Haseo - okay, after some discussion we have a consensus on what to do for you and division zero. First off, we need you to tone the age down a fair amount. Like Around 8-900. Secondly, well we wont be allowing you to take the head position. However, I can offer you Ring Two.

Rukia - Going to have to Deny your profile, sorry. The use of Absorption techniques or Deflect as a shikai skill is one thing, but to even go further with that into bankai? I can't let it pass. Your whole skill set needs a work over.
