Im aware that the templates arn't done yet, so feel free to skip me until there's more of them out there if you want~ I understand completely.

With notes here, as my handwriting is odd at best, and that's before I even add a tablet in the equation...
* The third pin on his scarf can be whichever pin you like - it can even be the one he's holding up in his senshi image, if you wish ! I though him getting one more pin on his scarf each time he ranks up was a cute idea.
* He has a light blue length of ribbon holding his hair back, with two floaty ends - this will be more or less visible depending on which template he'll be on, but ill'd love if at least the ends were visible ? If not, it's not a big deal.
* I would like his gloves to be longer, so no gap in between the gloves and his sleeves ? (Themis is officially the most prude senshi ever, lmao.)
* His boots... Well, I am super bad at drawing boots and feet in general, so I didn't even try. The boots are up to you, though I would love to have them over his pants like that and to remain mostly black. Give him the Amazing Natsu Boots treatment(tm) <3
* The designs on his belts is meant to mimic the noise enemies from TWEWY; most accurately the tribal-like drawn part of them, or the way reaper wings are done. Feel free to do that exact style if you wish, or something like I've drawn. I've also pondered doing similar designs on the end of his scarf, but I decided to leave that up to you.
* The designs on his coat are like the noise lines in programs (my english is failing me, so something like this)
* Template wise, BADASS ACTION POSE would be nice, if you have one of these to work on ! But he can be on whatever template needs done, really. Ill'd love WIPs if you feel like sending them smile
* You wowed me once, you will totally wow me again. <3 !

Maybe some cool superhero visor/goggles? If thats too much with a scarf or headband, thats cool <3
HAVE FUN WITH HIS DESIGN~ You have this really cool vocaloid/pokemon feel to his first stage and I'd like you to continue with that, upping it dramatically <3 Definitely aiming for a cloak/perhaps armor thing later if it fits him but I do want to keep the current aspects (scarf, belt, black + white + bright blue theme)! Maybe hoodie/high collar? Suggestions since you made his first stage awesome <3 As long as you make it clear he's leveled and its awesome, I look forward to it! (can you tell I am a fan of awesome evolving outfits T__T~)

Body-wise, Bo is supposed to be giant tall (6'5") and leanly muscled (think of a Michael Phelps with 25% less muscle mass). I think you said once that you don't like drawing muscles, but I am also 100% okay with whatever pose/body you draw for Bo being used as one of the future templates for males. So, a manlier man template? Idk, I thought this might help with your work load!
The aesthetic for Bo is still a bohemian beach bum. I'm no good at actually designing visual stuff so I'm just going to throw out some ideas, and then let you do whatever you want with it. Hope that works!
I like Neso always being sort of naked. I love his coat so damn much that I can't really think of any suggestions for it. So I'll leave that up to you. I like its sunburst effect on the bottom a lot. I don't want that to totally go away.
I know that I want his shorts to change, but I don't really want him to have pants. Maybe some kind of leg covering in addition to the shorts, like tights, bands... etc? Perhaps the sash at his waist could become larger, more present in the outfit? It could even become a half-skirt (similar to Foramen, but less skirty -- I like this idea). Neso is not afraid of looking a little femme in the name of the Moon. Or maybe he just gets a different Natsu-picked shorts design. I am comfortable with all of these.
For this stage, I would like his flip-flops to become more elaborate. I thought about maybe changing it into a ribbon-laced sandals that go up to his knee. This example is super ugly, but it was the best one I could find to illustrate what I mean. I picture the lacing done with the same type of scarves that are on his wrist and waist with some kind of gold bauble (a sun?) hanging off. If you have a better idea, then go for that.
I also would like him to get his tiara elaborated on. Not so much the Leo Hat of Majesty -- more like something in the vein of Libra's winged headpiece. Perseus has really cute little wings that extended off of her tiara. I'd like Bo to have some sort of extension in that same way, if it makes sense. This is up to you, as well as what it is. Go nuts.
More jewelry, hangings, accoutrements in general? Perhaps those in lieu of excess clothing... I'd be cool for introduction of another color into the scheme to compliment the existing ones. (This is me rattling off all the s**t that comes to mind.)
That was pretty vague, I know. If you have a specific idea in mind that you want to execute, just shoot me an IM. I fail at trying to design fuku, which is why I just gave you pictures last time. x_x Hopefully my rambling just jogged some sort of idea for you.

I also love the web on the back of her top and it would be fantastic if it was somehow kept in her uniform. <3 Her hair is mainly the same, but it's gotten less messy and she doesn't have side bangs anymore.
