Age: Looks 19 years old. Unlike others, she spent her life in Soul Society, never coming from Earth.

Personality: People often call her a bit strange, alluding to the fact that she spends half her time seemingly wrapped up in her thoughts. It’s hard to force her to be serious about something, since she would rather be relaxed. However, it’s really a display more than anything else. It would be hard to be afraid of someone who seems to daydream their days away, and this serves to fool her enemies and opponents. She’s someone who is often referred to as the ‘peace-maker’, mainly because of the fact that she hates to have people fight angrily for a useless reason.
She will accept you as a friend quite easily and will chat with you as if she had known you for ages, but her real trust is much harder to gain and this comes from time and respect. After her trust is gained, she is loyal and will stand next to you like a true friend should. The only problem about this is that she is a little too overprotective and will lash out at people if she thinks they are annoying their friends. However, she usually kept in a little bubble of cheerful atmosphere.
Another thing that her experiences have taught her is to defend, by attacking the enemy. She can be quite ruthless when she wants to and often the deadlier side of her comes out when somebody attacks her comrades or anyone close to her. This is one of the few times that she would actually be quite serious about fighting.
Bio: Even since she was born, Elisia had to always live as a ‘miracle child’. The only one out of her parent’s previous children that actually survived, she was to grow up to take control of her family’s large estate and assets, which were a result of their well-known nobility. Despite having every luxury and comfort thrown in her way, Elisia never felt comfortable in this world of riches and high society which she often referred to as a living ‘prison’. Her life was planned from the very start. Every day followed a tight schedule and her only time to have some fun was when she was allowed to hold tea parties and invite all of her friends. That all disappeared when a private tutor was hired to teach her. There was no more free time and most of her day was spent studying all forms – writing, mathematics, geography, about the humans, history etc.
One study particularly interested her – the history of the Shinigami. They were very interesting and Elisia had always wondered what they were, the people who were seen around sometimes, dressed in black kimonos. Finally delighted to have her interested in some aspect of their family tradition, her parents decided to send her to Shinigami School. She immediately enjoyed every aspect of it, a little too curious about the people who went there. Finding her school life motivating, she studied hard. Her friends were not those who were of noble families but were mainly ones from Rukongai and the poorer districts of Soul Society. Her nobility was something she kept secret, as she did not know how they would react. She had avoided the nobility, afraid that her secret would come out. Finally finished school, she passed with flying colours and found her true calling – being a Shinigami.
When she reached her home which she had not been to for many years, she was greeted with a shock announcement. Her family had decided to marry her off to another rich noble while she was gone, making all the arrangements to let him come and stay here the very next day to let the couple ‘bond’ for a long time. Elisia was furious that they made a decision without her consent and stormed out, taking along with her some meagre belongings which were precious to her. Taking up a position in Sereitei, she wrote a letter to her parents, refusing to marry the noble and telling them that she had joined the 13 Protection Squads. This lead to her separation with her family and they cut off all their bonds with her. Now alone, Elisia worked with a new resolve, trying her best to prove to herself and her family that she was not entirely worthless.
She was promoted to Squad Six Captain but left after she heard the shock news that her little sister, who she had seen only once or twice before, had been accidentally killed by her comrade, on a mission. Grief-stricken, she returned home for a short while, trying to sort out everything. Eventually, she decided to step down as Squad Six Captain, since she could not fight for the time being and she felt that attacking was not the way to go. When she returned, she immediately went back to her old Squad and decided to work up her skills, which had been flittering away slowly, as a healer instead.

Elisia’s Shikai absorbs physical and emotional pain and transfers it to Elisia, allowing her to change her forms of her weapon. She is now able to absorb an opponent's pain too, without physical contact. Her weapon may go back into its previous form if not enough energy is present. She can also absorb energy from a person, but she cannot possess it for very long and she has to use it quickly to boost her power. It can increase the damage that her fire can affect the opponent. Her general energy itself can be harnessed and converted into light energy, allowing her to heal people.
→ The Bow and Arrow of Flames
This is a special ability which allows her to form ‘arrows’ of pure flames that she can launch at top speed at her enemy. The fire she conjures is normal fire and can be extinguished. This is her weakest offensive attack of her Shikai.

Next, she can evolve to a spear or a lance, depending on what she prefers. This is more her long-range attack and there are flames on the tip.

Another useful ability is a whip of fire which she carries in her hand. It has explosive properties and it will cause a small explosion on impact with something.

Two bladed circles, coupled with flames running along it, increases its power and sets fire to anything that it touched. Its destructive power is quite powerful.

She can wield a gigantic hammer or axe, depending on what she decides. This is ridiculously destructive in its force and she hides this away from people, including the next level.

A massive gun, much absorbing of pain is needed to create this. It forms a massive gun in Elisia’s hands which she can launch fiery cannonballs from. However, this lasts for a very brief period of time and is very hard to hold, unless the energy levels around her are very high.

Bankai Appearance: It changed into two decent-sized fans. Daggers have been sewn to the rim, making it a lethal tool in which to cut someone with. There are other pockets inside the fans, which allow her to carry pointed needles, shuriken and any weapon that is relatively small.

Bankai Abilities:
General
Using her Bankai, Elisia can absorb energy from other things. This can come in two forms – from other Shinigami or from other objects. However, from taking energy from another Shinigami, she can cause him/her to faint or feel extremely drained of power. Basically, she is able to absorb Reiryoku. She can create a 'field' of absorption around herself in which she absorbs energy and Reiryoku. She prefers to get her energy from other objects, the Sun, stars, the Moon and other celestial objects. Light bulbs and light globes are useful, but they are annoying for two main reasons – the fact that they explode after she extracts all the power and the energy she gets from them tends to be rather erratic and wild. The amount of energy that she can have is also limited, as too much power will result in a sudden release of the energy, usually in the most violent and damage-causing way. She has learned to restrict herself recently. Depending on whatever energy she absorbs, the colour of her energy changes. An ice blue indicates that she’s absorbed energy from electricity, a silver indicates that she’s absorbed it from the stars, the Moon or the other celestial objects and the golden colour indicates that she’s gotten it from the Sun. The colour of the energy she gets from other beings, varies every second and flickers from one colour to the next, depending on their actual element configuration.
→ The Explosions
After absorption, she can lob balls of pure energy at the enemy, which explode with great force, depending on how much energy is contained within that globe. She cannot get that energy back as it dissipates into the air.
→ The Distractions
Using energy from the Sun, she can make an extremely bright glow of light, which when lobbed at the enemy in a globe form, may serve to blind or distract. It’s rather useful for when she needs to get away or needs to distract the foe to get in an attack. A small globe is also useful for lighting up the darkness sometimes.
→ The Manifestations
She can create forms out of the energy that she carries and these are usually rather simple to distract. Animals and humans need a bit more concentration and energy, since she has to give some of her life energy into creating it. After it disappears, she gets her life energy back. Sometimes, although rather rare, her own creations (animals and humans) might turn against her, since they have their own mind. Breaking them apart takes a bit of effort and can slow her down in a battle.
→ The Shields
As usual, she can create a shield or barrier of pure energy around a person or an object. Her range is pretty wide but the further she goes out, the more energy she has to channel into it and the quicker her energy is depleted.
→ The Enhanced Power
With the energy she possesses, she can use it for her bodily functions and hereby increase the power of her punches and her strength. It can also help her to move quicker, but it cannot intensify her vision.
→ The Light
While she can absorb energy, there are very few forms of the energy that she can use. For example, her energy from electricity is something that she cannot harness too well, since it is very erratic and out of her control. However, she can absorb light energy and use it, effectively using it for shields and for healing people. This is an aspect of her healing properties. Unlike her Shikai, it doesn't cause her to feel weakened and she can even create organs or constructions out of her energy to suffice as a certain broken organ or object that is needed in the body.
→ The Nova
If she absorbs too much energy, this is the most powerful attack that she has but one of the most dangerous also. Like a nova, a violent explosion occurs in a short distance away from her as the energy suddenly releases from her body. This usually leaves her unable to move or do anything for a couple of days as she has to reabsorb energy.

Prior to the one year time skip, Elisia has been mainly getting closer and getting to know Tsukiko and of course, adjusting to the fact that she has a new body. Other than that, she has been working hard, chatting to her sister when she has time or visiting her other friends. One 'project' she's been attempting to work at, was making Nu a little more social and a little more...interested in guys. They've become much closer friends through this skip.

One other special ability which comes from her ‘earth’ abilities is the fact that she can produce a healing solution in her blood (similar to one of her abilities in her Bankai, refer below), so when her blood is placed over a wound, this healing solution allows a wound to heal if there is heat added, thus if she uses her fire, she is able to heal people.

General
Elisia has 12 different abilities, some of which can be used together. They all pertain to different aspects of things – her healing, her affinity with earth or the earth itself. Unfortunately, this does not come with her being able to understand animals or interpret what they are saying.
→ Aries ( the Ram )
Due to the Arian’s generally strong sense of self, with this particular ability, she is able to literally adopt some features of plants, namely photosynthesis. It is simple to absorb the carbon dioxide and take in some water, before transforming it into stores of energy (glucose) using the power of light. Unfortunately, one small problem with this is the fact that she cannot perform photosynthesis if there is no sun or if it is at night. She is still able to perform cellular respiration as usual.
→ Taurus ( the Bull )
Since the Taurean’s temper can often erupt dramatically, she is able to create earthquakes with this particular ability of hers. She can usually focus on a particular area or around a particular person. However, she is not able to entirely prevent another colleague from getting injured in the process so thus, she must be very careful if there are others around. It may also affect herself, if she gets in the way of the other person. Another thing she is able to do, is create a landslide or erosion of something by shifting the earth.
→ Gemini ( the Twins )
Due to the fact there are twins for this particular sign instead of simply one, she can mimic this by multiplying and forcing her own body to produce more blood. She often uses this together with Aries, as multiplying her blood can take a chunk of her energy away as it requires input. Another thing that should be noted about her blood is that her blood type is O-, basically meaning that she is a ‘universal donor’ and thus, can transfer her blood to anybody, regardless of their blood type. On the other hand, she is only able to receive O blood herself.
→ Cancer ( the Crab )
Since Cancerians frequently have very fluctuating moods, with this particular ability, she is able to ‘fluctuate’ or control the movements of any sort of plants. Her emotions play a very strong role in these and there is a tendency, when she is angry, for them to get out of hand. She is also able to trace any nearby plant and figure out its location. This is not only limited to the plants she grows, but all plants are under her control.
→ Leo ( the Lion )
Due to Leos preferring to be the center of the attention, she can draw her abilities to basically protect herself against things. Firstly, to protect herself against her own attacks, she is immune to any sort of acid and/or toxin and it cannot affect her at all. Bases are, of course, an entirely different matter but usually she can neutralize it with her acid to produce salt and water. There are also earth shields she can form, out of basically soil and earth compacted to protect her. They are not very strong, but can protect again weak-mild attacks.
→ Virgo ( the Virgin )
Since Virgoans are practical, no-nonsense people and relatively ‘down to earth’, her control now extends to the earth and soil itself. While she cannot control stones and rocks, this ability firstly allows her to test the soil for particular nutrients and to see whether plants would be able to grow in it. Usually, she uses her control over earth to unbalance a person or to ‘bury’ them alive. Of course, it is relatively easy to get out of earth, but if she compacts it around a person, it would restrict movement and delay them a little longer than usual.
→ Libra ( the Balance )
Due to Libras being represented by a set of ‘scales’, she is able to basically balance between somebody being unconscious or conscious. Funnily enough, if she uses this technique, she sees a set of scales floating above people’s heads. One side is unconsciousness while the other is consciousness. If it is perfectly balanced in the middle, it usually means that a person is usually in their ‘inner world’, where they are conscious while being unconscious on the outside. It also helps her determine whether a person has died, as there would be no set of scales present. She is not able to manipulate it though, but it merely stands as a guide for her.
→ Scorpio ( the Scorpion )
Since Scorpios are represented by the scorpion, a dangerous and poisonous creature, small pores in her skin can open up, however, they are literally unable to be seen unless one has magnified eyesight. With these pores, she is able to generate a layer of acid on her skin in particular areas. While this is good, if she generates it on her skin, it can actually burn away her clothes too. She is able to control how much acid is produced, what acid is produced and pH level of the acid itself. Another sub-attack she can use under this is acid rain, where she basically gathers all the acid and directs it above a person before slowly/quickly letting the acid fall to the ground.
→ Sagittarius ( the Archer )
Due to a Sagittarius often being generous, with this particular ability, she can use any of her abilities in Leo, but to protect others. That means that she is able to pass her acid/toxins resistance onto others, meaning that they will not be affected if she does a wide-scale attack (like Acid Rain). She can use any of the other abilities too, but only if she is defending a comrade, and this includes her Earth shield.
→ Capricorn ( the Goat )
Since Capricorns respect authority, power and structure, she is able to speed up the growth process of plants. This can happen mainly in two forms – from a seed to a fully-grown plant, or to simply grow another plant larger. She carries several seeds around with her for this particular ability, but she can also influence any other plant which she did not grow. Also, she cannot plant seeds in a place where the soil is infertile or there is no earth at all. This ability does not increase the strength of the plants or anything like that, but can serve to be useful if she wants to attack with plants.
→ Aquarius ( the Water Bearer )
Due to Aquarians being symbolized by a Water Bearer, she can produce a healing solution in her blood, as soon as she activates this particular ability. This solution is much more effective than her Shikai solution and does not require heat to be able to work. As this solution runs in her bloodstreams, she must cut herself and let her blood drip on a person’s wounds, unless she specifically draws the healing solution out by itself, controlling it with Pisces. This ability reflects her status as Captain of the medical division.
→ Pisces ( the Fishes )
Since Pisces are also symbolized by fishes, this ability allows her to be able to manipulate two types of things – her healing solutions and acid/toxins. While she can only control her own healing solution and manipulate it as she sees fit, she is able to direct any sort of acid/toxins even those that are not created by herself.
