Personality: Conflicted is a good term to describe Sapphire. He loves his family but, honestly, he thinks his parents are idiots. His father is an idiot for holding affections for someone like his mother while his mother, well, he could say a few choice words about her effectively abandoning the family. The fact that his father continues to fawn over her is mindboggling to the young stallion. If she wants nothing to do with them, then why should any of them want to see her? Except, deep down, Sapphire does want to see his mother. He wants for nothing more than for their family to be whole, yearning for the affection of a mother he hasn’t ever really known. Of course, he keeps his thoughts to himself for the most part. The last thing Sapphire wants to do is to stir up unnecessary drama. As such, he tends to confide in his sister when his thoughts become too much to bear or his tumult threatens to overwhelm him. Opi is his best friend and confidant, and he would do anything for her.
