Ok, so here it is.
First rule.
1. Everything that took place after my departure is to be forgotten and nullified. I hastily chose people, and that was it. I needed a quick out due to what was going on, so I picked people with little thought, hoping they would appoint power as they saw fit and whatnot. My fault, I take the heat for whatever the hell happened. I don't even have the patience to go back and read everything.
2. If you want a staff position, I will be setting up a thread where users can apply and whatnot. Leaders will be chosen as a group.
3. Any, ANY, ANY conflicts regarding matters outside of the game will be dealt with outside of the game.
4. Any, ANY, ANY conflicts regarding matters within the game will be presented to me in full detail. I want to hear both sides of the situation. I want outside views. I want links to posts. When I have reviewed the situation, I will decide on a result, whether it be a temporary suspension from the game, warning, banning, or other such action.
Failure to present problems to me will result in a temporary suspension from game or banning from the guild. All conflicts are going to be dealt with immediately. If I find something is going on, or someone else brings something to my attention, sparks will fly. Understood? If I have to, I will dedicate time to resolving any and all conflicts that are occuring right now. I am even going to create or convert a subforum for conflicts. We are not going to behave like children, and I am not going to be your mother. Issues that are brought to my attention by the users involved, and then solved, are likely to have little more consequence than kiss and make up. If you hide a conflict, it could result in suspension. I am not looking to punish. I am looking to avoid and solve conflict. Happy happy.
5. If I need to make any more rules because you are too incapable of figuring out what is and is not right, we are going to have more problems.
That said, I'm ready to be Miss Nice Zaeyde again.
Once the subforum is set up, feel free to post your conflicts. Post your concerns here.

Edit: So your saying any conflicts that deal with anything but the game shall be only discussed outside of the guild? You put a "with" in that sentence and it got me confused.

 Could you clarify a bit on rule 3 please? Does this mean that some argument started in the guild must be finished outside of the guild, or just that something started outside of the guild can't be brought into it?

I believe that some people stated (an Ex-VC) stated some very good points upon the subject of game rules. Could you clarify on them if I revive the topic?
And we need some definition on the GM + VC powers, as there have been conflicts involving this before.

system malfunction Could you clarify a bit on rule 3 please? Does this mean that some argument started in the guild must be finished outside of the guild, or just that something started outside of the guild can't be brought into it? Something started outside cannot be brought inside.

There is no GM and there is no GC until I feel everyone is ready. Yes, I can clarify, but I don't want to read a whole topic. Can you highlight the important parts for me?

Yes, I feel this is a big part of the problem. I felt like no one was taking us seriously and like they could walk all over us, and when we TRIED to do something, people exploded over it. I'm sorry it has come to this, that Zae needs to have to do this, but I truly think it is for the best since evidently we couldn't control the guild for one reason or another.

Un-named GM Complaints Not really ALL NEW rules. Just clarifying old ones and tweaking Current Rule:10. Once you have been shot/jailed, you MAY contine to post and speculate and whatnot, but you MAY NOT vote. Revisions:How about adding "You cannot vote for someone who is in jail or inactive or it will count as a pass"? Current Rule:13. If you miss three rounds in a row, or five rounds total, you will be removed. NO EXCUSES. Sorry. I and the GM cannot count absences and allow for vacations and such. I am sorry. It's too much work for me or them, and not fair to the other players.
(If the current GM wants to change this rule, they may. However, default is no excuses. n.n)
Revisions:OH SNAP HOW ABOUT ENFORCING THIS RULE? You go inactive. DEAL! Or at least inform the tallier ME when allowing someone back in the game. KK GM?!?!?!???
