on the 'glorybe' site, what are they talking about when the say "FB's" and "Swappers"?....

On a quick glance through, I didn't see anyone mention www.thejapanesepage.com. I've made a few friends through there and the people are all really nice.

I tried the japan guide site its really good! i signed up last week and i talk to most of the people by e-mail and 1 by letter. Yesterday i got about 20 e-mails and it took forever to reply to them all sweatdrop

This should be stickied, or put in a sticky, seeing how much a penpal can show us, into the culture of their country. I will take this into great consideration.

ooh this looks great, I'll have to look into it more, but yeah i think it would be a great idea to get a penpal to help learn about their language and just everyday life.

well i joined MLE, and got 2 e-mails within five minutes of joining lol. i feel sorry for the poor japanese ppl talking to me though, since my japanese is terrible sweatdrop
