Personality: Sarcastic, vicious, can be cruel, ruthless in battle but has a soft spot when it comes to her friends, her team, and the person she loves. She's not afraid to speak her mind, and is very sharp tongued with most people she associates with. Shayera strives for perfection, nothing less is acceptable because perfection requires commitment and dedication.

╫Background Information╫
Shayera was born a twin in Kumogakure to a normal family. Her mother was caring and supportive and her father was a dedicated Jonin. Once Shay entered the Academy, her father changed drastically, becoming overbearing and pushing Shay too hard to become a great kunoichi. During a spar with an old friend of hers, her father pushed her to perform a jutsu that she had never tried, a jutsu that was dangerous to the person performing it if performed improperly. Her nervousness and stress caused the jutsu to backfire, hospitalizing Shayera and scarring her face across her right eye and the bridge of her nose. She ran from home with her twin sister, Sela, to escape her father, breaking her mother's heart. She seems cool, collected, and confident, but inside she is terrified of failure and terrified that her jutsu will backfire again. To this day, she has never used her Twin-Sandstorm Hyrda again.

@Muffin: DENIED. Taijutsu is a Ninja type, not shinobi profession. If you want the bonuses that it lists for taijutsu specialist, list it under ninja type. Also, the term is summoning specialist, not summon type.
You have not submitted an application for the sharingan. Either take that or, or submit and application in the bloodlines subforum.
You may only start out with one element.
@Rikku: Before I do anything, I have a concern. In your backstory, you mention that you used some kind of custom jutsu. You do realize that you will not be able to randomly unlock this jutsu in the middle of life or death combat or some scenario like that, right? We start out with the basic three jutsus, nothing more.

gregar828 @fear: You can edit your current one. And good luck! @Inuyasha: DENIED. First off, no, there are no demons. If you had read the thread that said "READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING", you would know that. Ninjutsu is not a shinobi profession. I've had to say that for the past 3 profiles, Everybody, and I'm starting to get pissed about it. Go to the Ninja types thread at the bottom of the new members subforum for the list of available ninja types. I noticed in your shinobi profession you listed speed, however. Speed is a ninja type, as well as taijutsu specialist, so you could try that out if your more of a taijutsu guy. Taijutsu specialist and speed is always a good combo for good taijutsu users. And just out of curiosity, all three of you put wind as you chakra element. Is that a coincidence. Yur answer will not affect how I review your profile, it was just something I noticed. first off, I did know that, I read it before I did anything I'm not like others that don't.. and I might have forgotten what it was I was reading, and I am sry for that. Also, when I looked at the place where you try out for the demons ((just to make sure they were all taken)) but after reading every post I saw that no one had tried out for the Kyuubi despite the fact that someones name was down for it.. so I asked about it. I'm not trying to be defiant or anything, I'm just telling my story truthfully. Also, I was unsure of what you guy's meant by that so I looked at some of the accepted ones to try to get a clue.. looks like I was wrong on my assumption.. Okay, I'll check that out when I have the time.. i probably won't start in the rp right away anyway.. I have a friend over and we're starting up a new rp.. Well, My favorite out of all of the elements provided in the anime is wind, my second is fire or water..

1Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu - Ink Clone Technique - Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes ink to create a Bunshin clone. If the Sumi Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural ink state.
2 Sumi Gasumi no Jutsu - Ink Haze Technique - Sumi Gasumi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes ink to hide an escape. After forming the needed hand seal, ink will surround the ninja to hide the movement of their ultra fast escape.
3Choujuu Giga - Super Beast Imitation Drawing - Ninpou: Choujuu Giga is a Ninjutsu technique used by the mysterious ninja Sai. Gifted with much artistic talent, Sai can remove his special scroll and ink drawings on its surface. Forming the needed handseal he can then give life to the art, allowing it to spring off the page and obey his will.
Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)
Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.
Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu (Lightning Clone Technique)
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.
Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.
Note: This skill is passive.
Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique)
Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. The shinobi cannot move while in this state.
Kumo Keba no Jutsu (Cloud Wisp Technique)
Description: A scouting technique forming warm air into his hands the Cloud-Nin creates a cloud that is infused with chakra, the entire process takes a post in itself, after forming the cloud the nin loses all form of mental consciousness and the cloud flies away. This little wispling of cloud is now controlled by the nin who has lost consciousness it hears and sees all that is near the cloud. More often times then not the ghosts many foreign shinobi claimed to of seen in The Gate is nothing more then a shinobi using this technique, the wispling looks like a slight misty ball and some could even see the face of the nin form into it giving it a more ghost-like appearance. Destroying it is very easy, physical attacks, ninjutsu almost anything can dispel the technique returning the nin to consciousness, but a horrible weakness this wisp does have is that if one were to use genjutsu on the probe it immediately dispels and the user is afflicted with the genjutsu that was used without even knowing it.
Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.
Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.
Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique)
Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards.
Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state.
Raiton: Raikou Jishaku no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet)
Description: This jutsu creates electrical clouds around the area that attract metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the clouds. This can be dangerous for both parties.
Raiton: Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Static Force)
Description: This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearbye things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.
Raiton: Denshi no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Electron Technique)
Description: After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.
Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.
Dendou Kariyou no Jutsu (Electric Overdose Technique)
Description: The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him and the target’s weight almost doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.
Kumo Tate no Jutsu (Cloud Shield Technique)
Description: After flashing a series of hand seals the shinobi uses chakra to condense the air immediately in front of him into a thick, chakra-embedded barrier made of cloud. These barrier blocks particular weapon attacks that are coming straight ahead, and will also block ninjutsu-based projectiles that are at the same power as the shield.
Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
Description: An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.
Kanri Soushitsu no Jutsu (Control Loss Technique)
Description: A rather sophomoric skill in itself forming electricity into the primary hand of the Cloud-Nin the shinobi delivers a full on palm strike to the body, the voltage of this particular technique is considered high enough that the target generally loses control of the bowels and bladder causing a rather distracting mess in their undergarments. Obviously the catch is however that one has to be hit by the palm strike to fall victim to this immature tactic.
Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous)
Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.
Hikuhiku Eda no Jutsu (Twitching Limb Technique)
Description: An off-shoot of the Electric Overdose Technique, after the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his hand, making the chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.
Dendou Hari Hirogari no Jutsu (Electric Needle Spread Technique)
Description: Generally used as a ranged defensive maneuver when a Cloud-nin wishes to hit multiple targets in front of him. First, he begins to grow electricity-based needles all over the front area of his body. Anyone using a taijutsu on him, between now and when he attacks, from the front side will get a slight sting, attacking from the sides or from the back is still effective however. Once the needles have grown the user then flashes one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver towards anyone in their way. Anyone who is hit by the needles receives a nasty shock and slight numbness to the afflicted part.
Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique)
Description: This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.
Dendou Bakuhatsu no Jutsu (Electric Detonation Technique)
Descriptions: Flashing a number of Hand seals the user causes all lightning bunshins that are under his specific control to explode into a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them.
Raiton: Yusuburu Kasugai no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Jolt Clamp)
Description: The user turns their chakra into electrical current and grab the opponent, sending a jolt of electricity into the opponent, temporarily paralyze an area of muscle.
Denki Hifu no Jutsu (Electric Skin Technique)
Description: making a simple couple of handsigns the user makes sparks travel along their skin to power up lightning type jutsu's for 5 minutes (posts) (7 for jounin)(10 for Kage/sannin) this move also makes it very difficult to make contact with the user for the danger of being severly electricuted.
Genjutsu
4Name: Hitoshirenu Shikaku no Jutsu (Hidden Assassin Technique)
Description: Upon casting this genjutsu, the user claims to have gained superhuman speed, and then seems to vanish in a puff of clouds. The user is actually still standing right where he was before, but the target cannot see him. However, an illusionary version of the user appears behind the target and rushes straight at the target with unbelievable speed, piercing the target’s heart with a kunai, and then saying something like “It’s over,” or “You’re finished.” The feeling is real, but it does not cause actual injury. The target will begin to realize that they are under an illusion when they are not suffering any further effects from being stabbed.
5Name: Fukyuu no Jutsu (Immortality Technique)
Description: This simple skill make it so no matter how much the opponent damages the user, the user will not show any sign of injury. It will hide limping or any other sign that something is wrong even the smell and sound of blood dripping. The genjutsu will only affect those who were the intermediate area when the genjutsu was used, those who the user wishes and those who are just arriving are not affected. The jutsu is initiated via a bit of theatrics. The user forms a few handseals and gathers electricity in his or her hand. However, this electricity is actually illusionary. Then the user presses this hand into his or her chest and the electricity wraps around the user’s body and seems to dissipate into it. Finally, the user claims to have performed a rapid regeneration jutsu that will heal his body as he fights. With that, the genjutsu is fully cast.
6 Name: Raikou Ame no Jutsu (Lightning Rain Technique)
Description: This skill calls on a true lightning storm. Lighting appears to rain down everywhere just missing the target. The lightning appears to respond to movement by the target and will strike closer if they should dare to move. This technique is highly effective as it seems to produce all the smells, sounds, and effect of actual lightning. Its most dangerous aspect comes in to play if and when the target makes a lot of movements. The lightning will ‘strike’ the target causing pain and even seeming to cause burns, along with the smell of burnt flesh.

Hayato was born in the cloud village, and has lived there all his life. His parents are both ninjas, so he felt like he had to follow his parents and become a ninja. Hayato always loved to draw. His original dream was to become an artist. He graduated from the academy with normal grades, and nothing exceptional about him. One day he learned that his parents could create drawings that came to life, and Hayato was inspired after that. He trained harder, so one day he could do the same thing. His parents told him that they would teach him how to do it if he passed the chuunin exams. He entered the chuunin exams, and passed at the last seat. The next day Hayato was able to learn his favorite jutsu.

╫Background Information╫
-Ronmaru was born and raised in the Uchiha compound of the Cloud Village. As he was growing up, he showed an astounding capacity for Taijutsu over ninjutsu, which is precisely why it is so difficult for him to learn the traditional jutsu of the Uchiha clan.
However, he's proved his strength already through his physical prowess; it would only be a matter of time until he attains enough chakra power to perform the Katon style. However, in later years, he left the Uchiha compound, and now lives on his own.
