Even though Elisia had asked her a question, she put it to the side for a minute or two while she took Elisia's hand from her face and laced her their fingers together, holding her hand away from her metallic face. "God, she's so beautiful. I am definitely the luckiest girl in existence..." Was all that ran through her mind right at that moment. For several silent minutes, her glowing red lenses did nothing but stare at Elisia's everything; her whole body, her eyes, her lips, her breasts, her legs, her shoulders- anything Tsukiko could rest an eye on, she did. She simply couldn't help herself because she was absolutely crazy about this woman, this one person made her stop dead in her tracks, just to look at. And for a while that had been enough; Tsukiko had been content with just watching her because she was just that breathtaking to her. Finally, as if snapped out of a trance, she realized that she had been silent this entire time and ran a hand through her hair. "It's okay, you don't have to like it, I completely understand. If you're scared, I'll just put something over my face. There is nothing I will not do for you, I can assure you of that." She said calmly, standing up while helping Elisia to her feet. Once they were both upright once more, Tsukiko positioned her hands at Elisia's waist and pulled her close to her so that their pelvic regions were touching. "You look absolutely stunning. It takes some kind of woman to look this fantastic after she's been in a fight. It's probably going to drive me crazy to see you showered off and clean, because you'll look that much prettier, but I'm willing to take that risk." Pulling apart from her, she smiled and took Elisia by the hand and then began to guide her through the city, taking her at a reserved pace as she knew the girl was was already tired enough as it was.

While they walked past the many stores and restaurants that this city had to offer, Tsukiko was constantly taking tabs on everything by using her grid sight setting to scale all of the buildings and structures, allowing her CPU to draw a map of the entire area that they passed through. Even as she hacked into satellites and radio towers to check the weather and traffic reports along with various other things, Tsukiko was able to keep that in the background of her systems while she carried on various, mostly random and pointless, but nonetheless amusing conversations with her spouse as she lead Elisia towards the Hotel she had decided upon. She didn't bring up anything important for these conversations, but she still found them fun because they were with Elisia. Anyone else would have bored her to death. Finally, after twenty or so minutes of walking, they arrived at the base of the Mantra Coolangatta, which prompted Tsukiko to stop near the parking lot and happily declare "Well, here we are!" before abruptly taking Elisia by the waist and performing a jump that was leagues beyond anything a Shinigami could hope to accomplish. Landing on the balcony of one of the rooms on the topmost floor, she released Elisia, but not before allowing her hand to drop to her buttocks before slowly sliding it away- it was more than a gesture of affection at the moment- and a sign of how much she wanted to be with Elisia right now. It was unfortunate for her that her head was skinless because she would not be able to lie in bed next to her on account of the fact that her chassis would set something on fire without the skin there to provide that layer of protection. There were alternatives though, she reasoned. It wouldn't be so bad to sit up and keep Elisia in her arms all night.

After releasing Elisia, she hoped that she would enjoy the sight of the ocean while Tsukiko turned and effortlessly picked the lock and slid the door open, but did not enter right away. It was tradition, after all, that the bride be carried over the threshold and in this case, Tsukiko was stronger, so she wasted no time in turning around, whisking Elisia off her feet and carrying her into the hotel room, then setting her down on the bed. "How do you like it?" She asked, easing herself onto the bed as she quickly deactivated her Shikai and switched into her torn wedding dress. The broken strap caused the top to slip down quite considerably, baring her breasts which were now covered only by a white lace bra. She obviously didn't mind, and naturally had no reason to. It was her wife, after all; she was pretty much expected to be seen naked by her. Not to mention they had already exchanged such pleasantries before. And a glorious night it had been. "I think it's cute." She remarked, turning so that she was facing Elisia, then slid back onto the bed, lying down with her head in her hand, which was propped by her elbow. For a moment she went silent, but this was only because she quickly hacked into the hotel's computer system and edited their database to show that the room was booked for today and for six days and nights after and added specific instructions that the guests in the room never be disturbed. She would take care of food easily, since her rings would suffice in changing the composition of the food into something spiritual. For now, however, she was content with just watching Elisia without a care in the world.

Elisia staunchly shook her head in response to Tsukiko’s statement that she would cover her face. She had accepted, all along, or at least, known, that underneath Tsukiko’s skin, there was not the skeleton of a human, but instead, metallic parts. What difference did it make? There was still her friend and now her lover underneath, despite the appearance that she had. After all, Tsuki had changed her appearance numerous times, especially since the girl couldn’t age. Judging by Tsuki’s appearance, Elisia herself had a couple of years before she caught up, which was good. Seeing that Tsukiko’s eyes were roving over her, she stifled a barely audible squeak of surprise as she started feeling hot all of a sudden. It was such a strange sensation and one that she had never experienced before, not with anyone she thought that she ‘loved’. Almost instantly, as she was pulled close to Tsukiko, her worries vanished as she gazed at her wife. Putting her hands on Tsukiko’s waist as well, she felt herself feeling utterly satisfied, knowing that everything was going to be alright. It was only after they were a little further apart that she let her breath go, realizing that she had been holding it the entire time. Her tongue felt as if it was stuck in her throat and she found herself unable to speak or say anything to express what she wanted to say, only able to focus on the hand that she was clutching as she found herself being led somewhere. However, in the next while or so, she found herself loosening up again, just as usual, as she fell into something a little normal, chatting away with her wife. Sometimes she had to admit that she was sort of wondering in the back of her mind exactly where she was being steered to, but she trusted Tsukiko and anyway, it wasn’t like she knew where she was exactly. She was somewhat grateful for the pace that Tsukiko was moving at, as her own legs were in danger of giving way soon due to over-exertion and it wasn’t like she wanted to collapse on her own wedding night. At that thought, she nearly started hyperventilating, but calmed herself down, enough to resume her conversation with her wife.

So engrossed in her thoughts and her conversations, she had barely noted her surroundings and had stopped, a little confused, when Tsuki had. Glancing at the hotel her wife had chosen, her eyes widened in surprise and she said in sheer astonishment, “Wow.” She blinked twice in amazement as she greedily drunk in the sight of the place, before turning to her wife with a beaming smile on her face, “I have to admit, you--” Her voice abruptly cut off as she was carried upwards in a massive jump, her breath literally being taken away as she squeezed her eyes shut, not wanting to scream in fright at the suddenness of it all. As soon as the sensation was gone, she cautiously peeked open one eye, letting out a sigh of relief when she noticed the fact that she was on solid ground. Staggering around a little, she barely had time to steady herself or admire the ocean when she was lifted up yet again, only to be put down on the bed. It looked like she wasn’t going to be needing to use her legs for quite some time, though, since she would just want to enjoy her wife’s company for a while. Unable to stop herself noticing her wife’s bare bra, she stared at it blankly for a while, before, with some effort on her part, whipping her head upwards and saying in a dazed voice, “Huh?” Finally, her wife’s question registered on her mind and she hurriedly said, “Yes, it’s really nice, Tsuki, I think it’s wonderful.” A brighter smile appeared on her face as she reached for her wife’s waist, gently stroking it.

Lifting her head, the circumstances hit her in one massive go and she found herself going red and blushing. What was the matter with her? She had seen Tsuki and been in a situation like this quite a number of times before, especially after they had confessed to each other. Why was she acting like a child right now? She should be the one more mature now, since she had lived so many more years than Tsukiko had. Forcing herself to stay as calm as possible, she reached out to her wife, gingerly hugging the girl. As she touched Tsuki, she felt her heart pick up its pace, beating in an erratic manner that matched her thinking at the moment. She was going to go mad if she didn’t settle down and unfortunately, Tsukiko was the one causing this. Pulling away in an attempt to disguise her heartbeat, she gazed into her wife’s ‘eyes’, which were red now, something that should have scared her, yet, for some strange reason, did not. Was it because she knew that it was the girl? Or something else? She didn’t know and her mind was in no condition to tell her or instruct her about anything at all. Hiding her face with her silver hair, she shyly stammered, “Just going to take a bath,” before hurriedly slipping away to the bathroom. The instant she shut the door, she slumped against the door, her heart taking off as she kept on remembering certain sections of her wife, that she had always known, but for some reason, had never made an impact like today. Nervously rubbing her hair, she carefully checked her appearance in the bathroom mirror, wondering how Tsukiko had called her stunning. Perhaps she might have been a little harsh on herself, but lower than her knees was entirely speckled with mud, her feet were dusty and her face tear-stained, from the crying she had been doing before. Locking herself in the shower, she slowly scrubbed herself, letting the warm water wash over her body as it unknotted the tension in her shoulders and her entire body.

It was only after a few minutes that she exited from the shower, as clean as she could get herself. Carefully wiping herself down, she swiftly dried her hair, before glancing to see what her options were regarding clothes. What was remaining of her wedding dress, was so woeful and terrible that she would rather not even think about it. Pulling on her black underwear, she seized one of the hotel towels, wrapping it around herself as she nervously clutched at it. “Just breathe, everything will be fine,” she anxiously repeated to herself as she opened the bathroom door with trembling hands. Emerging from the bathroom with her hair still slightly damp from the bath, she flashed her wife a nervous and apologetic smile. “Sorry, I thought a shower might do me some good,” her voice was tiny, barely above a whisper. Summoning all the courage she had, she clambered onto the bed again, pulling her wife into an embrace as she breathed in Tsukiko’s scent and revelled in the electrifying feeling that Tsukiko’s presence provided her with. “Now,” her voice was slightly husky as she feasted her eyes upon her wife, adoration and love clear in her eyes, “What did I leave in the middle of?”

Masashi, Lee, Gobantai Taichō

"Hold it together. Birds of a feather. Nothing but lies and crooked wings. I have the answer. Spreading the cancer. You are the faith inside me. No, Don't, leave me to die here. Help me survive here, alone. Don't Remember! Remember! Put me to sleep, Evil Angel. Open your wings, Evil Angel. I'm a believer. Nothing could be worse. All these imaginary friends. Hiding betrayal. Driving the nail. Hoping to find a savior. No, don't, leave me to die here. Help me survive here, alone. Don't Surrender! Surrender! Put me to sleep, Evil Angel. Open your wings, Evil Angel. Fly over me, Evil Angel. Why can't I breathe, Evil Angel?"

Lee did not miss Hei's words to Hibiki after Hibiki screamed at him though they were confusing in their own right. Why would Hei want Hibiki to get strong enough to kill him? Could Hei truly always act like a a*****e just to get them to push their selves further? It seemed unbelievable yet Lee was already down enough he was tired of arguing the fact that Hei was evil. Perhaps deep down his hate of Hei was blinding him but quite frankly even if that was true he was nowhere near ready to admit that out loud. In his mind he wanted to believe Hei was the evil power hungry a*****e that he had always believed him to be. Well maybe not always believed him to be. He needed him to be evil for things to make sense again. Hearing Hei speak part of his own statement out loud made it very clear that Lee had probably not made incredible sense. However he let the comment go as he intended to remain quiet if at all possible. He didn't want to waste another thought on this argument anymore especially if he was indeed wrong about Hei. Even if he eventually believed Hei wasn't evil it didn't mean he had to like the man right?

However the moment he was called a hypocrite Lee stood up and let out a sigh turning to face Hei with a scowl. Obviously it was to prevent the further death of Shinigami or Lee probably would have hesitated even more when thinking about killing Hibiki. There would have been no need for this if not to prevent the death of Shinigami.
"I am aware of that but how am I a hypocrite?" Watching as Hei extended his pointer finger towards him almost in an accusing way Lee waited for his explanation. Upon hearing it Lee could almost hear Namihime holding her breath as he got a very confused look on his face. Him kill Yuu? That was absurd as Yuu was not even dead. Shows how much Hei knew. Letting out a tired sigh as his face grew slightly more confused as he rubbed his temples. "What are you talking about? Yuu-kun is not dead Hei. Though he is-" Lee's eyes widened as the implications came pouring into his mind. Yuu had been missing since he graduated the academy which was around the time when his memories didn't quite make sense. Could he have blocked it out so as to not deal with it? Almost falling back down to a sitting position Lee put his right hand over his mouth not quite hiding the look of horror that was on his face.

No. No. No. No. No. It couldn't be true. He refused to believe such a ludicrous thing. It just couldn't be true. There was no possible way he would have done that right? Was he a murderer? Sure he had killed his fair share but until now he had never considered himself a murderer given the killing was necessary. For balance and to protect the defenseless. Burying his face in his hands Lee grasped his face wanted to rip the flesh off but held back. Why had Nami kept such a thing from him? He certainly intended to find out the moment things were not so tense. Returning his hand over his mouth he continued sitting there in horror and frozen in that position. Things seemed to go by in a blur and at yet time also seemed to slow. Given him an unknown amount of time to think about what he had done now. Had he really done it though? He had no memories of the incident and quite frankly wasn't ready to take Hei at his word. So much had happened and he wanted to speak to his spirit. However he needed to make sure he was needed for anything first.

Nothing drew his attention until Hei spoke to all them present shattering his thoughts with the man's implications. Him stating himself as a Genius was no surprise and whether lee liked him or not it was common knowledge really. So the fact that he may have somehow developed a way to reverse hollowification was comforting really. It was certainly a possibility knowing the man. So Nu wouldn't be a Vizard permanently? That was very comforting and yet at the same time made him realize part of the reason he was so upset. Nu had consented to becoming one. Should he perhaps forgive her for such a thing and pursue the topic of her true feelings? The second implication was something he almost missed and given his slight anger towards Hei almost made him brush it off. It was only meant to be shouldered by him? Did that mean he considered it a burden? If it was a burden why didn't he just reverse it now that he had a way? Or had his new Resurrección came at a terrible price? So many questions were now floating around Lee's mind that he found it all overwhelming. Then a few seconds later and Hei was gone to do whatever he wanted to do.

Why did he have to be so infuriating? He always had to bring about more questions than answers something Lee hated. Not to mention he wouldn't answer such questions even if asked. Still he did need to do something before everything was said and done.
"Sōtaichō. I'm sorry...I should not have argued the point that you are wrong. Who am I to tell you that you are wrong when you have known him much longer than I myself have. And if you say that i am wrong in my assumption then well I have no reason but to believe you and will try and see what you are talking about. Apologize to Tsukiko-fukutaichō for me as well please." Why did that have to be so hard? Man admitting you were wrong always sucked and quite frankly he was still not one hundred percent sure he was wrong but he would certainly be more mindful. Then quite suddenly a hand was on his shoulder that he knew belonged to Nu. Instinct told him to brush it off but quite frankly he wasn't sure he wanted to trust his instincts at the moment. They seemed to be out of service at the moment. Perhaps outdated? Either way they weren't working properly and he was still curious about the kiss he had received. Reaching up to give the hand a squeeze it was gone long before his hand made it up and grasped at air hopelessly. Letting the hand fall back down Lee sat there waiting for orders. Then Nu voiced her thoughts on him getting rest which he quickly denied shaking his head no. "Not right now."

Then Yuki spoke up and Lee listened as she was giving orders to those present. So the would be vizards were chosen and thankfully he wasn't one of them. Even if he was willing to accept the powers weren't evil he wanted no part in practicing using them himself yet. That was a step much to far right now. He wasn't ready to endure such a thing and he had been completely serious when stating he intended to become more powerful on his own. Though perhaps now he would be willing to accept help from a few others. Not Hei though. Lee was certainly not going to be accepting any help from Hei not that the man would be offering anyway. Nodding at being told to stay on the roof he then proceeded to nod again as told to create and underground training facility. Perhaps that was part of a punishment? Even if it wasn't in all honesty it would give him a good chance to turn it into a little bit of training and he would not deny. He would also make sure to deny any help that may or may not be offered. He would make sure it was spacious enough to be of some use. Though he was also very surprised to hear that Yuki was pregnant. When did that happen? Was that why they retreated. That would certainly make sense.

Watching as Yuki left he then proceeded to stay put watching as others left to do their various assigned tasks for the day. Standing up and turning to Nu as she was free to do what she chose for now Lee looked her directly in the eyes.
"Stay here. Perhaps we can talk. I don't think you a monster for accepting Nu-chan..." Giving a slight nod at Hideki as the man told him where he would be and that there would be no need to disturb him. "I understand Hideki-taichō though if you are speaking of me. I do not resent you. I just do not entirely understand your choice really. Perhaps it has simply been a long and stressful day for us all." Giving Nu one last look he took a seat and rested his zanpakuto on his lap clearing his throat. "I have to converse with Nami about something but please stay as after. Perhaps we can talk. I want you here." Then without warning he closed his eyes and entered the inner world of his soul. Standing in the familiar plane of his soul space the icy yet warm feeling present. Thankfully he was dressed in normal shinigami attire and therefore didn't have to worry about feeling cold. The icy roofless castle he stood in as icy rain drops hit his skin was expected. Lee looked around until his eyes fell on Namihime and he parted his lips.

"Okay you know why I am here and know what I want to talk about so tell me. Is it true?" There was a silence that was around the area that almost confirmed his question though he refrained from saying anything. Nami looked at him with pain and guilt reflected in her eyes before turning her gaze to the floor. Lee's anger melted away and he dropped to his knees in despair. "It's true..." Nami looked up at him and after a few moments stood up and walked over to him getting on her knees and placing her hands on her shoulders. "I am sorry Lee-kun. When it happened you were full of despair and fell into depression. You shut me out and wouldn't let me help you. After some time passed you suppressed it and created this alternate time line where Yuu-kun left after the argument. I at first tried to reason with you over what happened and tried to get you to see but you wouldn't listen. Eventually I just decided to let you have your piece of mind on the situation. I'm sorry. I should have told you sooner but after awhile you let it go until recently. For fear of you falling back into despair and depression I remained silent. Even when every fiber of my being told me to tell you the truth. Please forgive me.."

Raising his head to look at her as a few tears ran out of his eyes Lee reached up and grasped her hands giving them a squeeze. "I understand Namihime it's alright. I just don't understand why I would do such a thing? Yuu-kun was my brother and I took his life for what? I even intentionally manipulated the feelings of the woman he loved and made her think I loved her out of jealousy?" Nami looked at him seeing the pain reflected in his eyes and reverted her gaze to the icy floor beneath them. "You were going through a rough time. Your mother hadn't been dead for an extremely long time. I do not pretend to understand what was going through your head really but I do know one thing for certain. If it happened now you wouldn't have reacted in such a way. As it stands it wasn't entirely your fault you reacted in your defense. So please cheer up. The Captain's going through the hollowification need you to keep them from going crazy. Don't forget Nu-chan is one of them and you wanted to talk to her." Lee let out a sigh and after the memories came flooding back swallowed the feelings of sadness. There would be time for that later for now he needed to get back.

Standing up and helping Nami to her feet he pulled her into a hug as thanks for her kind words and prepared himself.
"Thanks Namihime. I will not let myself fall into despair so do not worry okay. I am going back now. Goodbye." Giving her a standing bow he then allowed himself to leave until he was back in the still unfamiliar surroundings of Hibiki's apartment. Letting out a sigh and rubbing his neck for a moment he sheathed his zanpakuto as he stood up and wiped his eyes just in case there was any wetness to them. Turning to Nu Lee gave her a slightly tired look as he asked a question that he needed someone else outside of his own mind to answer. "Am I a bad person Nu-chan? I mean what kind of a person kills their brother even if in self defense after manipulating the feelings of the woman he cared for? Am I bad person for doing that even if it was in the past?" Where was Eriko? Lee sort of wanted to talk to her as well. Was she avoiding him for some reason. Since the kiss he gave her at the wedding he had not talked to her at all. Was she upset with the kiss now? Had she perhaps found out about Nu kissing him and was angry over that. He really didn't understand at the moment and therefore didn't try instead focusing on the woman who was here. Though at the moment he wasn't sure he wanted to be romantically involved with anyone. He was a murderer after all.

(-dies- More character development though it turned out a lot longer than intended. @.@ HOLY s**t It has the exact same word count as Taitai's. XD That is awesome!)

Unfortunately, she couldn't do facial expressions in her current state, which prevented her from smiling as Elisia as she expressed her approval of the hotel she had chosen and put her hand to Tsukiko's waist. However, that did not stop her from feeling her soft touch and silently thanking her father to death for installing a nervous system into her body. "All right, take your time." She responded with a laugh as Elisia retreated to the bathroom, clearly embarrassed. Tsukiko slid her elbow to the side, allowing her to put her weight onto her upper arm and turn her head to watch Elisia disappear into the bathroom. Shaking her head from side to side, Tsukiko altered her position so that she could slide off the bed. After moving next to the sliding glass door, Tsukiko stared out into the ocean, touching her fingers to the glass and looking at her transparent reflection. "She's so cute when she's embarrassed." Her hand began a slow descent along the surface of the glass as she turned away from the door, leaving five quickly disappearing streaks in the wake of fingers.

Stopping midway between the bed and the door, Tsukiko looked down at her tattered dress and let out a small sigh. She had really liked this one and it was a shame to see it ruined. By this time, it was annoying to have a strip of fabric digging into the bottom of her breasts, so she decided to discard the garment entirely. It was going to be their night alone together anyway; no need for a dress. Gripping the fabric, she pulled it over her head and pulled it off her body and tossed it to the floor, quickly shedding her footwear and tossing them onto her cloak, which now lay askew on a chair, as if thrown there in haste. Now in nothing but a matching set of white lace underwear, Tsukiko put her knee to the edge of the bed and slid onto it, sitting up with her back to the pillow as the head of the bed and extending her long, slender legs towards the foot of it. It was then that she heard the water cease running, leading her to the conclusion that Elisia would be returning within the next few minutes. While she waited, Tsukiko absently minded toyed with the corner of a pillow, pinching the fabric inbetween her index and middle fingers and tugging at the rogue thread that was coming loose.

Once Elisia had returned, however, the pillow was treated as though it did not exist, and her vision suddenly tunneled, almost blacking everything out. Everything but herself, Elisia, and the bed. Pulled into another embrace, Tsukiko returned the favor before Elisia pulled back, looked deep into her eyes with those brilliant green eyes that Tsukiko loved, then posed her question. "You left before I could do this." She responded coyly, pushing herself up with her left hand while she held Elisia with her right, then turned both of them over. With Elisia now on the bottom, Tsukiko had straddled her, keeping her weight on her knees as she calmly took Elisia's hands from her waist and set them down on the bed. Tsukiko moved her hands to Elisia's chest and hooked her fingers into the tiny gap between her supple skin and the towel, then began to undo it, pulling it open and granting her access to the sight of Elisia's nearly nude body. "That's what I wanted to see."

Akane Itsuki, Third Seat of Division Three

Riku Ryuu of the Black Mist Mountains

Akane had loaded Suzu up on his back a while ago. He didn't care to his own people fight amongst one another. Suzume had been tired down from the mission before-hand, as he could tell by the drool upon his shoulder. Akane reaches out quickly and snatches a fly making its way to Suzume, "Hm.. what am I doing? We're spirits, what would it do?" He sighs and walks to Yokozuki, "Aye, Taichō, I'm gonna fix Suzu a place to sleep. She won't do much good cookin' if she's like this.." Akane didn't really have manners when it came down to it. He was sophisticated, and knew quite a lot, but never seemed to care for those above him. When it came to his Captain, he would only address him as Taichō.

Without any chance of an order, or for his Captain to being able to say more than three words, he was already moving to Tadashi. He climbs over and looks back to him, "I'll lay her down in the room, she's not much use when she is too tired to even stand.." He hops down and opens a window. He climbs in, making sure not to knock Suzume in the head. Akane walks out through the door. He looks around and walks down to a room that seems to be Hibiki's. He opens the door and walks in. Akane lays Suzume against the wall; taking her haori off and folding it so it would be a pillow. He puts the make-shift pillow down and lays Suzume's head upon it. Akane opens his window and goes to the stove. He looks around, "Tadashi, where are we gonna get the food, aye?"

Akane walks over and sees if the stove works. He nods and looks around, "Uugghh, crap. What the 'ell are we suppose to cook? I'll be right back, gonna ask what ta do.." He walks out and back to the fire escape, climbing up it and looking to everyone. He stares for a minute, "We ain' got food.. what do you want me to cook people?" He ties his hair back so it won't fall forward when he bends over the stove. He began to wonder how he was even going to cook all the food for these people. Akane thought back to his father, who was a street vendor and cooked food for a lot of people. He grimaced at the thought of people pining over some simple food; sometimes pushing people to get ahead in line on discount days. He knew food, and food made people in to animals at times. Akane raises his index finger, "Oh, rule number one; no one will push to get food. Number two," he would have his middle finger join his index, "no one will get food until the Sōtaichō has gotten what she needs." He raises his ring finger, "And third, my last, you will eat what ever I fix you, or so help you, you will sit there and starve like a lost and hungry kitten." He now waits on the subject of where to find food, "Okay, so, where do you all expect me to get the food from?" He had no gigai at the time, so he had no chance of buying it like a human. All the food he needed would look like he was fixing food for one of those large family reunions. He wondered if Tadashi had one, "So, Tadashi, you got a gigai, or does anyone got one that could help me and Tadashi?"

Quickly turning her head, she had never seen Lee so out of it, and all because Hei mentioned a relative of Lee's. Though, in truth, she has never heard of this brother, but that was mainly due to the fact that Nu was not the type to pry in other people's back-story, believing in the impressions left on the present dictated what kind of person they were. Before she could inquire about this, Lee completely floored her with the one concern that was bothering her on her choice. Simply nodding with his wishes, what else could Nu do? He didn't hate her, and he asked to talk, before he went into a meditative state, a familiar sight with most shinigami as they entered their own respective inner worlds to converse with their zanpauktou spirits.

With Lee "gone" of sorts, Nu was left to sifting through her turbulent feelings of regret, acceptance, and overwhelment, trying to set her priorities again. The facts were, she loved Lee, she did with every fiber of her being, she was to undergo hollowfication, a process that she was slightly frightened, yet accepted, and finally, Lee did not think her a monster for accepting to undergo such a procedure. Rubbing her temple slowly, Nu inwardly sighed as she sat there, thinking. The old Nu would have been more reserve, and that kind of Nu would have never have to go through these feelings of hesitations. But at the same coin, that Nu wouldn't have known what it was like to truly hold someone dear, and be more open about it. Try as she could, she couldn't and chose not to deny her feelings, yet still clings to hiding them every once in a while, her sense of duty usually getting the better of her.

Her thoughts interrupted by a sigh, Nu quickly became aware of her surroundings, as Lee was standing up. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, Lee asked the captain on his decency, and explaining a bit about his past, which was all news to the woman before this moment. In truth, she couldn't answer this straight away like she would usually, always Lee was right, but at this moment....she had to word herself carefully.

"In all the years you have been my Taichou, you have never shown any wavering or hesitation in your judgements Lee. You were my role model, that figure I had to strive for, for me to ever think I was a good captain. So for that kind of man to doubt himself now.....it, makes me wonder Lee...." Standing up to face the man, since he was only a few inches taller, they keep eye contact, as Nu continues. "I don't know the old Lee and what you had to do in self defense, I only know the present Lee and what he did and still does for Soul Society." Closing the distance between the two with a step, she tries to pull off her best encouraging smile, not a skill which she practices.

"So......cheer up,alright? If not for me, then for yourself, because you don't deserve such punishment..." A hand tracing the man's jawline, then to his chest, a nice rhythmical heartbeat, she goes on. "Okay Lee?" Once again, she kisses the man, not knowing this certain captain was awake from her first embrace. She tried to let it last, but she released herself slowly, a hands pushing off from the man as she tries to create distance once more, her mind in scrambles. "And don't call me Nu anymore....c-call me Mitsuru...." Her real name, once given up for a life of solitude, she figured this man could be the only one she told this to. Her legs standing firm from an unknown power, she waits for his response, though he can't leave the rooftop, who knows how mad he might be at the woman for such a action.

Tadashi Sakamoto

9th Division Lieutenant

Tadashi ran a hand through his hair in muted irritation and had several thoughts run through his head as he looked at Hibiki's small stove, fridge, sink, and microwave kitchen.

One: 'What the hell makes them think this is a job for me?'

Two: 'There's way too many people, and what's worse is that they're all powerful Shinigami who eat more than the average person.'

Three: 'I've only ever read a Human World cookbook that detailed how to make a chocolate cake from scratch.'

Four: 'I need a haircut.'

Sighing, Tadashi went over to the fridge and opened up the freezer to start his little quest and grimaced as he saw the Human World food. Microwave pizza, veggie burgers, corn dogs, frozen peas, ice cream sandwiches, and likely a wide variety of things crammed out of sight right behind those. The Lieutenant wondered briefly if anyone would accept a greasy plate with thawed pizza or a burger without any meat, and then shut the door as he arrived at the obvious answer. In the compartment below that were a few more tame items. Bread, eggs, fruits, vegetables, milk, and all that good stuff. Tadashi left the fridge open for a moment and scanned the contents of a few pantries next to it. Pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, flour, basic things like that. There were also some beat-up cereal boxes in one of the lower pantries, but he couldn't imagine handing a Captain of the Gotei 13 a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios or Special K (what was so special about it, anyways?)

"...Okay, I think we'll have to get out of our comfort zones for a while if we're going to do this," said Tadashi when he was finished gathering what resources he had available. "Now, I think that due to the fact that Hibiki-taicho is...occupied, we'll have to make do without a Gigai -which I don't have, Third Seat Akane- and acquire some goods discretely."

By that, of course, he meant steal from the local supermarket or something. Once they got their hands on some meat, they could start making something a bit more suitable than microwave pizza. There was that whole issue with items levitating above the ground, but they'd just have to be quick in that case. Tadashi didn't even consider that what they would be doing is criminal - that was a triviality, really. However, he quickly added something else after dropping the hint that they would have to go out and steal some food. "It's either that, or this stuff," he shrugged, opening up the freezer for them to see.

Akane opened his eyes and went back to Tadashi, "The hell we are feeding a new mother and her freshly brewing baby a... microwavable pizza. She is the Sōtaichō, anyways, and deserves better... Make a few of them anyways, she is pregnant and it might taste good to her." He goes to the window, "Now, Ms. Sōtaichō, look after Suzume while she sleeps. She is like a baby, so she may make noises in her sleep, but that is just her."

He looks to Tadashi, "Tadashi, I have an idea of food, and you helped some. We can go to the supermarket three blocks down. I've seen the layout for this town, and I think that the supermarket has four separate entrances. If we enter through one of the two back ways, we may be able to not be seen, and escape the same way, yes?" He looks back to Tadashi, his eyes closed once again.

Tadashi was standing there looking at Akane with quite an odd expression, which was probably closest to confusion. The first words out of his mouth were reprimanding Tadashi for even considering the freezer food, yet then the previously unknown boy went on to say he should get them ready for her to eat. Then, Akane ordered the Head-Captain (the sister of Hei!) to watch over his friend. Even after the incredible order to the Head-Captain, Akane then mentions that he actually found the time to study the layout of this town so much that he knew the location of the closest supermarket around. Just who was this guy?

"Well...it's not as simple as you make it sound. Consider this - getting in is easy enough since we can just phase through any wall, and we can also pick up whatever we're going to get without any trouble either. The problem, though, is that the food can't phase through the wall like we do, so naturally we'd have to use a door to get the food of this world. Now, looking at that scenario, you can already see that there is no quick escape route. We would have to pick up the food and go through a door, and where there's a door there's people and cameras. The floating food would cause quite the incident with the public, and I don't happen to have a memory eraser on me," Tadashi said, ending his explanation of the would-be disaster. Then, as a bitter afterthought, he murmured," And, unfortunately, I left my sake back at the reception, and I could really use it after all this. A series of battles and then off to the kitchen...keh."

Akane thinks on it, "You're right in a sense, Tadashi.. as we are unseen, we but simply destroy the camera devices, and then proceed with stealing the food after we have made sure all humans are not watching. If we run in to trouble, who will believe the word of one?" Akane waited for Tadashi to make his next comment.

Tadashi just barely resisted the urge to facepalm. He instead sighed and began to speak in a voice that suggested he was talking to a child. "Destroying the cameras would be even worse and will draw more attention to ourselves. If they were to one-by-one deactivate, you can be sure they're going to be watching the store closely for foul play. They could tell because there's a monitor displaying the feed of a few cameras right where the clerks and people are. Besides - getting to the front door where we could get the food out...wait, why are we even discussing this? Thievery and property damagement...is this really what we Shinigami will resort to for a meal? Granted, there isn't enough in this fridge for everyone, but..."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSUZUME CHIYOKO

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxLoneliness hit me suddenly,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxbut it’s only t h e n that I realized,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxafter all that I have ever DREAMED of,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxI really don’t like F I G H T I N G

Suzume was whistling cheerfully just as she patted the edge of the pillows down before straightening the bed sheets out. Stepping back, she surveyed her work with a critical eye and a tilted head, before shrugging her shoulders and doing any last-minutes changes. She had cleared and fixed most of the rooms in this particular level, although she had left what she had thought was Hibiki’s room, since she had peeked in there before, only to see that someone was sleeping inside. It would be rude to clean in there when someone was obviously tired and wanted sleep. Finding a vacuum in one of the rooms, she carefully shut the door to Hibiki’s room, before hurriedly vacuuming as much as she could reach. Just as she finished, she noticed the appearance of her sister’s zanpakuto spirit, Huang. “Huang!” she greeted the other girl with a smile, complementing the rather good mood that she was in at the moment, “What are you doing?” Noticing the rather strained expression on Huang’s face, Suzume’s smile slipped a little, looking a little confused.

“Nothing much. Just letting your sister have your privacy…yet again…” Huang replied, sighing as she glanced inside a cupboard before pointing to something that Suzume herself had totally missed, “I’m going to explore this human world for a bit, but I think that might be useful anyway. Ciao ~” As Huang disappeared, Suzume inquisitively looked at where Huang had been pointing. There seemed to be a leathery object there? Picking it up, she turned it over in confusion before realizing what it was – a purse with some money, about $150 in Australian currency. There was also other savings in a tin, roughly $500 together. Most likely that wasn’t all their life’s savings and perhaps they might have stored it in a bank or something like that. It would be useful, but she doubted that the others would like the idea of this since it could be considered as essentially ‘stealing’ in a way. Well, she could just ask them anyway. Pocketing the wallet so that she wouldn’t forget it later, she dragged the vacuum cleaner out to the hallway for use later. As soon as she completed one more last-minute check of the place and satisfied that it was clean and comfortable enough for the Captain Commander to sleep in, she navigated her way to the kitchen, where she had seen the Captain Commander in just before.

Entering as Tadashi was beginning to talk about destroying cameras and things like that, she stopped, listening for a bit as she waited for him to finish. Once he was done, she walked over to him, taking out and putting the wallet on the kitchen bench. “I’m not sure if this will help in any way, but I found this in the room near Hibiki’s.” she shrugged her shoulders, “I guess it could be stealing as well, but we don’t really have any choice in this matter, do we?” After she said that, she turned to the Captain Commander, bowing as a sign of her respect, “Sotaichō, I thought I’d notify you as soon as possible that your bed is ready. Whenever you feel like going, I’ll lead you there.”

"No, no.. you're right. They would begin to suspect something amiss when they came across that. Maybe we could just cu-" He looks to this other Suzume and smiles as she speaks about the find. He looks to Tadashi, "Well, if we can get a gigai.. that'd be perfect.." Akane sits in the window sill, "Unless... we steal what we can, and leave the money behind us." He looks to Tadashi and shrugs; it being a possibility, even it would leave the people at the store questioning what happened.

He leans against the sill, "Tadashi, we can't feed everyone with what we got. As a shinigami, we are to protect the World of the Living. If we are unable to eat, we lose strength and become unfocused, and then we cannot protect anyone, even ourselves. If we are to protect and survive, we will have to steal Tadashi.. we'll leave the money behind us, at the back door." He takes his glasses off and places them on the counter next to him. Akane didn't want them to break, "Shall we, then?"

Tadashi sighed yet again. It seemed he was the only one really thinking about the actual scenario of stealing from a crowded market. "Look...if food starts floating around, it doesn't matter how much money we leave behind. If I were to go into Bankai and become fast enough to take the food and shunpo out, the spiritual release of pressure would be equally as frightening to the humans, not to mention harmful. Money isn't the issue, unless of course we had a Gigai. Besides..." Tadashi took the wallet in hand and sifted through the bills, eventually producing a credit card," ...even if we had a Gigai, what if they asked for identification when we paid with this card? We don't actually have the solid cash to feed everyone in the first place."

Tadashi paused to send an apologetic glance to the Head-Captain. Then, he turned back and finally gave an idea of his own for what they could do. "There might be a way to do this, though, but I doubt anyone who respects the Shinigami law would approve. We could...well, cause a distraction or something outside this store. Perhaps even just releasing our spiritual pressure to break a few windows like on parked cars - I don't know whether most Shinigami know what those are or not - or display cases. That would probably give us an opportunity to sneak the meat or whatever we need out the back door, and the live camera feed would be missed by those distracted. This, however, is a bit of a longshot, and would be much more sensible if we had a memory eraser..."

Tadashi stopped then and vaguely realized it was the most he'd spoken in months. It was a pity that it was something so trivial a matter.

Akane stood, "I could easily just knock over a telephone pole.. that'd stop the flow of electricity, and be a big enough event for people to get distracted with, right? Maybe have it tip over on a car, or possibly even in to the side of a building.." He knows it would get a lot of attention, but would also make people have to leave the store, as those 'credit cards' would not work. He smiles, "I believe that would be a very good idea.. People would get distracted, cameras would be knocked out, and people would have to leave as the check-out counters wouldn't be able to scan the products!" He nods and leans back against the window sill; a good idea, but it did have a little bit destructive side to it.
