Aysu is adorably cheerful and upbeat. She likes giving affection to most, especially if it gains positive attention, as well as playing games and cuddling her stuffed toys. She's status-blind, unable to see the difference between wild, stray, pet, and pedigree dogs, and is quite vocal about it when need be.
Despite all of her cheerfulness and kind attitude, she is no push-over physically. She may have been the runt of her litter, she is still a good sized dog and is very protective of her friends and family.

She was brought home to live in a modest, two bedroom home in a small town about a 15 minute drive from the city to live with the man and his daughter, with tutors within the residence for most of the day, teaching and watching the child while her father was at work. The stunted retriever soon learned her place at the bottom of her mistress' bed.
