Cabron the Swan Decavolty Also, LPS: Congrats, you're officially lucidly dreaming! I was awake! I wasn't dreaming.
I kinda think it was astral projection, tbh. Next time it happens I'm going to try to find Tomm. He's been visited by apparitions before, so it wouldn't scare him, and he would DEFINITELY tell me if he saw me. Lucid dreaming is within the same plane of astral projection, iirc

Lucid dreaming is boundless creation of your own world, astral projection is travel within the predetermined one.
It's very likely I could have been lucid dreaming, I suppose. But then again, I could be lucid dreaming right now.

TtheHero Got a bit of a cold, I'm afraid. I realized I haven't popped in at least once yesterday.
I did get a rather hot Gijinka picture yesterday, though. Ah, that sucks. But it's good that your art's still coming in in droves. 3nodding

I mean, suppose you are dreaming, and that the entire world as you know it is just a construct of your mind. What, then, when you realized you were the creator of your own world? Wouldn't knowing that you are the master of your own experience be cause to celebrate?

Because when I start thinking about if this world is real or not my mind starts quiestioning what is real and when that happens it makes me thing of what would happen if I die and when THAT happens somehow I'm in the start of an OBE. It's a scary feeling. . _.; I know it sounds crazy and all but I don't expect you to believe me.

I always wake up just before. So if this were just a dream, what's to say you won't wake up just before you die?
In fact, if you're in control of your dream, what's to say you have to die at all? I mean, if nothing's real, then the laws of reality don't apply. Of course, unless you believe they do.

Yes, I have died in a dream. I accidentally took someone's grogeries and they got mad at me. I gave it back but they still pulled out a gun. I ran but he shot me and I was bleeing right near the front of a lush green car, almost right under the front of it. The car was right beside a red one and on the other side of a white one. This was all in a parking lot in front of a grocery store.

You know, I know a guy who was legally dead for a few minutes. He said he was looking down on himself in the bed, and then he thought about his sister, and he was looking down on her, and then he thought about flying and he was a bird, and then he thought "s**t, I have to go back and tell everyone about this!" and he was alive, just like that. Pulse came back and he fought off the illness; he was out of the hospital in a week.
The most interesting thing about his story was that he says he regrets coming back. He said that death was the most liberating and amazing thing he has ever experienced. He's not afraid of it; he looks forward to it.

I die in my head every time I try to cheat sleep stasis. Terrifying at first, but it's kind of interesting now.
