Written Exam, was doing a bad job in the team work part, and decided to throw his final match. He had decided that his purpose in life was to give the Sanbi that he had finally unlocked to the Akatsuki, but when he was in The Valley of The End, he realized that living and protecting the Sanbi was what he was really meant to do.

Three Tails (Sanbi), Isonade
Description:
Sanbi is one of the "bijuu", a tailed beast of the ancient world. Seeking a way to create a ninja with a large amount of chakra that would be an unstoppable machine, the demons were placed inside shinobi.
Restrictions:
This demon is allowed to make water from its chakra, but in doing so it will lose immense amounts of chakra. It cannot revert the water back to chakra or revert any water to chakra. Its shell is hard and takes a hard pressure to break it. Making it a good defense. This demon controls water but not ice, though its another form of it its still different.
Level of Demon:
Stage 1
When user under goes transformation his skin will harden as a turtle would, this would support them in combat. There eyes will change turtle like, overall his defense would have raise. If someone is to close the user may snap at them or swing away.
Stage 2
The host size will now increase to that of the demon, the demon abilities will be at max now that there is a host. The shelling of his body is are to get past, spewing water is common as the host need it to serve and move around. A simple smack with the tail can numb the body, over all the demon is master of water.
Fighting Style
Unbreakable shell, only able to be damaged at openings where flesh is shown (head), and also near incapable of fast offense and reliant on water and counterattacks. Sometimes dim-witted, but near impermeable; it's lack of brains it makes up in girth, and attacks are usually made as counters rather than offense.
Abilities:
• Control over water to a extent as it cannot remove water from living things. Like in the description you can make water but lose lots of chakra and the host would have hard skin.
• If you also have the element wind, you cannot create ice using wind and water element.
• Fast swimmer in any body of water.
• Cannot control water based attacks thrown at you that aren't your own, however you can overpower them or negating both.
• Can control natural water but not opponents water attacks.
• Foreign substances in the water will not be controlled only the water.
• Host can be out of water for too long, they need it in order to keep form and stay alive.
• Can use any water technique from the jutsu list at your ranking level.
Isonade's Hammer

A Jutsu that creates a Hammer out of Pure chakra when this hammer hits the ground geyser's of water shot through the groun in straight lines for up to a meter away. making this powerful if it hits or misses. geyser's last short amount of time.

a Hard technique to use but a powerful one to muster, a crack forms in the Ground and the user Hits the ground nearest with isonade's hammer and a huge 2 meter radious geyser Form's and rushes from the ground at boiling hot tempretures Bruning and Causing great damage.

after creating complex handsigns the user opens there mouth and creates a small deep lake, this is created by the user also changing the landscape slightly by stamping there Foot witch causes the ground to collapse by about 3 meter's - 15 foot. this technique is killer on the chakra front.
Depth Cannon

inhaling massive amounts of water and shooting them under water at an opponent making this technique hard to dodge as they would have to swim out of the way. if hits the emense pressure can also cause serious Damage.
Mist Illusion

Description: The user emits a mist from their body covering the whole area. This mist can't be blown away. Once this mist touches the opponent they will see what they fear most attacking them and causing them physical harm.

1. looking at your jutsu more closely, it says that you know 4 Chuunin level techniques, but in our current jutsu system, as a Genin, you shouldn't be able to learn more then one, maybe 2 at max.
...HOWEVER, Im willing to make a ONE TIME exception in your case becasue the system changed AFTER you learned those and becasue you have the Sanbi (it would make sense that you could gain access to higher level water jutsu sooner).
BUT, you can't learn anymore Chuunin Suiton jutsu until you actually become Chuunin. Deal?

Personality: Quiet and humble, but not shy or stupid. He can be playful at times, but knows when to be serious. Very studious and involved in his training.
Behavior: Luo is a calm person by nature. There isn't really much that upsets him. He's pretty laid back and enjoys good conversation, though at times it can be told from his face that he hates stupidity.
Backstory: Luo's father an ex member of the mist seven, and his mother a retired sand shinobi, they met initially during a joint mission between both countries, and immediately retired from their duties as ninja. Four years after they met and married, Luo was born in Suna hospital. He spent most of his early childhood traveling back and forth from Kiri to Suna to visit family, but once he entered the academy, he began to travel less and less. Luo soon came to learn about his bloodline which came from Kirigakure and his father, although his father decided not to tell him until he graduated the academy. Although a quiet boy, Luo excelled in the academy receiving high marks on all tests given. Luo: I'll allow you to join Sand, but you're the last one for a while. We need people to join the other villages.
1. I'll take a look at your bloodline in a bit.
2. You need to choose a second and third element.
3. You don't start off knowing anything but the basic 4 jutsu. You need to learn everything else (except for the basic skills, which apparently, you can just know, so long as you have the proper element)

Ah okay, wasn't sure if you started off with the basic genin jutsu for your main element or not. I'll edit. But which basic skills can I just know? Like the E-Ranked water jutsu pretty much?
I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put my other elements now, or as I gained them, so I left them blank, but I'll fix it up.
