It's the same general principle as riding your horse with no bridle (or halter) and no saddle, and CONTROLLING said beasty, which I am fully capable of doing... so... I should be able to do the same with my bike. :3
'Course, bikes are not the same as horses... 'cause horses actually have minds of their own... but... meh. xd

Can you ride your bike with no handlebars: >> I stay away from bikes because the worlds population of bikes and I are in a divorce something that's not compatible :/ If you've ever attempted to pop a wheelie you probably felt pain in that one moment where you were trying to be cool but did some awesome stunt which ended up so wrong that your friends/spectators/onlookers/neighborhood will never forget the way your face looked at the first realization that you were doing it wrong that day. Or maybe it was that attempt to use the bikes front tire to kick/punt a ball out of the way, not realizing there was a curb jumping off curbs and ending up losing your breath at impact on the ground when you fell off your death contraption bike. Or what about skidding out on dirt and rocks and getting gross road burns those intense battle scars? Don't forget about colliding with someone else on a bike when you can't remember how to slow down! stop, getting chased by people and you get so distracted that you run into...I don't know- a pole? If you're reading this and can't say that you've done or had one of these things happen when you've road a bike...then you're not human pretty talented.
As for biking without handlebars- lets leave that to the clinically insane all of the stunt junkies out there to test that 8D

Can you ride your bike with no handlebars: Oh god no. xD I can barely even ride a bike with one hand on the handlebars. I have no sense of balance whatsoever, which is why it isn't uncommon to see me walking, trying to turn, and ending up spinning and almost falling over. xD;
