If you witnessed a crime, you DON'T have to tell about it!
Dukes give it a rest you don't have to be right all the time.

Miss Tanpopo Dukes Miss Tanpopo Dukes, I must agree with what Rai said about not all of us just standing by and watching. I wasn't here at 1 o' clock in the morning, and if I was I don't know what I would have done. It seems like EVERY post that is made causes more trouble. When I came back this morning I was in shock, I couldn't believe it had gotten that bad. I had only been in DeGei's thread at 11ish, and I thought everything would be fine later. I feel incredibly bad for Meru and Nymphie right now, and I hope they decide to overlook what a bunch of angry people did and come back to the game next round. <3 That's all I'll say on the subject, since Zaeyde requested no more discussion. I just want everything to be better. :/
 This was NOT a ONE NIGHT issue. Months of abuse went on. This is the CULMINATION OF THOSE MONTHS OF ABUSE.
And yes, I am shouting at people, because I am angry, and being told that I am wrong, by people who are apparently either too stupid or too lazy to recognize that this is the end result of a long process. So, if you don't like my yelling, tough. Letting things go is how things happen again. If we forget our history we are bound to make the same mistakes. That's why you take history class in school.

psycho_ladii Insomnesiac Guys, can we keep the arguing/"discussion" about what's happened out of this thread. There are already plenty of other threads to continue that in if it must be brought up again and again. This thread is for the new rules. *nods* i'm sorry Insom, my fault.

This thread now deserves to be in the subforum Zae made. Oh look, the Miranda Code. Shall I show you how you're wrong? I think I shall.
The code is recited to people being arrested, advising them to keep quiet so that they don't incriminate themselves, it informs them of their rights under the fifth, sixth and seventh amendments. It says nothing about the witness, and while it's true that a witness can plead the fifth, though that's usually when the defendant is the witness, they wouldn't be a witness if they hadn't come forward. And guess what, if they find out you know something, and testified otherwise, it's called perjury, it's against the law.

There is the problem of the INACTIONS of the MANY. And actually I have got the right to flame, it falls under the first amendment right to free speech, but it's generally not liked, which is why I generally avoid it. And I wouldn't be doing it except everyone seems so set on pretending they have no blame in the matter, when they do. Oh so sorry if that offends you.

And how can you blame someone for not acting when it's not their duty to act? This has nothing to do with those who didn't involve themselves in it
