Kekkei Genkais Clans Elemental Clans

The Kekkei Genkai are the abilities passed down from parent to child. These genetic inheritances grant the ninja unique abilities and physical traits not found anywhere else in the world.Kekkei Genkai (血継限界, Kekkei Genkai "Bloodline Limit") are abilities passed down genetically in specific clans. Most clans have developed special jutsu related to their kekkei genkai and their related jutsu cannot be taught or copied by others, as they require the specific genetic trait to work. Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called "pupil, or ocular, techniques" (瞳術, dōjutsu?), such as the Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan. Other kekkei genkai, like the First Hokage and Yamato's Mokuton ability, revolve around a simultaneous combination of two separate chakra elements.

Uchiha Clan

History: The Uchiha clan was descended from the elder of the two boys entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with the power and will of the way of the ninja. The elder believed that might would bring peace. The Sage chose the younger as more fitting to be his successor, causing the elder to be vengeful. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.

Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.

Sharingan - [Stage One]

Sharingan
The Sharingan is an eye technique that naturally occurs in a select few members of the Uchiha clan. The Sharingan is thought to be descended from the Byakugan, but grants the user different abilities and a different insight. The Sharingan does not automatically appear from birth in a user; instead, it will usually appear when the user is in a life-threatening situation, where the power of the Sharingan could save them. After this first appearance, the user can then call up the Sharingan any time they wish. The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, with a maximum of three in each.



Requirements:
- You have to be in a life or death situation to obtain the sharingan.

Rules:
- Once the Sharingan is awakened, it can be activated at will.
- When first awakened, the user has two tomoe in one eye, and one tomoe in the other.
- Every battle the user is in which requires them to move beyond their current capabilities, or suffer extreme danger or death, adds a tomoe to each eye, until it is fully awakened.
- When activated, use of the Sharingan slowly drains chakra, and the drain grows the longer it is held. [For the first 5 posts, using the sharingan costs 1 chakra point per post, then its 2 points per post for the next 5 posts after that.]

Abilities:
- Sharingan's users are able to see the chakra flow. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]

- The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a Genjutsu. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]

- The Sharingan's grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements[or mimic something like pencil movements. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]

- The Sharingan grants the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own, or even modify them to create his own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. [Requirement : 3 tomoe]

- As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects. [Requirement : 5 tomoe]

- Finally, the user is able to see what the user is doing with such clarity, that they can even predict what they will do next, and finish their own action before they can. (However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.) [Requirement : 6 tomoe]

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilzing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

- Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique - C Rank
Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large torrential fire burst onto the target.

- Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade - C Rank
Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken which have wire attached. While in the air the clan member can manipulate wire to make the blades circle the target, which results in the attached wire binding them.

The Mangekyou Sharingan - [STAGE 2]

Description: The Mangekyou Sharingan, literally Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye, is a higher form of the Uchiha clan Sharingan. The Mangekyou Sharingan is not easy to obtain however for those who are not made of cold blood as they must make a tremendous sacrifice in order to obtain it, they must kill their best friend.

Rules
- You will go blind after usage of 40 times
- Takes a great deal of Chakra so limited use required
- To obtain you must have proof that you have killed a Sharingan User (At Your Level)
- You must be Jounin or up to achieve Mangekyou

Amaterasu-Goddess of the Sun (Heavenly Illumination) Technique - S Rank
Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

You can have EITHER Tsukuyomi or Susanoo, not both!

Tsukuyomi - God of the Moon (Moon Reader) Technique - S Rank
Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. This jutsu is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.

Susanoo - God of the Sea and Storms - S+ Rank
Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a sword wielding spectral form which will surround the user. This jutsu is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. Susanoo will first form around the user as a skeleton. This skeletal form will then generate muscle and armor for battle and wield both a sword and shield. The sword is formed out of the sake in the gourd it holds, meaning the sword has no true physical form. This legendary weapon, known as Totsuka's Sword and the Sakegari (Sake Cutting) Long Sword, utilizes the main ability of the jutsu. Anyone or anything cut by the blade will be sealed away into a Genjutsu of blissful oblivion until the end of time. It is said the sword is thus the ultimate counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword. The shield is known as Yata's Mirror. It is said this shield can defend against any attack. Together the sword and shield will make the Susanoo user nearly invincible. Like other Mangekyou techniques, usage of Susanoo will damages the eyes and health of the user.

Kamui (God's Majetsy) - S Rank
Kamui is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.


Utakata - Ephemeral - A Rank
Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi. Itachi will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan [STAGE 3]



Uchiha Madara's Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan

History: This both a great and terrible boost for the Uchiha after the effects of what happened to Madara himself the Uchiha found out that they could go blind from using their power too much. So the only way was steal the eye of another and keep yourself from seeing forever darkness. Thus the Eternal Mangekyou eyes were formed by forming two Mangekyou together into one eye giving you the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

Rules:
- The only way to achieve this is to steal the eyes of another.
- You must be at least Jounin Level to obtain this power.
- You must have been in Uchiha for at least Two months before you can obtain this power.

Sendaiko (God of the Sun Heavenly Illumination) - S Rank
This is a technique that can only be learned from an Uchiha who has reached Eternal it is considered the second level of the Amaterasu. This power was awakened within Seiko's right Mangekyou eye which is the reason why it changed Green because this technique was hidden within it. Once caught in the users eyesight a white flame will release from his eyes burning anything that his eyes see the white flames can extinguish the Black flame with ease and it strong enough to rival the Ice of the Iyoku Clan who has the Zero Point Breakthrough. The white flame can melt there Ice but not as fast as they can with there own flame.

Ryuujin Tenchi (Realm Of The Dragon God) - S Rank
This is a technique that can only be learned from an Uchiha who has reached Eternal it is considered the second level of the Tsukuyomi. You are taken to the Realm of the Dragon where you awaken mounted up with you arms and legs are tied then the Six Blades on Seiko's back will impale you one by one creating pasted events in your life feeding off of your emotions beginning with Joy, Envy, Hatred, Lust, and then the last two combined Anger and Sorrow which will cause the opponent to lose his mind and result in killing himself.

Byakugan - [STAGE ONE]
Precise, Deadly, Destructive




Byakugan

The Byakugan (白眼, Byakugan literally "White Eye," English manga "Evil Eye") is an eye technique (瞳術, dōjutsu) that naturally occurs in members of the Hyuga clan] Byakugan possessors are characterized by their white, pupil-less eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils somewhat appear and the veins near their temples bulge. Possessors of the Byakugan are also capable of using the Gentle Fist style of combat.

A person with the Byakugan has a nearly 360 degree field of vision, except for a small blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. Byakugan users can detect anything around them within a small radius, the greater the user's skill with the Byakugan, the larger the radius is, which makes them close-range combat experts. The Byakugan also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. A small degree of telescopic vision is also present, as a Byakugan user can focus on a single object at any point within their range of vision. The degree of focus seems to be dependent on the skill of the user. The Byakugan's insight capacity makes it useful for searching, tracking, and identifying targets.

Protection of the Byakugan ability is very important to the Hyuga clan, and has led to the development of an elaborate family hierarchy. Members of the lesser branch house are branded with a cursed seal on their forehead at a young age. Whenever a branch house member dies, the cursed seal will seal the Byakugan ability so that enemies will not be able to discover its secrets.

Ethereal Byakugan - [STAGE THREE]

Description: The Ethereal eyes has the same ability's as the Neo Byakugan as well as the Byakugan.But the users attitude changes as acts like a total different person then only this the person sees is blood lust. The Basilisk eyes have this ability counter Genjutsu with out using a dispel technique. Other ability's are the same but more powerful. The Ethereal eyes have a different Taijutsu that is only obtain while in this stage.

Charkra Redirection
This works much like the Gentle fist technique, except reverse. With this, you can see the flow of Chakra, and instead of stop it, re-direct it into the desired area. Do this enough, and the area holding all the Chakra will start to swell with power, to the point of exploding. The This is an eye technique, and doesn't only work against the enemy. For example, If a comrade has an injury, adjust the flow of Chakra to where more, but not too much, is at that location. This would help the point heal more quickly than usual.

The Rinnegan
Powerful,Pain,Body





Rinnegan is the blood inheritance limit of Rokudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage) and his descendants. Rokudou Sennin was viewed as the original shinobi and his Doujutsu was regarded as the most venerable of the three great Doujutsu. As the original shinobi it was said he created modern Ninjutsu. The Rinnegan was regarded as a god of creation when the world was racked with chaos and as a weapon of destruction which could return everything to nothingness. Usage of the Rinnegan was said to give the user mastery over all six forms of chakra nature manipulation.

The true extent of the Rinnegan abilities are currently unknown. Rain orphan Nagato was an inheritor of the Doujutsu, and used it unconsciously when he was angry and afraid. He entered into a berserk state which allowed him to defeat a much stronger foe. It may be this same ability which allowed him to never lose a battle as "Pain," the leader of the Rain Village rebel faction and Akatsuki. Nagato in the guise of "Pain" also has the ability to switch between six different bodies. Each body that Nagato shares also wields the Rinnegan. When Pain summons the other host bodies to fight alongside him, each Rinnegan host will share the same vision. Meaning what one Pain views, all his other bodies also view, even if their vision is damaged. By increasing the number of Rinnegan host bodies on the battlefield, Pain will increase the number of viewing angles and eliminate any potential blind spots.

Nagato's ability to switch between these host bodies probably gives rise to the "Transmigration" name. This is a cycle of reincarnation and rebirth seen in Hinduism and Buddhism. There are six states of rebirth in the cosmology, representing all the good and bad possibilities of life.

Zoufuku Kuchiyose no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Pain with his giant multi-headed canine summon. Upon being struck by a direct attack, the canine can divide into another identical beast and increase its power. The beast can then recombine if needed, with one body carrying the heads of however many additional beasts were created.

Clan History
Ranmaru has a kekkei genkai ability similar to the Byakugan. It includes penetrating vision and a unique chakra particle extension. Ranmaru had the ability to use his vision abilities to penetrate the walls of his small shack and view the outside world and perform Genjutsu that can fool even the Byakugan. This ability does not appear to have the range of the Byakugan, but it actually has the ability to counter that Hyuga trait. Ranmaru's vision is also able to locate and track others by sensing chakra, pick up chakra from medium range distances (200 yards), and notice changes in an individual's chakra. It is also able to sense how many people there are present.

Ranmaru's vision has heightened perception and analytical powers which allows him to see a user's chakra and understand what jutsu is being molded by the user, which can allow him to predict the opponent's next move. He can also see one's life force, allowing them to detect someone's internal physical condition and transfer their own life force to another person in order to heal or revitalize them. When activated, the user's eyes momentarily glow red.

Reddo Itten Ekusutenshon Giryou (Red Particle Extension Skill) - By using the user's chakra, the chakra will convert into visible, bright red particles. These particles are solid, and can be used for attacking and defending. As the user grows in strength, they will have more flexibility with their particles.

Reddo Ichimei Kyouyou Bakemon (Red Life Force Phantom) - A technique where the person creates Red Chakra Particles using the Reddo Itten Ekusutenshon Giryou jutsu, and makes phantom-like clones. These clones have all of the abilities of a shadow clone (Such as transfering information between clones and the user) and two solid hits will destroy the clone.

Light and Dark
Hikari - Kuroyami {Dojutsu}

Since the dawn of time an epic battle as ensued. The powers of light and dark battle against one another in a constant struggle. Two clans derived from each power, the Okari Clan {Light}, and the Kurai Clan {Dark}. Th two clans waged war against each other, always trying to gain the upper hand. A man from the Kurai clan and a woman from the Okari clan soon found the most forbidden form of love; each others clan. In an attempt to unite the clans, the two lovers eloped, secretly marrying each other. For awhile, they were able to live in peace, secluded from the world. The clans soon found out about this abomination, and blamed each other. The couple were kept under strict watch as the war continued. A few months into the renewed war, the woman was found pregnant. The Okari clan demanded that the man be put to death, for tainting their line. The Kurai clan demanded the woman be sentenced to death, for tainting their line. The two lovers fled with their unborn child. The clans quickly forgot about them, and killed each other until they were nothing but a child's bed time story. The son of the lovers was born; the beginning of a joint kekkai genkai.

Rules:

• The light and darkness are being condensed into a physical form, thus they aren't as fast as they normally would, though they retain good speed

• You can only have one other element other than Light and Dark.

• Depending on the stage, the user's eyes will change color.
If Light Stage - The eyes will go white, and shine
If Dark - The eyes will go completely black
If Final Stage - The eyes will be black until the end of the iris is reached, the outer parts will be white and shining

• In the light or final stage, the user can see the entire spectrum of light on anything that gives off light, even in the darkest areas. Flash bangs or blinding jutsu will not affect the user

• In the Dark or Final Stage, the user can see through darkness, but is affected by flash bangs or blinding jutsu

• Using Light or Darkness requires less chakra then a regular element, so regular elements will tire the user more

Light Stage - Hikari

The user's eyes will be white and shining, allowing them to see the entire spectrum of light on anything that gives light off, or reflects. The user will feed off of his/her love, powering it. During this stage, the user will be happy, loving, and merciful

Jutsu:

Light Clone - C ranked
The clone will be made of condensed light, having the physical form of the user, eyes shining white. Once the clone is disposed of they burst into light, which can cause blindness for 1 post.

ight Shuriken - D ranked
The user will use the light to create shining shurikens/kunais/projectiles. Since they are bright and shining, they are harder to dodge than regular ones.

Light Burst - C ranked
The user will condense the light within their palms, and release it swiftly, causing a flash to erupt, can cause blindness for 1 post.

Light Manipulation - C-B ranked
The user will create light and manipulate it to their will. Depending on the shape and size of it, the amount of chakra is different.

Light Pistol - C ranked
The user will hold their hands as if they were guns, and fire hard condensed light at their target. If hit the target will suffer possible bruising and burning depending on where they are hit.


Light Spear - A ranked
The user will hold their arms out as if readying a spear toss. The light will then take on the form of a spear. The user will then hurl it at their target at fast speeds. The light could easily impale most substances, and cause major burns if hit. Even if missed, if the spear passes the target, the heat given off can cause minor burns.

Dark Stage - Kuroyami

The users eyes will turn completely black, allowing them to see through any darkness, where there is no light. The user will feed off of his/her own hatred, powering it. During this stage, the user will be frenzied, evil, and merciless.

Dark Emitter - D ranked
The user will seemingly leak darkness, which can be spread out. Same effects as a smoke bomb.

Myou: Yami Hitoshirenu Me (Dark Release: Darkness's Hidden Eye) - D ranked
A technique thats suitable for stealth/recon missions or even if one's unable to see beyond a certain obstacle. The user strings handsigns together and out of the darkness the user molds an eye from it. This eye shares similar traits to that of sunagakure's third eye technique, only it has a special added effect. It can move through non-chakra obstacles such as a wall. The pupil can be the color of night or blood, depending on the rank of the user.

Myou: Mei Shurikens (Dark Release: Dark Shurikens) - D ranked
A simple technique that can be learned at any rank of the kuroyami clan. The user uses their chakra to mold the darkness into shurikens, which can be thrown by hand or can be thrown by the darkness.

Myou: Ikasama o Kages (Dark Release: Trickery of Shadows) - D ranked
A genjutsu that is used to fool opponents. The shadows move on their own, giving off different appearances or shapes, size and distance are shaped to the user's liking. A useful technique to cause confusion if used in the right area, though its easily able to fail if used in the wrong places or seen through by a skilled shinobi.

Darkness Clone - D ranked
A clone made of pure darkness will be created. It has the exact physical form of the creator but will erupt into a cloud of darkness when dispatched.

Dark Weapon Mask - C ranked
The user's weapon can be covered in darkness, making the weapon sharper and longer, or changing its shape.

Myou: Mei Kikou (Dark Release: Dark Armor) - C ranked
After a number of handsigns the user manipulates the darkness into a thin protective armor around themselves. Flexible and easy to move around in. The user can make the armor grow small spikes to give added protection and discourage taijutsu. Projectiles that are not powered by chakra cannot penetrate through the armor, though the longer the armor is held the more chakra is taken, though a very minimal amount.

Myou: Kage Kougake (Dark Release: Shadow Gauntlets) - C ranked
The user molds the darkness around their hand into a pair of gauntlets. Being made from shadows, the user can make them grow small spikes, get thick or grow a small blade atop of the hand. A taijutsu user's dream, or a ninjutsu/genjutsu user's salvation from taijutsu. The gauntlets add additional defense and power to their strength.

Dark Manipulation - C-B ranked
The user will be able to manipulate the darkness at their whim. Depending on the shape and size of the darkness, more or less chakra is needed.

Dark Shield - B ranked
A shield can be formed around the user and his/her allies. Once this jutsu is activated the user cannot move until deactivation. This shield blocks sounds, smells, and sights from the outsiders and insiders. Most genjutsu and ninjutsu can be stopped with this shield, though taijutsu would go right through this.

Dark Fear - A ranked
A powerful genjutsu that utilizes darkness to envelope the enemies mind. Effects vary from what the person wishes, though it is used mainly for torture. This genjutsu is said to rival Tsukuyomi, a Sharingan technique.

Once this stage is reached, this user has found the ability to balance the powers of good and evil. The iris and pupil of the user will turn into the very essence of black, though the edges will be shining white. The user will be very calm in this stage, even near death. The user will feel no inclination to disrupt the balances of light and dark, evil and good.

Wangetsu Lunar Clan (Crescent Moon Clan)

History
The lunar clan is one of the very few clans that existed within the moon country. They were well known for their incredible skill and knowledge of the medical arts. Not only did they excel in medical skills, but as well as advance chakra control. The clan members are recognizable for their unique eye design. The females have a green eye color while males have a blue eye color, a misty fix in them and touched with a soft glow. The pupil resembles that of a crescent moon. Though the clan is medical dominant, they have been seen utalizing offensive medical techniques of their own, making up those medics who stood at the sidelines. Their combat skills however, are remarkable, using medical techniques as offensive techniques and even jutsu that are otherwise unseen before. This branch of medic nin are truely one to be feared. Water usage has been seen which happens to tie in and even be amplified in the presence of the moon

Description: After a series of handsigns, the user spreads his or her chakra around them in a circle thats about 5ft in diameter. Once completed the circle becomes like a barrier, deflecting any projectiles thrown and any weak jutsu that is of the same rank or lower then this jutsu. During the time spent in the circle which is only one post, the user is healed of any minor cuts, bruises, and any other minor injuries. When the user reaches the level of a jonin, the rank of this jutsu increases to B, and its healing capabilities increase along with it.

Description: An offensive technique used by the clan members, the user channels chakra along the side of their arms, extending a long blade of chakra from their forearms about from 3 inches to 2ft, giving off a faint pale glowing white color. The blades themselves are only a threat to anything organic, for if used against a living thing it'll slice through it, while against an inorganic thing it'll not penetrate it. Great for medical uses and combat, the damage is unseen from the outside, but the inside one would see the outer skin is the only thing holding it together (Meaning if I cut through your arm, the skin wouldn't be touched, but the flesh and bone inside would be. Similar to what Kabuto's technique, leaves no outside injury but inside tells the story)

With higher levels of shinobi, one can use this by merely using the tip of their finger.

Description: A technique involving the manipulation of suiton and the silver chakra all lunar clan members possess. Its similar to the hidden mist technique known throughout kirigakure. By manipulating the chakra and the water moisture in the area, the user creates a thick silvery mist that blankets the area. The sky darkens from the technique and the silver chakra makes a strong glow from the sky in the thick fog, making it appear to be a dim-litted crescent moon. Visibility is severed in half and only the clan members can see through this mist, though those with the mist vision skill also can. The technique lasts up to four posts, though at Jonin or higher it lasts six post instead.

A technique that is best used in conjunction with the hidden mist or hidden moon technique, or anywhere with smoke/mist/steam/fog. Its a powerful genjutsu, it goes unnoticed until its too late. It targets the opponent's five senses of the brain, smell, taste, hearing, touch, vision. During the fight, the opponent wouldn't realize the technique is affecting them until their third sense is lost. After combat, the victim is best advised to seek medical attention so they can regain their senses.

1st post - Target loses their sense of smell
2nd post - Target loses their sense of taste
3rd post - Target loses their sense of hearing (this is when the target notices their in a genjutsu)
4th post - Target loses their sense of touch
5th post - Target loses their sense of sight

Description: A unique technique which the user can use this on either themselves or others within the area. After weaving the proper handsigns the user sends chakra into the air, which collects then a faint ray of silvery white light falls onto the target that they choose. The light appears as if it came from the moon, and the silver chakra of the clan member's heal injuries the target may of suffered, such as minor cuts to torn muscles and broken bones. Even obliterating poisons. However, this technique cannot be used more then two times per fight, due to the amount of chakra and the amount of damage healed. This technique is best saved when the user or the user's selective target is near death from injury. However, this technique cannot regenerate lost limbs.


Name: Moon Gravity Trick

Description: A technique which involves the effects of the moon, only the chakra acts as it. The user must be precise when using this technique, for targeting the wrong thing can be their own demise. When using this technique the user targets a specific area on the target, be their limbs, or a weapon their holding, and moves their chakra around it. Suddenly that area targeted becomes either incredibly heavy or incredibly light, intended to throw off the target's balance or speed, motions in combat. Even make them sick if one knows how to target and change the weight. However, the effects last a total of three posts and cannot be altered once done. The recharge is roughly five posts. This can only be performed three times per fight. If the limit is exceeded, the user becomes paraylzed from overusage of chakra, making the ability to move incapacitated. (or in better terms, the part of your brain that lets you move is stuck since this technique requires chakra and mind power)


Name: Dance of the Crescent Moon

Element: Silver Chakra
Description: A unique technique yet a signature move at that. The user creates a large crescent moon by channeling silver chakra out of their body and condensing and molding it in the air. Once the chakra crescent moon is made, its so condensed and hot from the compressed chakra being by it is miserable for the enemy. The user then launches it towards the target but before it strikes them it splits into three smaller crescent moons, which then homes in on the target. Following their chakra signature, the chakra crescent moons will attempt to strike down the target in a three post time period. If contact is made, the crescent moons will slice through the body, burning it as it moves through as a result of the concentration of the chaka its made from. The moons can be avoided, though difficult and can be stopped via other chakra techniques stronger or equal in level. (ex. Lightning, Earth, explosion related techniques or a chakra attack same rank or higher)

Description: The user settles down for a moment and channels silver chakra throughout their body. This relaxes the muscles of all tenseness and stress, allowing it to be strong and flexible to a great degree. As a result, the user's speed and strength and stamina is increased for a period of time (5 posts) in exchange for one post of meditation. The user is surrounded by silvery white chakra. During this time period however the user cannot perform ninjutsu due to the exchange of great power and speed.



Name: Tsukikage Nami o YinYang

Description: This technique is one of a very odd type. But such a powerful technique the user can only use this move twice per fight, no exceptions. The user builds up a mass amount of chakra within themselves for one post, concentrating the chakra into the core of their being, which their body begins to glow hotly with silvery chakra. During the second post the user makes a seal and suddenly their body emits a very bright flash of light as all the stored chakra is released, launching a powerful wave of silvery white light. However, the wave looks partially dark and paritally light. This technique has been called yin and yang because it bares two seperate properties of medical chakra. The shinobi who are on the same side as of the user when struck will be healed of nearly all injuries, save for the missing limbs (max number of people is 3, your not included nor affected. The opponents however will be the opposite, their skin and flesh will be burned, their nervous system would be shocked and confused as eletrical impulses would be confused for up to three posts. The wave moves outwards from the user in a 360* area, however after using it the use is incapable of moving for one post, leaving him or her vurnable. A heavy price to pay to cause such damage and yet blessings. The wave is as tall as the yougan tsunami technique (doton tsunami is same height so that can be used as reference)


Name: Moonlight Goddess's Wrath - Armageddon Strike

Element: Chakra
Description: The most deadliest offensive technique of the Wangetsu Lunar Clan. It can only be used once per fight due to its intensity and the massive destruction it creates. This is truely the signature move of an expert clan member. The user concentrates a mass amount of chakra into their own being, their eyes glowing so hotly only the pupils glow from the concentration, which appears as crescent moons indicating the technique is being used. The concentration is so powerful the user floats into the sky, and is surrounded in a sphere of blinding white chakra. It takes one post to charge up. While in the sphere the user is immune to practically any attacks, being guarded by the massive sphere which strikes a resemblence to a full moon. On the second post the user ascends a little higher and the orb of chakra rises, just above the user as he or she grabs the sphere, and then hurls it towards the ground, it taking the shape of a bullet as it collides into the ground. It has a wide range destruction rate, exterminating everything in its path. The aftermath is quite devestating, from bird's eye view the majority of the area is destroyed, and a huge flaming white mark shaped like a crescent moon is left behind. This technique can easily cause a large amount of damage to a village.

Clan Background:

The Shouran Clan is a cult shrowded in mystery, with their faces all concealed by masks shaped like hawks. Behind the masks lie their eyes, which is their most powerful weapon. Knowledge is what each of them hold dear to them, using their know-how to behave calmly, no-matter the circumstance. But because of their knowledge, their emotions are almost completey snuffed out, along with the ability to sense emotions; Because of this, they seem rather cold and distant, when in actuality are only naive.

By drawing on a completed map, the user will implant a large amount of chakra into the map, the new, change to the landscape appearing before your very eyes. This is extremely useful for creating bridges, or dungeons, and many other things.

Description: A technique that is simple, but nonetheless useful. By covering one of their eyes, the user will incompacitate the covered eye, rendering it useless for the time it is covered. To make up for the large blindspot that was created to make an artificial eye made of chakra, to see for them. This eye will materialize in front of their forehead, and be able to float to various places. However, the user can only see, and cannot use any other senses.

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Kansatsuryoku (Powers of Observation)

History : When and where the Kansatsu clan first originated is shrouded in mystery since no actually documentation for this clan was ever conceived. But from what has been passed on by word of mouth, this clan, for as long as anyone can remember, have been a nomadic tribe wondering from town to town avoiding any specify contact with anything associated with ninjas and ninja villages. It is said that the founder of the tribe was a person gifted with the natural ability to detect heat signatures and sound wave as well as being able to catch glimpse into the past and future. Because of his amazing natural abilities, he was taken away from his friends and family and asked to do many dangerous tasks under the will of a selfish tyrant ruler. Seeing how his abilities were misused and his will was consistently being oppressed, the man snuck away from the lord's castle during a lunar eclipse and ran as far away as possible.

Knowing that there was a chance for the Lord to come after him as well as others wanting to use his abilities for evil, the man began living as a wandering hermit doing little things here and there to gain money while avoiding unwanted attention. It was during his travels that the man gained several followers one of which he eventually married. The tribe continued to expend over the years and as different people with natural abilities to see wavelength integrated into the tribe, the bloodline eventually developed into what it is today.

Though most members still keep to the tradition of their clan leading nomadic lives, several members have begun to question their ways and left to sought out for a different way to live. As members continued to leave one by one, the tribe weakened and eventually was thought to have died out. Several years later thought, a familiar hermit cloak can be seen worn by various people who would every once in awhile enter town and set up a large triangular purple tent with gold trimmings. The people who tend to seek out members of this clan whenever they appear in town are the people hoping to get their fortunes told or in the rarer of cases, to track someone down.


Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :

1. 'Intelligence' and 'Great Chakra Control 'are required character strengths for this bloodline. (Users must have a strong mind and the chakra control to utilize their chakra in various different configurations and with very fine control.)

2. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind is required (yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc)

3. Only one sight can be activated at a time.

4. Sight limitations:

Genin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 5 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 5 posts non-stop before requiring a 10 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Chuunin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 8 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 10 posts non-stop before requiring a 15 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Special Jounin/Jounin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 12 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 15 posts non-stop before requiring a 20 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose thier eyesight.

Sannin/Kage:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 15 shifts in a row without rest.


- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 20 posts non-stop before requiring a 25 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Overuse cost:

1 post past limit: Roll a d20, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (10% chance to lose)

2 posts past limit: Roll a d10, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (25% chance to lose)

3 posts past limit: Roll a d6, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (30% chance to lose)

4 posts past limit: Roll a d4, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (50% chance to lose)

5 posts past limit: You lose your eyesight.


Weaknesses:

1. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind/eyes is required(yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc) since the mind is in constant high gear trying to grasp onto the various wavelengths and process them into a image for the user to see.

2. Constant shifting between the various 'sights' may cause temporarily blindness to the user because of the mind's inablitly to process the quick changing pace of the user's sight.

3. Over-usage of the eyes can lead to a malfunction of the brain, blindness, loss of control over the 'sights' (the mind is constantly switching between the sights sometimes picking up on infrared, other times ultraviolet, etc.) or a fixed eyesight (meaning that the user can no longer shift between the various sights and will be stuck with one of the sights for the remainder of their lifespan - there's a chance for the user to lose their Kekkei Genkai ability and be stuck with regular eyesight)

4. The user's eyes change a certain color according to the specific stage of the Kansatsuryoku the user is currently using allowing for easy identification of what 'sight' their using unless covered.


Strengths:

1. Users are able to pick up on various heat and chakra impressions left behind by people, allowing them to track people's heat signatures and detect the presence of sound waves with their eyes.

2. Capable of absorbing chakra and utilizing it to bend the visible spectrum of light allowing members to see into the various classifications of electromagnetic radiation/waves (infrared/ultraviolet/X-ray)

3. More skilled members of this clan will eventually be able to gain the ability to see into the past and future.

4. Members have an acute sense of hearing as well as a keen eyesight because of their clan's natural ability to see/hear electromagnetic waveslengths

5. Due to their constant training of the mind, members of the Kansatsu have built a sort of immunity against Genjutsu. With their developed insight clan members easier spot the difference between illusion and reality and are able to quickly find the weak spot of the Genjutsu thus breaking out of it before it can even take hold.

Stage One: X-ray vision

Description: The user has just recently awaken their Kekkai Genkai and is starting the basic training on how to use their special ability. Still new to this, the user has yet to develop the sense/skill necessary to detect long wavelengths but the user does have the natural ability to hear high frequencies allowing them to easily detect the high pitched frequency and short wavelengths of X-ray radiation. While in this stage, the user's eye-color will turn a jade green indicating that this stage of the Kekkai Genkai is currently being used and the user's vision is able to penetrate the surface of objects/things such as human skin, allowing them to see what's inside (human bone).

Description: The user is able to focus their vision to detect very small objects, enhancing them under their eyes, allowing them to see things at a nearly microscopic level.
Range: 1 meter

Stage Two: Ultraviolet vision

Description: This is the second stage of the Kansatsuryoku which grants the user the ability to see things in ultraviolet. At this stage, the user's ability to detect wavelengths have increased allowing the user to pick up on the long wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation. When activated, the user's eyes will turn violet and the user will seen everything in a screen of violet thus toning down the brightness and damage of certain things (looking at the sun). Using this stage of vision, the user will be able to detect objects normally unseen, such as bodily fluids, sweat, blood, and otherwise which have long since become invisible to normal eyesight.

How to obtain:

- Must be at least a Chunnin to achieve this level of sight
- Must have trained in using the X-ray vision for more then 15 posts

Description : Using this ability, the user will be able to identify the chemical structure and makeup of many objects, allowing them to know exactly what it is as well as find out specific information on any special abilities/construction of the item.

Jutsu Name: 'X' marks the spot

Description: This allows the user to create a 'Black Light' mark on an object or person which remains permanently on someone until it is released by the user. This mark cannot be removed and cannot be seen by anyone other then a Kansatsuryoku utilizing the Ultraviolet vision.

Stage Three: Infrared vision

Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a good control over their ability and is able to move onto the next step which is infrared vision. Infrared radiation have longer wavelengths then ultraviolet radiation but a lower frequency. During activation, the user's eyes will turn an amber color and by absorbing chakra to bend the visible spectrum of light, the user can now see clearer the left over heat impression made by people as well as their heat signatures. Their vision then turns into a set color palette of dark indigo to white representing the different body temperature radiating off the things in the user's sight.This gives the user the ability to see through walls, the ground, and other solid objects to lock onto those who may be hiding.

How to obtain:

- Must be at least a Special Jounin to achieve this level of sight
- Must have trained in using Ultraviolet vision for more then 15 posts.

Description: User is able to channel an item, and most energy based jutsu with a heat-seeking ability, making any thrown projectile (or projectile-like jutsu ex.fireballs, lightening bolts, etc.) capable of tracking it's intended target, bobbing and weaving around obstacles to strike it's foe. This jutsu ends once the item/energy jutsu either hit's a target(if someone quickly shifted behind a tree) or gets destroyed.

Description: This is a minor ability, it allows you to warm surfaces, food, and even add heat to a therapeutic massage.

Stage Four: Visions of Time

Description: The user has finally reached the point in their training where they have fully master the basic 'sights' given by their bloodline. Having trained their mind and hearing to the max, the user now must go beyond that for this last and final stage of the Kansatsuryoku. At this stage, the user has finally awakened the ability to spot the long wavelengths created by radio waves and detect chakra imprints between all of the visual spectrum allowing them bend the radio waves/ chakra imprints to create flashes of imagery projected on objects. If trained enough, the user will eventually build up the skills necessary to predict movements.

How to obtain:

- Must be at least a Jounin to achieve this level of sight
- Must have trained in using Infrared vision for more then 15 posts.

Description: The user inserts their chakra into the object in question and using the chakra searches for chakra/sound wave imprints pertaining to the past that the user wants to see.

B-rank cost = up to 20 posts back (or approximately half an rp day back)
A-rank cost = up to one whole rp day back
S-rank cost = up to one whole rp week back

Description: This is basically the same thing as the Past Sight technique except instead of glimpsing into the past, the user is attempting to catch a glimpse at the future. Because of the uncertainty of the future, if the user tries to see too far into the future, there's a chance for it to change or go wrong. The percentage of it being wrong increase the farther the user attempts to see. However, the user will have a better chance of predicting the movements of opponents of lower rank than the user, thereby increasing the odds of reacting properly against such opponents.
