Yuki winced as she saw Tabby land right into a cave puddle. She opened her eye to check on her and walked towards her. "Tabby are you o-" she was interrupted as Tabby's attention was diverted to the gunfire that slightly startled Yuki. "Tabby, at least get out of the puddle before asking questions." she said trying to stifle a laugh. "And no. We aren't here to fight our fellow students, ok?" she said making sure she had a good understanding. Just before she could try to assist her up Chase beat her to the punch. "How sweet." she said praising Chase. Immediately she found herself trying to cover her eyes with both hands as Tabby decided to dry off like an animal. The shook her hands to shake off the water. "The dog is adorable, Tabby, but you should as the owner before you do anything with or to the dog. Like you said 'must use manners' and that would be manners." she explained. She couldn't help but giggle at Tabby with her boxer stance. On the outside the smile was sweet and innocent, but her inner self had an obsessive grin as she thought. "That reminds me of Adam." Bringing herself back to the outside world that seemed to disappear for a few seconds. She heard feedback in her earpiece before she heard a soft voice. She assumed it was Widget. Tabby was much louder and excited and Chase, although he seemed reserved and the small voice seemed to match, wouldn't have a female voice. "Nothing? She just popped up?" she questioned as she pondered. Whatever. It wasn't important right now. "I agree. We'll move on." she said acknowledging Widget. "Oh, yes! We can go further Tabby. This is a mission, after all" she said more so to herself than Tabby. "If you wouldn't mind, Chase. We should all head in together." Yuki said stepping further into the cavern. "Ok... my first mission as a leader. First mission at the school, at all. I got this! The village trained me for leadership!" she steeled within herself as she trekked further into the cave with her team. Post Count: 15

One moment she was arriving to the Academy, next she's sparring with a sexy wolf lady, and now there's bullet's and tension in the air. With this much negativity, Fran now expects twice the Grimm in this spooky cavern. However, the eminence in management and direction of a certain maiden seemed enough to head us towards a proper direction.
But honestly, in Fran's view, this group of people just calls for a sure fire casualty waiting to happen. We have people who seems to not care about grouping and just goes off solo, happily, or a rowdy bunch that can't seem to get their stuff together, or someone with an overwhelming personal sense of superiority that they'll just ignore anyone else. Such a formula only concocts trouble. But this is what we have and we'll go with it.
While it's certain the teamwork and much less group work has a low chance of actually happening, individually everyone seems capable enough, even just to protect themselves.
Fran was still in the middle of her mental rant and dissection of the event that transpired when a tap brought her back to the cavern. It was Yui, as she introduced herself, being coy. "I'll make sure we make out and set up a proper date then, M'lady." Fran replies, offering a small bow and a wave. Now, it's time to get focused on the mission, and at least keep other people in check. A couple of goal-oriented people had already stated the dangers of staying still, or making too much noise and what-not, but what's done is done.
"Okay Prince, you watch my back as I watch these guy's back. I'm strictly a melee fighter after all, imma have to rely with your support. Wait, you're the leader actually, so tell me what to do." Fran states. "Tell me as we move along, boss."
▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ Chase was surprised by the sound of gunshots as his free hand immediately dropped to rest over his own gun, his eyes turning towards the source. And resting on a particular pair that seemed to have had much of his interest since he had descended down into this cavern; in fact the two who went down right after himself. 'Though the male had little choice in the matter.' He thought, as Chase would remember the scene of her rough housing the unconscious male. It seemed at some point after he last looked the situation between the two had escalated, the male having a gun drawn to the female. And, from the prior sounds, evidently having fired. Though it seemed none of the shots hit their mark, or her aura had blocked it. Chase knew not the specifics of that, but before it could escalate further he saw the Lioncourt member breaking things up so his attention would move away from there. Though his free hand never left the side with his gun, just in case. He trusted she could handle things. 'If not I will intervene.' He thought to himself. He knew not why the gun was drawn and fired, but he didn't really care. Even if earlier he wanted to reprimand the female. Gunshots in a cavern was a horrible idea from the chance of it attracting Grimm. As Chase thought of this, he was pulled from his mind by the excitable and nonsensical nature of Tabby as he looked at her in slight confusion. 'She wants to join in with that fighting... and what does super duper luperous even mean, it is not a word I have heard.' He questioned in his mind. He didn't know if it was some long forgotten word or she had made it up... it was not the appropriate time to do such things and there was already words for everything. No need to make up new ones, in his mind at least.
It was about this time that he had offered his hand to Tabby, and he saw a beaming smile on her face. Immediately worry took over as he remembered Koryn and her smile... Tabby already having shown the same level of regard for personal space as that butterfly. Which was none at all. Before he could rescind his offer or even rethink his actions, she would enthusiastically thank him and grab hold of his hand. Seeing as the next path of action was chosen... Chase helped her up to her feet, taking note of the fact she was thoroughly soaked. Almost as if she desired to get as much water stuck to her as possible, though Chase doubted that was the reason. Then... then she shook herself like a dog, sending water flying in each and every direction. One direction in particular being Chase. With an un-amused look, or as much as one could tell with his partial mask, he would bring his hands up in front of his face to try and block the water from hitting him as best he could. Which did help for the most part, though a few annoying drops did get through. Once she finished shaking, Chase would wait a moment to make sure she did not continue before brushing as much liquid off him as he could. 'No good deed goes unpunished, as some would say.' He thought to himself silently. Before Chase really had a chance to compose his thoughts or anything, after Tabby had wrung her hair, she was off to speaking a mile a minute again. She would go from thanking him to recognizing him as a teammate to promising to behave and have manners. To which Chase highly doubted would be possible for a being with as much energy and disregard as her. 'Manners... I highly doubt that, given how you shook like a dog in front of me.' He thought but kept to himself. While the girl seemed to mean no harm and seemed good... her actions were not ingratiating herself to him. All these thoughts he had as she did not cease speaking, going on further to talk about his hound... calling it poochie to which even it gave a confused look... To asking if he could do tricks, if she could feed him treats and if she could spoil him... Chase merely shook his head even as she seemed to be asking the others. His hound didn't know 'tricks', but how to hunt and fight. As for spoiling him... he was not going to let her make his hound unhealthy, as his logical mind was reasoning.
Very soon after, Chase found his attention stolen by the sound of a soft voice. Turning towards the source, he would notice the avian he had met in that lunch between two teams from before. 'The one who was stolen by Adam... The lioncourt.' Chase thought to himself, not quite remembering her first name given it had been a while... and that instance in time was a very stressful one for him. It was, surprisingly, more claustrophobic and packed than this cave with all the teams here. His eyes would not meet the female, but he would listen to her words. She would excuse herself for the interruption, and mention that she had an idea for the next course of action. Chase found himself slightly confused, and nervous to have been approached and recognized, but remained while nodding his head. As she continued to speak, she would mention the need for scouts and that he along with his hound would be suitable ground scouts. Further mentioning that she would scout from the air. Chase thought about this for a moment. He had only just met his new team and while one seemed of the calm disposition like himself... the other two most definitely did not seem to be that way. Further they were rear guard, so they would be paired with another team for the mission. So if he desired to have some space and be away from so many people... this would be an ideal position, even if it had its own dangers. 'I am much more comfortable fighting than I am talking...' He thought to himself, which from his first impression of his team.... Most seemed of the talking disposition. He would look up to the Lioncourt, some measure of confidence to him, and nod while giving a small formal bow. Not quite comfortable to speak unless he was forced to.
It was around this time he would hear many voice at roughly the same instance. Tabby in her apparently permanent state of hyper energy, the very soft and quiet voice of the mech, and the rational leader so far. It was a struggle... but Chase did manage to process most of it. The mech girl told Tabby fighting would be a bad idea, and apologized for her. Which while unnecessary, Chase thought was a good gesture nonetheless. He would also hear her mention about the rough female having no records she could find, which seemed to unnerve her. Though it mattered little to Chase. He was not afraid to fight if the need arose. Meanwhile, tabby had changed from wanting a fight to realizing that a mission as serious as this they should not be doing so, even pointing to his hound who sat at alert besides Chase. 'While eccentric... at least she is not unintelligent.' Chase noted to himself. She would then become very eager to head off...to the point she began to slow skip ahead of them into the cavern. A the same time it seemed Yuki was trying her best to keep things together and keep Tabby behaved... 'At least the effort was made.' Chase thought to himself. She would approve for going forward, and even ask Chase if he was fine with it. 'That... was nice.' He thought to himself with slight surprise. It was still strange that some people could be so nice at times. He would give a glance but nod as Yuki was headed into the cavern now, excited for her first mission. Looking to the Lioncourt, he would give her a slightly surprised and confused look as he glanced back at his team a moment before to her. He tried to speak... but his voice and words were not cooperating, so he quickly gave up. Instead he would gesture for them to continue as well. 'I do hope my team doesn't plan to break formation.' He thought to himself with slight worry. He knew the necessity of it and following orders. He was now uncertain if he should scout ahead, or keep an eye on his team at this rate. Especially the one known as Tabby. His hound would pad after him as he would begin to head further into the cavern; with or without Yui, depending if she needed to do anything back here. He could always meet up with her towards the front of the groups after all. She may even rescind the offer of scouting at this point, but no matter what his destination was further into the cavern.

The fact that someone could be so ignorant of the tone of their words was honestly appalling to Usien. In fact, this was probably one of the first times he was actually pissed enough in his life that the need for coffee was unnecessary to help cope with the social interaction. This was different then the Tsuki situation. With Tsuki, he felt he was threatened for his life, but it was more of a ptsd thing due to the fact he had two of his spider limbs broken off before. This was entirely different. This person had the audacity straight up to convey that she was going to eliminate his existence if need be. It may not be what she was trying to convey but the damage was done and that was one person he was not going to protect in the Alpha cave. Her words weren’t just interpreted this way by Usien, but others as well. His finger stayed on the trigger with the intention to fire more rounds. Auburn’s words? Fell on death ears. His anger completely blocked out any type of monologue that she was trying to give and considering she was ready draw her own weapon, it was about to be a battle and unfortunately the rest of team Alpha was going to be involved in in it. The wind that was sent by Sky would cause his hair to blow in the wind, adding more dramatic effect to the scene beforehand due to the wind being diluted by the number of people that was around. Another commented on the situation, but he didn’t care. Why was every trying to chalk up this b***h like she was some bad a**? She wasn’t. If anything, she was just a coward that couldn’t take responsibility for her own words so she was back pedaling with the help of the choir in order to try to make it where the blame was not on her. He seen that same crap before. His dad did that same thing. Before another shot could be fired, the drowned out faunus who was try to check up on Usien and interject before he even fired had stepped between him and Auburn.
Yui may had chastised them both, but the fact she understood his position in this was more than enough to prove his point. Reloading his weapon, vocabularic venom released from the lips of the spider faunus. “So what, The scary woman which everyone is acting like is some legendary huntsmen will protect us. Shouldn’t matter if the grim know we are here. She strong enough protect us all right? Because she so much about that life that whether it 10, 50 or 100 she can take out whole armies, right? “ He was still mad. The limbs of the spider weren’t wrapped around his body like normally would be but were spread in a neutral position. His face was partially flushed from his rage. The range of emotions were weird as Usien never really tapped into such a spectrum before. He never reached a state of so much anger that one could almost call it hatred or spite. He usually was too shy for such emotions. Maybe, beacon knew more about him then the boy knew himself. As Yui made her addition to the speech and passed by him and Fran, he was starting to come down back to his normal self. He just stood there, soaking it all in. Sooner I can get out of here the better
“Simple. We do our job Fran. We get out of here. I got your back~ Can’t say the same for other people though” He quips before moving along. It was time to get going and protect the Stern. Taking out his blade, he would hold it in reverse style with his left hand while his right kept one of the venom stings. They still had a job to do, so might as well do it. “Paws standing by and in position.” he communicated over the earpiece. What did the cave have waiting for them?

Auburn leveled her gaze at the larger avian girl who proceeded to tell her off and likewise to the boy. She could see him relax slightly as he started to put his guns away and she shouldered her sword, watching as he spoke to the pink-haired girl and implied he'd rather let whatever happen happen to Auburn than help her. She wasn't too fussed with that bit. She was used to not relying on help. But, he clearly hated her and she wasn't sure how that might play out in the cave. She slung her sword on her back and began to walk, though, she kept pace with him at a respectful distance.
"For what it's worth, there was no threat in what I said, at least, there was not meant to be. I'm still getting used to talking to people. I've only been doing it a few months. But, when I said I was forced to, I meant it. I've been a...slave I guess...my entire life. And thrown into fights to the death nearly since I could walk. I never had the choice. If I refused, I was beaten, or as I got older, they had...other...punishments in mind. I only escaped that life a month before the start of this school year. So, I ask that you don't jump to conclusions about what I might be hinting at. And, while I won't ask that you feel sorry for me or try to like me, it is important, I feel, that what happened back there not affect the mission going forward." With that said, she picked up her normal stride and made her way over to her team.
She pulled up as a snake started slithering out into the cave, seemingly from Dee. She didn't look directly at anyone as she scanned the cave ahead."Sorry. Kinda got caught up with that Prince boy shooting at me. And no, no one is hurt...or dead. Doubt he likes me much, but, hopefully, he won't let the little misunderstanding get in the way of the mission from here on out...I'd rather not have to defend myself against an ally."

Reikka was starting to feel the effects of the sugar rush drain. She stopped walking and found a smooth-surfaced rock to rest upon. They were a sizable distance from the entrance and the long, drawled out conflict that happened there. Reikka's once bright eyes dropped, and her hands felt limp. She crouched next to the smooth rock for a few seconds, trying to get some wind despite the stale, moist air. Then this technique seemed to fall apart as her legs gave way and forced her to take her weapon out before her sense of balance fully caved in, using it as a crutch while on the floor, and to avoid sitting on it. She rocked back and forth with her eyes closed, trying to find some semblance of will-power to stay awake. But as she struggled to stay conscious, her mind started thinking about past things. Such as what happened between Auburn and the PAWS kid. When the gun was drawn and Auburn stood there bravely manic that she was being shot at, Reikka immediately tensed and her face turned sour, her hand twitching and inching closer to her strapped weapon. When the shots were fired, she took out her weapon, ran up to Auburn and stood next to her in a defensive stance, ready to attack if he ever decided to take her down. But, then, Yui and Skylar came in between them. She wasn't exactly surprised that they were willing to put their lives on the line to prevent the fight, but she was still mildly appalled that something like this happened in such a very blunt manner. And right in the middle of Grimm territory, too. She was immediately struck by an ill feeling at the pit of her stomach, not only surprising herself by coming into Auburn's aide so suddenly and readily despite the gun, but that she felt they had just signed their own death warrant.
When the Usien boy calmed down and placed his weapon away, Reikka made sure that he didn't draw them back out before sheathing her weapon back onto it's strap. She then whispered to Auburn and Dee once they were out of their earshot, exasperated, "That guy just sent out a beacon to the Grimm of our location!" She said in utter repugnance and disbelief, "All in the name of looking like a bigger badass. I hope he's happy about what he's done!" She then broke her gaze with the two and stood at the cave entrance, looking at it with a dark but foreboding expression, refusing to draw closer. The feeling seemed to sink in further as she realized they were probably walking into a trap. Now that the Grimm were aware of where they were, they were probably going to intercept them at some point while inside, trapping them like fish out of water. Reikka didn't like it. The whole place was going to be a deathtrap, she swore, and now their element of surprise was gone. With anything, THEY were the ones who were going to be surprised. All Reikka could do, however, was remain vigilant, and to fight the draining effects when it came. Their first mission was starting to look like some kind of ill-fated curse, and she had no idea how she was going to fix it. All she knew was that they had to get this over with sooner or later, and that it wouldn't do anything if she dawdled. With tentative steps and a face looking like she was going to puke, she stepped right into the cave and led everyone into it. With the teams remaining in their respective positions, they slowly delved into the dim depths. Was Reikka leading them to their deaths? Or would they fight to live another day? All these thoughts circled in her head as the light from behind slowly dissipated, and all that was left was the sound of multiple people breathing, and a few nervous faces taking in the huge size of the cavern.
Now they were here, in the darkness, alive but barely hanging on to their respective boundaries, as the students started causing some ruckus. Two girls named Tabby and Yuki were rough-housing in a small underground collection of water, while a guy with sharp eyes named Chase was feeling rather flustered and downright confused that Tabby tried to hug him, but managed to dodge her and look on as she fell flat into water. All this would have been part of her concern. But she was too far gone in her state of tiredness to even look in their direction. She had no idea how her team reacted to her own sudden bouts of drowsiness, but she did her best to remain awake. She leaned against a taller rock next to the smooth one, her head tipped back and her arms barely grasping her weapon. "I... need to rest." She said very inaudibly, but she was too far gone to elaborate. Then with a final slump, she fell asleep right there and then, earning some stares from some people, especially her teammates. But she didn't have a choice regarding where she intended to fall into a practical coma. She remained that way for a good 10 minutes, before her eyes peered past from heavy lids. Her breathing was low and labored, but her deep somber was enough to keep the airflow going. Then with a tired voice, she explained, "This is what happens every time I use my semblance. I need a good long rest afterwards." She meant that for her team, but anyone who was close enough could hear her, if they weren't already curious as to why someone would take a break right in the middle of a cave system possibly swarming with Grimm. Reikka simply had no choice in the matter, and stayed slumped there with half-open eyes for a good moment or two. Her eyes saw the flashlights swerving everywhere, making her see where each of their respective positions were. She wondered how the others were faring, and once again fell into a melancholic daze.
This was going to prove more of a pain then Dee once thought, oh well its better to get the tension out of the way sooner then later, but even this was a bit much, his ears were still ringing from the sound bouncing off the cave walls. and to add to the problems the red head girl named tabby went chasing his scout, reaching out to stop her but letting out a sigh and stopping himself, if she runs into a Grimm then it would most likely go after her then his snake, and there was no point in stopping her, if he did he was sure her intention span would run out long before her got his point across. From how she was acting thus far he didn't hold out much hope for her but as long as she can use the weapon she carried it didn't really matter. Taking a deep breath and rubbing his temple his eyes shutting as he thinks of everything that will most likely go wrong and what will be going wrong. Shaking his head and settling on only getting about 3 people out of here if everything goes to hell. Snapping back to the mission at hand Dee glances back at Red Hare (Auburn) as she calls out to him. Ally huh? he thought to himself before looking forward again thinking it was a little to early to be calling anyone in here that, and now was not the time or place to go into ones past. Hooking his head at Red Hare letting her know they should get going before he just start moving forward leaving his team behind knowing the snake has gone far enough ahead taking a few steps only to stop and reach his arm out towards Wisp before she fully fell asleep instinctively grabbing her arm keeping her from falling. His eyes slowly drifting over before lifting her off the ground tossing her small body into the air and catching her on his shoulder before grabbing her staff and anything else she might have dropped before leaving the group of onlookers. Only stopping to look back at Blue Bird and sign to her "I'm Going Ahead"without waiting for a response Dee turns and starts walking his way deeper into the cavern. Dee is now carrying Wisp like luggage over his large shoulder. Dee's eyes scanning the terrain watching his steps closely careful not to take a path that would be to rough on Wisp if he could avoid it.
__They rate me at ( 45 ) Level 0. ______My aura is.. active, and my semblance is.. down. ______I fight with teamDECO. ________My status is.. calm ___I am at.. Alpha Cave_______Currently I'm in the company of.. Mission Party
___ Nox diverted her attention back towards what could only really be aptly called the chaos. She wondered if she should go back there and try to help diffuse the situation. It was already ridiculous that things had been allowed to progress as far as it had. Reikka already slip off from their group to go help out Auburn. Nox opted to ignore the rest from there on. A swarm of people were already flocking to the issue. It was natural to make the assumption that they would break up the fight even if the two had to be pulled apart by force. With that out of her mind she moved a little farther ahead and focused on keeping an eye on the darkness that dominated the tunnel ahead of them. Within a few minutes the sounds of footstep behind her could be heard. They were approaching and while the soft echo effect made it difficult to tell for sure without looking it sounded to her like it was just two people. Likely Reikka and Auburn rejoining their group. She could hear Reikka complaining towards her teammates as well which supported that guess.
___ Nox shifted her weight to her left foot and turned her body to look back at Reikka and Auburn as they rejoined them. "Perhaps so. But it would seem for the moment at least we have lucked out. There is no sign of anything coming down the tunnel to get to us. It could be the grimm are deep enough in they didn't pick up on that little incident or can't possibly get to us that easily." Nox said to Reikka. She then turned back and started to move along once more. Auburn seems to have added her own eyes to the watch. Since she focused on the tunnel as she spoke up it was hard to tell if she was just putting it out there to everyone or meant to say it to one of them in particular. Nox's lips curled into a sarcastic smile as she scuffed softly. "Hopefully it doesn't come to that." She commented flatly. She didn't even want to consider it really. Attacking an ally like that, especially during a mission, would go well beyond embarrassing. Just what had already happened was technically embarrassingly poor showing for the students, but if that actually happened it would be treacherous even.
___ After a few more minutes Reikka stopped moving. Nox could tell what was happening just by glancing at her. She was pretty familiar with Reikka's semblance and what it does, both in regards to its ability and what it does to her as well. She'd even seen it before. She looked around after Reikka slumped down against a rock and fell asleep. There was still no indication of grimm nearby. That however did not automatically mean that this was a good place for this to happen. More surprising was how Dee handled it. The guy just hauled her up to her feet and then gave her a toss so he could get her up onto his shoulder. Then he just kept on walking. Nox moved to a spot along side him. "I know this isn't the best place and we probably don't have the luxury to be stopping for her right now, but don't you think you could carry her a little more... tactfully. She's not a sack of potatoes after all."

The students of beacon have traversed farther into the cave. The eerie echoes of distance water can be heard ever so slightly through the ever thickening fog that swallows the group whole. The cave finally opens up to reveal a second pathway where the other large group splits off. Your group continues even deeper into the cavern for some time. The fog rolls like phantoms in the night all around you. So high that it becomes difficult to see even your own allies, much less the ground that you walk upon.
After a long time you feel that you are nearing the end due to the change in wind patterns, or at least approaching something of note. A massive wall lies before your group, but it isn't actually the end. Fog can be seen rolling over the top, hinting that above the wall there is something more.
Catch up this Prompt in your next post, feel free to study the wall.
A loud cracking noise echoes through the cavern with a dark and mysterious laugh. Explosions rupture the earth with ear splitting pain. The left side of the cavern goes down first. The ground below starts to sink. Nox feels a large boulder smack her before she has time to react, but fortunately it doesn't seem to damage anything that isn't easily fixed up. Team Nightshade & Sapphire are there, and then they aren't. They crash through the floor unable to react. The cavern's wall seemingly pukes itself outwards covering the cavern floor with a chaotic display of rubble utterly blocking Nightshade & Sapphire off from the other two teams in the group. Silence comes far too soon. Dust and a few pebbles scatter around, but the air itself goes still within a matter of seconds.
Auburn watched as Reikka collapsed, though, Dee was first to react, tossing her over his shoulder as he proceeded while Nox commented on how he was handling it."If needed, we have the rope for a harness and I could carry her on my back, give her a chance to rest. But, I think she should have say on that."Just as she said this, they rounded a bend and a massive wall was before them. Before anyone could really begin discussing it, she heard cracking stone and reached out to Dee and Nox, Reikka still draped over Dee's shoulder, guiding them off to the side as the floor gave out following a laugh and several explosions, several lumps of stone collapsing from the ceiling.
She just barely managed to get Nox out of the way in time as a large boulder fell where she'd been. She was struck in the head, but, at least she was still alive. She looked at the crater, noting that half of their group was gone."We're not alone. I heard laughing. A lot of us are gone. You good you two?"She eyed Nox and a stirring Riekka when she asked that. It looked like Dee was unharmed and, even if he had been caught, he seemed about as durable as Auburn herself. But, Nox was bleeding from the head and Riekka was still flagged from her semblance she guessed. This was bad. They had an enemy who wasn't Grimm, they'd been ready for company clearly, and half their group was missing with one injured and one exhausted member at least. She scanned to look for anyone she'd missed as the dust settled.

Without making much distance the Girl named Nox called out to him asking after matching his speed about the way he went about carrying Wisp, and even Red hare chimed in with a potential idea of a better way to carry the sleeping Wisp. looking down at Nox then back to Red Hare and gently shrugging giving a nod soon after.S chill running up his spine as he turned the corner feeling as if he should leave run back to where he came from. Dee hands reach to pull the sleeping Wisp off of his shoulder but before he would do anything else he pulled her close to his chest covering her head with his hand leaning his head over hers to add the extra protection and to keep her from taking any damages when everything exploded, the silence of the cave violently erupted in a unnatural noise, it was ear pricing making him feel as if his head was going to explode. Eyes shutting tightly from the sudden explosion he kicked back only glided by Red hares hand his back thudding against the nearest wall. Dee was able to avoid most of the falling derby due to Red hare's action. Once the shaking has stopped Dee's eyes slowly opened once again to survey the damages. The teams seem to have been split, Red hare and Nox were bleeding from there heads, Wisp seemed to be okay for the most part and other then Dee's ears still rigging and his back aching from slamming against the wall he thought he was fine. Quickly standing back up straight Dee's arm, scooping up Wisp in one of his arms only to lose his balance for a moment Dee arm out starched to the wall as he takes a moment to catch his breath and regain his bearings. Nodding to himself he sits Wisp down along a wall before moving to tents to his other teammates. his first hair pouch coming in handy as he pulls out two rolls of bandages handing one to Red hare and the other to Nox. before Dee knows it his right ear was bleeding, blooding running down this side of his face and off his chin, using his sleeve he cleaned it off knowing it would stop soon. waving his hand trying to disperse the stagnate dust in the air.

___ Nox continued to walk with the others as Auburn chimed in to Dee after her. Auburn suggested using some rope she had with her to make up a kind of harness that they could carry Reikka in. It wasn't a bad idea really. But how feasible was it to make something like that. Nox wasn't sure how much less what kind of harness Auburn had in mind. The tall horse faunus added though that they should let Reikka have a say in the idea. At that Nox shook her head. 'The primary issue at hand sort of prevented that. Nah it would be better to just carry her normally. Just not in such an undignified position perhaps.' While thinking about the conversation as such Nox noticed the air ahead of them was getting colder. She ignored the thermal information for a sec to take a more conventional look. There was corner up there and what looked like mist was filling the air coming around it. 'What could be making mist down here?' Dee appeared to be giving the comments from the girls some thought as they all rounded the corner. The others close behind. A large wall rose up ahead of them and blocked the path forward.
___ Nox turned her head up to look up toward the top of the wall. It was hard to tell how much room there was at the top of it. She just couldn't make out the roof of the cavern thanks to the mist. It at least made seeing the top of the wall easy. Nox frowned as she looked around at it. "This doesn't feel right. I don't think this is supposed to be here. It just seems unnatural." She said, voicing her suspicions on how this didn't strike her as another cliff but more something erected by people for some reason. Nox moved off a little with the intention to take a closer look when she noticed something else was off. The mist was cool so why was her vision becoming clouded with red? She stopped moving after only taking two or three steps away from the others as she focused on this new curiosity. It took her a second to realize the red haze she was seeing was dust. 'That is impossible. Red dust is put off naturally only from a source of fire. Unless this cavern is a lava chute and there is still some active volcanic activity this shouldn't be here. Since we haven't seen any such indications this couldn't be found naturally here. Then is someone's semblance was active? Something else?' Nox was getting confused as she tried to figure out where this was coming from. Why was it here?
___ Then there were explosions. The cave rocked from the power of the blasts and a strong cracking sound filled the air. Nox turned around to face the whole group as the explosions and cracking grew louder. The floor was buckling right before her eyes and she could see that it was the dust causing it. In the back of her mind she processed the sound of laughter and it all clicked with the thought that they were being attacked by a foe that wasn't a grimm. The wall was a trap? She needed to act fast. Nox activated her semblance to protect the whole group. As the floor collapsed and portions of the walls and ceiling started to fall Nox prepared to create a foothold of condensed solidified air, new earthen works, or something else to catch and support everyone before they could fall. She lifts her right hand to begin directing the dust as she pushed her aura field out to encompass her surroundings so she could take control of the dust in the air. She never got the chance though. As her hand lifted a few small rock hit her arm, then a larger one. She looked up just in time to see a huge crack spread across the stone over her head and as it did a large chunk of the ceiling began to fall. Her eyes widened and she felt someone grab her arm. They pulled up out of the way but pieces of stone still connected with her body as if fell tot eh ground where she had been standing. There was a pain in her right shoulder and her head was throbbing. Her whole field of view had turned a blank white and then started to fade to black starting from the edges of her view...
___ ... ... "Uuuhh..." Nox groaned softly as she started to regain consciousness from the head blow she took from being swiped by the falling ceiling. She opened her eyes. Her vision was completely red with a few minor differences in the hue of the color. She blinked her eyes and eventually managed to ignore the infrared view the pit organs gave her. The red cleared to colors and she could make out some more sense now. Scent and touch. Fabric and the smell was feminine. She shifted and turned her head slowly. Pink hair. She shifted again to look up. There was Auburn's face. She had been resting against the girl while she was out. "What happened?" She groaned out as she tried to push herself up off of Auburn's supporting body. She managed to get herself upright fully though she was swaying like she was still unsteady on her feet. Nox noticed her vision was still looking a little red. She tried paying attention to the infrared and ignoring it. She went back and forth for a bit. As well as checking her dust vision. The red dust that had been floating in the air was no where to be seen now and it definitely wasn't related to thermal heat. She lifted her hand and touched her head. It was wet and after taking her fingers away she could see there was blood on them. 'I see. I must of gotten hit on the head. That's why my thoughts are disjointed and everything seems out of focus. The red I'm seeing is just the blood that has gotten into my right eye.'
___ Nox groaned softly in pain once more and held her head as she looked over Auburn. She had been in her arms. The last thing she remembered... The ceiling falling on her. Auburn must of pulled her out of the way or gotten her out from under the debris after she was knocked out. "Thanks for the save, Auburn." She stated in a sincere voice before she turned to look for Dee and Reikka. They were there. Looked like Dee and put Reikka down against the wall and he was taking out bandages. Reikka didn't look to be hurt though. Neither did he for that matter. Nox glanced back at Auburn. She was bleeding similarly to Nox. Seems that they were the only ones close enough to collapse to have been at risk of injury. Nox turned her attention to assessing the situation of the others. Only there were no others... The floor was gone across most of the entire cave. The other teams seemed to have all fallen. Nox ground her teeth. 'Damn it! If only I could of acted we wouldn't of been split up like this. And that's assuming the others even managed to survive the fall.' Nox thought as she moved as close to the chasm as she dared. It was so deep there was only the void to look into. And doing so just made her feel like it was looking back. It wasn't bottomless though. She could still hear small pebbles and the like falling down it. Some were skipping off the sides while others just free fell all the way but all finally echoed up the sound of hitting a definitive bottom. When Nox turned her back on the chasm Dee was there. He handed over a roll of the bandages he had been taking out before. Nox took it and then turned again to look at the dust clogged air. "Anyone else still there!?" She shouted out into the dust. It was too thick to find anyone else still up here with her infrared vision. If a response came back to her she would call for them to make their way to the foot of the wall they had found. "We need to regroup! The wall we ran into is still here and intact. Moving forward means going over it so might as well meet up at its base." Besides, everyone from team ROKA was already at the foot of the wall anyway and with Reikka still out Nox was the only known team leader still standing so it only made sense to her to try managing the situation for the time being.
OOC: For Auburn's comment about the laughing I'm not ignoring it but rather handling it that Nox hadn't woken back up again yet when she said that. She is aware of it though so feel free to have her bring it up again with her, VJammer. It could help to focus her jumbled short term memories of the attack/trap.

Darkness and silence. That was what greeted Reikka when she could no longer keep her two eyes wide-open. Yet after this, there was nothing, for the moment she fell into deep sleep, she heard nothing and felt nothing. She was too lost in the confines of her own mind to realize what was happening to her and to her team. When the walls exploded and the cave fell on into itself, she heard none of it. When her teammates struggled to get out of the collapsing ceiling's way, she was slumbering peacefully. When Nox was pulled out of the way at the last second, Reikka didn't stir a peep. But the cold stuffiness from the initial moment they reached the towering wall with the narrow exit at the top made her stir slightly. Whether they were treating her with dignity while she was out cold was of no concerns of her's, for she was having a dream that she was having trouble escaping. In both her exhaustion and in her hubris, she dreamt that she was lost in the darkness. Not a darkness that came from being within a cave of sorts, but a perpetual darkness that engulfed her and seeped into her very soul. There was no cold, and there was no noise. Nothing, except the motion of movement as she half-blindly stumbled in the pitch black, endless void.
She ran, ran and kept on running. She didn't care that she was lost and that she wasn't really going anywhere. But then, finally, she had given up after what seemed like an eternity of running. But strangely, she didn't feel tired at all, just overwhelmed by a sudden feeling of despair. Despair that she will never get out, and despair for the people she had left behind. She tripped, falling into the seamless darkness and the unseen floor. She struggled for a while, trying to get up again, but finally she crawled into a fetal position and covered her eyes from the fear she felt. Tears fell, and she could only wipe them away as the sense of desperation closed in on her. After practically forever, she removed her hands from covering her eyes, only to gasp in shock; she could see herself glowing. She stared at her hand for a few seconds of intense scrutiny, then after which she got up without any further emotional cohesion and observed herself. Her eyes moved from her dress, to her glowing limbs, to the rest of her visually bright visage. Suddenly the dark didn't seem so important anymore, and the sense of losing her way was no longer as significant. But where was she? THINK, Reikka! She mentally screamed, forcing herself to return to reality. The darkness was still there, but somehow she knew it wasn't going to last. Finally she sat in a cross-sitting position and observed where she was. Weirdly enough, she had no memory of where she was before this.
She heard the voices of her friends drifting in and out of her head, like whispers coming and going with the echoing wind. But she didn't know who they were. A forlorn look crossed her face. Somehow, she wanted to go back where the voices were coming from. Tears fell from her eyes, but instead of fear, she felt a strong emotion of longing and sadness. She didn't even know why she felt this way, some things were just is. In the real world, however, Reikka solidly remained asleep, no sign of struggle or the feelings that she was feeling could be seen on the surface. After the explosion, Reikka was asleep on the floor, resting at a sturdy patch of cave floor where Dee momentarily left her to hand over some bandages they carried with them towards Nox, who was dazed and bloody from the cave-in. As much as she was trapped in her own mind and body and had no way to wake up from it other than to wait till she regained her physical strength and mental capacity, she no longer felt afraid, and dozed through everything like nothing happened. Her hands twitched and her breathing quickened for a bit, but soon the turmoil she felt on the inside melded into a drive to be patient with herself, as well as to remain calm while the inner storm passed. Slowly she began to accept everything about herself: her fears, her weaknesses, the light and dark aspects of herself. Then she began to glow, light pulsing from the top of her head down to her toes, illuminating the cavern. Still asleep, she had no idea of what was bound to happen next.
Well, Fran's experiences through out the short span of her being enrolled in to Beacon academy has been nothing but exciting. From the cheerful, flirtatious greetings, the bouncy sparring session and into the chaotically wonderful mission. Fran had lived within chaos, albeit controlled chaos, however she's now not in that environment. Around her are people whom she has no knowledge of; regarding pasts, experiences and expertise. All of them would be unique in their own right, but it doesn't matter as most of them are trying to accomplish a singular objective. Of course, Fran couldn't help but adore the white haired maiden pouting about Prince's actions. As the group, now seemingly more calm and not-gonna-kill-each-other, the fog which was merely just an ambiance effect, now serves it's true purpose.
"There's so much whiteness all around, although the sounds of water sounds promising!" Fran mumbles to herself, maybe to Prince too, trying to get him to converse. Fran then tried her hardest to look upon the group in front of them, no luck though, the fog's thickness hinders a sense all too important for Fran. "Or is it fog still?" Fran wonders about the origin of this new obstacle, and what is it exactly...
She then faces her group mate, their team's leader, "I'll be relying on you, I'm finding it hard to locate where the others are." The temporary blockage of Fran's sights made her more serious, more alert. There's a need to be, since unlike a person which will sometimes have a bit more tact, a Grimm will just mercilessly attack. And seeing as how the other people in the group reacted to a scuffle, chances are she'll be left for dead when caught off-guard on an attack, save a few people. She'll appreciate it, sure, but it'd be better to leave her if such things happen, so all the more reason to prevent it. And if she's being honest, she'll do the same too, leave the scapegoat for what they are, scapegoats.
After a bit more time spent walking, following Prince, familiar voices would begin to reach her ears, although to common giggle and laughing would be there too... soon their figures as well. And a wall that prevented further exploration. As she looks upon one of the groups, in particular the one with whom Prince had an altercation with, the first thing Fran hears is about how carrying someone should be done. Curious to inquire, but not enough to have her prying on the issue. Fran turns her attention on the wall, and shortly after turns her attention to the girl that has her attention to the wall, named Nox. What she said made sense, on how this doesn't make sense. Especially after having been lacking sense for a brief period. The girl would then proceed to scrutinize something very particular...
Much to her, and Nox's surprise, explosions came forth after what seems to be laughter. Whoever it was clearly has a bad taste in jokes, while the set up was good, the punchline is quite horrible! Fran instinctively jumps back away from the wall, fearing a collapse. She would take Nox with her if she was capable enough, but sadly she isn't. Prince would then take hold of Fran, as he maneuvered out of harm's way. Fran quickly realizes Prince's actions and let him do his thing. The only thing she could do now is hope he doesn't get injured as he gets away from the explosions and the collapse. He would then release her as they waited for the rubble and dust to settle, when Nox's voice would call out to them.
"Are you okay?" said Fran to Prince, checking him for any injuries or wounds. She wanted to make sure he was fine before they respond, after all, he did a lot for her. She would help him with any first aid needed, before answering back, "We're here! We'll be there in a jiffy!"
