Appearance
The young women is notably on the taller side with white with black streaks in her hair. Her hair starts at the top of her head and begins to gently follow the wave length of her face and ending at her mid back. As she walks her hair can be seen almost shimmering in the light and can be seen from a far away distance. The black and white locks are not very thick but more of a thin structure giving Kira that serious look to her features. As the hair flows down to her shoulders slight white natural highlights can be seen in the dark black waves, and near the end of the hair is a slight curl almost like a ringlet but most of the time Kira would choose to straighten this. Kira's bangs hang down on the right side of her face and lead down right to the end of her ear on the right side making her face look longer and giving again her more serious side but of course Kira can sometimes act in the opposite way. As it comes down it as well contains slight white highlights that are somewhat hidden behind the dark night sky color of waves.
As the hair trails the face it leads to Kira's black eyebrows and red eyes to match her slightly pale face. Her eyebrows are not very bushy at all but are well kept by Kira. A little bit below them are Kira's amazing red eyes. The red is the color of a rose but only slightly darker. This is one of the most notable factors of Kira's face. The red is so vibrant that if one were to stare at them for awhile they may be lost in thought or even just in wonder. Her eyes may be said to represent darkness it's self and the slight lust for blood, however not all is dark in these eyes. Behind them holds a slight glint of hope past and a small light of kindness. The bright red eyes often shine brightly in the darkness much like her hair and are usually serious and focused however the eyes may change to a darker color if she is stressed or seems to be under pressure. Or even turn a white color due to her Zanpaktou.
Moving onto Kira's skin, her skin seems to be on a slightly more pale side but as to not be deathly pale. Her skin has many scars indicating that Kira has experienced battle alot, but perhaps her Zanpaktou may be at fault for this. Kira's clothes and body can be described as the normal. She wears a normal uniform like everyone else however with a black Haori indicating Royal Guard status. Kira's body is slim and athletic but she chooses not to reveal this. This makes her able to propel quite quickly to avoid attacks. However, Kira of course lets her body be shown lightly but not so much as to look whoreish. She is slightly muscular but not so much it is entirely noticeable only slightly.

Reiatsu Appearance: Kira's Reiatsu seems to have a mystery behind it and a dark feel as well as appearance. The Reiatsu color being black also has a transparent glow to it. The black is not thickening but slightly transparent whenever it is dense enough to be seen which is usually in battle. However it can also be evident when Kira may be slightly streseed. Kira's Reiatsu is something to be careful of as it can also trigger the "Transformation" in Kira. The Reiatsu usually swirls like a ribbon around Kira.
Personality:
Among the dark eyes and dark features Kira still has a good heart and personality. At almost all times Kira may be seen as a dark person with her more serious outlook on everything but there is times where she may relax and uphold normal conversations. Kira's personality sometimes drive people away because of how serious she tends to be and they may sometimes feel offended to her lack of emotions on life. Kira treats almost everyone equally and acts the same towards everyone equally. As Kira learns more knowledge as she believes there is always more to learn she may become more open and less uptight to those around her.
~Background and History~
In the harsh climate of Russia, Kira was born during the Russo-Japanese War that raged on during 8 February 1904 – 5 September 1909. Kira was born right before the end of the war on August 20th, 1905. Kira was born in an abandoned building by her Japanese father, Kazuhiro Shizen and her Russian Mother Ogon' Shizen (original name Ogon' Chernyi (Огонь Черный) Kazuhiro Shizen. Kira's father was not in the Russian Military and was brought there on business purposes. He did not believe much in the war and was the one that had quickly fallen in love with a young Russian girl named Ogon'; Kira's mother, who was enlisted in the Military as a nurse. Kira's mother and father once meeting had to do everything by secret as to avoid the Generalissimo's (General's) gaze, for if he were to find out what Ogon' had done she would have surely been killed. The marriage was done a little bit into the start of the war in secrecy away from the battlefield and not too long after is when Ogon' was pregnant with Kira.
Kira growing up was sheltered mostly by her father. Being Japanese and only about seven years old at the time Kira did not have the greatest childhood. Even though the war was over at this point Kira was sheltered from the outside, her father instructing her not to go outside without him. This was due to the fact that Kira may have been the only child born of Japanese and Russian during this time and that if others were to catch on of who the mother was Kira, Kazuhiro and possibly Ogon' may have been killed.
During her time in Russia Kira's father looked after her mostly and soon once Kira reached about eleven years old Kira understood why her mother was never there. For one she worked to supply money for her and her father but also that she was a Nurse in the Military of the Russians and had to disguise the fact that she had mothered a Japanese daughter. However, Ogon' would come home later at night to the small home where the family lived. During this time Kira picked up and learned Russian from her mother, while in the day time her father educated her in Japanese and a little bit of English, but only the bit that her father knew.
When Kira finally reached about 17 Years old she had become a young woman and did constant chores around the small home for her father. She had learned to become an independent and a confident girl. She could now speak fluent Japanese and Russian and some small English words here and there, she also knew how to write in Russian and Japanese but struggled with English. It had only been shortly after her 17th Birthday when Kira had gone out with her father's permission. Wearing a cap and scarf to not only keep her warm from the cold in Serbia but too also disguise her Japanese features (Russians still held grudge against Japanese). Kira had gone out to the market to grab some milk for her father for dinner that night. Her father barely had enough money to give to Kira.
During that night Kira had reached the market and stepped gently to the man selling the milk and thought it would be alright to lower her hat and scarf by gently taking them both off. As Kira pointed to the milk with a small smile she extended her hand to give the man money. However the man quickly caught onto Kira's features and had shouted "yaponskiĭ Parazitov!" ("японский Паразитов!" - "Japanese Vermin!") Kira's eyes had widened as she dropped the money and began to run. There were other people in the market that had heard the man and soon she was being chased. Not long into her chase a soldier from the Russian army had pulled out a gun and aimed and fired. The bullet hit Kira directly in the back and went through to her chest area. Kira had fell to the ground bleeding and clutching her wound. Not long after the soldier had discovered her mother and father and they were killed shortly after.
As Kira laid there she felt her life slipping away and just wished it would end and this was quickly answered as a man in black uniform stood above her with what appeared to be a sword, but the man seemed peaceful and there was a light surrounding her and not soon after he had spoken to her in Japanese "Subete ga kon daijōbu ni naru shinpai shinaide kudasai.. Anata ga jiyū ni naru betsu no sekai ni itte imasu " (すべてが今大丈夫になる心配しないでください..あなたが自由になる別の世界に行っています。 - "Don't worry everything will be alright now.. You are going to another world where you will be free. ") With that a few words were muttered and Kira felt free. When she woke up she found herself in Rokungai where a Shinigami and had saved her from a hollow shortly after. Kira was taken to Soul Society shortly after.
During her many years with Soul Society Kokei served as a Captain of the Sixth division for many years. She was said to be a great Captain but of course had her disadvantages, one being her Zanpaktou. She today has been promoted to the position of Royal Guard and is protecting the Soul King.

Gigai Appearance: Kira's Gigai looks like a normal Japanese human being. The hair is simply black and a thin build. Where as the eyes are a dark brown color. Kira's height goes down to only about 5 ft in her Gigai.

~Zanpakuto Information ~
Zanpakuto Name: Shi Miru (死 見る) - Death Watch
Zanpakuto Type: Katana
Zanpakuto Sealed Appearance: Shi Miru's sealed appearance can be noticed and noted as a very dark and mysterious blade. When sheathed this blade has a very evil vibe surrounding it at all times. The black sheath starts off with a sepia tone MENUKI (Ornament) that often a dull glow under sunlight or moonlight. Attached to it is the black TSUKA (Handle) with a black ITO (Braid) that make a cris-cross pattern giving an more ominous look to the begging of the blade. The TSUBA (guard) and KOIGUICHI (scabbard mouth) are also a sepia tone with also a more open design on it. Leading too the main part of the sheath the SAGEO (Cord) is a dark red velvet color that is the brightest part of the sheath. It continues that color until is reaches the end of the sheath when the red gently fades to a black.

Spirit Appearance: Shi Miru is said to be host to the Spirit of a Tengu named Bankotsubo. Bankotsubo starting from his head he has thin white hair with a thicker white beard. His hair reaches down to almost his ankles in the back. He wears a small black hat on the top of his head. Leading down to his face, he looks rather old and his face is a bright red like most Tengu's, his nose being very long and being the most noticeable part of him. It is said that those that eat the Tengu's nose can gain eternal life. Bankotsubo wears a larger fur coat with traditional but way more heavier Shinigami type pants which is the same color as his top. Across his stomach is a band that seems to keep his shirt in place. On his feet he wears the traditional clogs. However on his back are huge wings that he may use to fly. The wings are usually using feathers but regrow instantly because of the enormous evil energy the Tengu gives off.
Spirit Personality: Bankotsubo is a very evil Tengu and actually will attempt to harm Kira physically if given the chance. He has no kindness in his heart one bit and if he was not sealed into the blade would be off killing young children.
Spirit Relationship: The relationship with Kira and the Tengu can only be seen as bad. A long time ago back when Kira first received the blade the only way for her to re-gain her Spirits trust was to entrust her body to him when she activated Shikai or Bankai. By doing so Bankotsubo granted her tremendous power in combat, one that can far surpass a normal Captain of Royal Guard but because of this Bankotsubo is able to harm her physically rendering harm to Kira's internals or externals. Kira will not activate Shikai with Shi or even draw her blade unless absolutely needed because she can only hold herself in Shikai for 15 Mins before Bankotsubo will take over her entire body.
Spirit Inner World: Kira's inner world can only be described as hell. Since it is known in Japanese folklore that the Tengu's each lived on a separate mountain, Bankotsubo is know to live in Mt.Fuji. However, since he is not well known in Japanese folklore he is said to be the main ruler of the "Joukai" or the forest of death in Aokighara where suicides are popular. Kira's inner world is an illusion of this forest where Bankotsubo has been given the nickname "Shi" meaning in a shorter form... Death. Hence the name of the Zanpaktou itself "Shi miru" Miru for watch because life is usually timed and when you die you die. In this inner world it is an illusion of Aokighara but simply set in flames. There is a center of the forest that is a ring of flames and this is where Bankotsubo will be. Kira is usually placed in the middle of this ring while attempting to meditate with the evil Tengu.
Shikai Appearance: In Shikai the blade itself will turn into a whip like structure and will be alot longer then the normal blade in it's normal state. Bankotsubo's face will remain black but his wings will grow larger and his brown coat will turn red. His clogs will also grow. A black glow may be noticed around the blade at this point. This is simply Kira's reiatsu increasing.
Shikai Release Command: N/A (Transformation automatically takes place without control)
Shikai Release Appearance: Around Kira black reiatsu will thicken and almost crowd her entire body like fog would do. However, a more noticeable change will take place. Without control, Kira's eyes will turn a white color and her pupil's may slowly disappear. Kira is able to stay in 15 - 20 Mins in Shikai ONLY at this point due to Shi's control on her body. After this time is up, which is extreme conditions, Kira will no longer be herself and it will be Shi's movements and speech.
Shikai Ability: In Shikai, Shi becomes more then just a normal blade. Not only does it now have a Whip like structure, Shi is now able to resist Kidou's in Hado and Bakudo up to number thirty.
Shikai Attacks:
逆スペル (Gyaku superu) "Spell Reverse" : In this attack Kira is able to resist all Kidou's up to number thirty and strike back at the opponent at a higher speed.
吸収 (Kyūshū) " Absorption": With this attack Kira is able to resist Kidou's up to thirty and gains a higher resistance level, meaning the kidou's may do very little damage to her.
Bankai Appearance: During this time Kira will most likely no longer be in charge of her own body and Shi could be inflicting damage to Kira's physical body and using what is left of her Reiatsu as a last chance for survival. However with this Shi becomes slightly stronger. The blade itself will become a black color signifying the last of Kira's Reiatsu. Unless someone can snap Kira out of her Bankai, Kira may most definitely gain serious injury.
Bankai Release Appearance: Kira's hair will turn pitch black along with her skin and her eyes will also turn black. Kira may start to take on features of the Tengu such as his wings but of course she will not be able to fly with them.
Bankai Ability: Kira is now able to resist the same number of Kidou's in Hadou and Bakudo and but gains twice her normal speed naturally.
Bankai Attacks:
究極のカウントダウン (Kyūkyoku no kauntodaun) "Ultimate Countdown": Same abilities as "Spell Reversal" and same number of Kidou's. However, Kira is now able to once again gain a higher speed.
60秒 (60-Byō) "60 Seconds": This is much the same as "Absorption" except in this attack only one Kidou up to as high as thirty may be absorbed but within a minute Kira can 100% get dealt no damage to the Kidou due to resitance will be shot back with much more speed.

Zanjutsu: (Swordsmanship Techniques)
- Hitotsume: Nadegiri (撫で斬り, "The First: Killing Stroke"): This basic technique allows for a precision cut of extreme force and speed, it can casually slice through large, multi-story high opponents protected by steel skin. The opponent can be killed with one swift slash so precise, that they aren't even aware of until after it has taken place.
Agitowari (顎割, "Chin/Jaw Splitting"): A sword technique where a single sword attack cuts an opponent in half from the jaw down the length of the body until the target is bi-sectioned.
Senmaioroshi (千枚卸, "Thousand-Page Wholesale"): A technique where multiple blade movements take place so fast that they can literally shred a target into pieces
Ryōdan (両断, "Bisection"): A two-handed sword technique that has the practitioner bring the sword down with enough force that it can cut an opponent in half right down the middle
Hakuda: (Hand to Hand Combat Techniques)
Oni Headpoke (鬼デコピン, "Oni Dekopin"): A technique where a simple finger flick has enough physical force to send an opponent flying a considerable distance away, even with enough power to crash through multiple physical constructs.
Kazaguruma (風車, "Windmill"):[17] a technique where one throws their body up into the air, making a shearing movement with the legs to get one leg in front of the other without holding on to the ground.[1] The move can either be done backwards or sideways. When the move is done with one leg high over the head to deliver a devastating kick to an opponent sending them flying away with tremendous force
Chōhigezutsuki (超ヒゲ頭突き, "Super Stubble Headbutt"): [19] A technique where a head butt attack is used with such force that it sends an opponent flying backward a considerable distance
Tornado (Torunēdo): A technique where the user does a upside rotating straddle split, similar to a tornado, this has the effect of delivering a multiple kick attack at opponent that is near them.
Hoho: (Step Method Techniques)
Shunpo (瞬歩, Flash steps), a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow.[1]. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps. Training and skill are what determines how fast a user of Shunpo can move; those of little skill in the technique or those who haven't used it an extended amount of time would obviously be out of practice, causing those individuals to be considerably slower, which requires the use of more steps to move the same distance and become winded far easier in a shorter amount of time. The Arrancar variation of Shunpo is Sonído and the Quincy variation of is Hirenkyaku.
Senka (閃花, Flash Blossom): a special Shunpo technique where one moves to their opponents back. Directly attacking and sealing one's "Saketsu (鎖結, Chain Binding)" and "Hakusui (鎖結, Soul Sleep)" in one strike. The movement is so fast that an opponent may not be able to tell whether he was attacked from the front or the back and even an outside observer may find it impossible to tell what the movements are.
