Watching the bullets fly, the man smiled, prematurely feeling victorious. However, as the projectiles flew towards the trio of Fairy Tail wizards, he found his smile quickly fading. The channelling wizard, Jorel, had seen the bullets coming and managed to quickly transform to block them, "Damn," the man growled. He'd been spotted. So much for the element of surprise. It seemed that the other two had also noticed his presence, forcing him to make a run for it so he wouldn't be hit by the black starry ray of energy from the small dragon slayer aiming for him. He managed to skip out of the way in the nick of time and started to run across the rooftops. Putting two fingers in his mouth, he whistled loudly, a signal to his comrades that were still hidden from view. At the moment he intended to jump to the next roof, the gunman felt a jolt of electricity run through his body, causing him to seize up for a moment meaning that he didn't quite make the jump and instead landed on the fire escape stairs of the opposite building. Sitting up, he produced a pistol from his coat pocket and fired six shots, two magic bullets for each wizard, hoping their attention would be drawn away from anywhere else. Another man hiding in the shadows of an alleyway commanded a tidal wave to build and curl over the street, whooshing across the sidewalk and headed straight towards the three wizards to hopefully knock them off their feet and into the roaring waves.
OOC: With the six shots, I rolled 0-2 for him so if it's 1 then one of the two bullets hits you and both if it gets 2

Jorel peeked over his shield to see where the rifleman went. That was a close call. If he hadn't seen the glint off of the scope, they would've been done for. He, nor Misaka, seemed to be the target. Those bullets were aimed at Miuna. Why was it that he was aiming for her. 'An assassination?', he thought. A whistle was then heard. "He's not alone," he then heard gunshots from the gunman, He ducked behind his shield once more in attempts to avoid the shot.
Miuna's attack flew straight passed her target, completely missing the man as he took off sprinting on his own two feet to avoid further contact with the sparkling arrays of dragon slayer magic. She would overhear Misaka explain how she doubted he was the one taking pictures, however it was more likely to believe they had some sort of connection shared. Picture guy or not, he would have to be brought beneath to justice for his actions of attacking her friends; which was totally uncalled for. "Yaaa! Let's wreck him!" She agreed with Misaka's statement to get him, watching as her lightning powers headed dangerously close to the rooftop dude, even this time managing to strike him as it would cause him to falter in his steps for even just a bit. However, even if his intended jump had failed, he would still continue to keep fighting as he would pull out even more bullets; taking aim and firing them after he had the targets locked in. Miuna was busy watching over Jorel and Misaka, trying to figure out if she could possibly try and combine some of her own attacks with there own ones to possibly get a stronger hit on the dude. The Celestial Slayer wasn't even positive what the heck his problem was; attacking them with no reason at all and not even bothering to explain himself. However, if he was involved with what they were off investigating someone stealing Lacrima from the mines, potentially than he must of known they were the ones who might be able to catch him in the act, forcing him to fight back and attempt to get rid of them.
Through Miuna's own train of thoughts, she could hear those bullets coming from literal miles away. Her dragon senses picked the sounds of them up very quickly, however the shots came about just about as quickly towards the intended targets of the group. Both bullets would reach her before she could find time enough to retaliate the missiles, causing her to barrel roll across the dirt, eventually catching herself back to her feet, sliding against the ground and whipping up some dirt as she held her ground into being pushed backwards further. That hurt more than she would've liked, holding onto her waist painfully in which took the remaining hits. Her other friends seemed to be shot at as well, Jorel using his shield to block and hoping Misaki too would be able to defend herself against the oncoming rampage of attacks. However, something about this whole thing would defiantly feel a bit off. 'What's going on? They're mainly focused on hitting me I think..' Miuna would question to herself, pondering a bit on what to think of it all. On one point; it felt like a good thing because it meant her friends were less likely to be hurt. She didn't want to think of a bad reason, she she chose not to. On another note, they could be trying to take her out first because they might believe she would be the easiest to take out, so that they could focus more on her friends soon after. That would simply piss her off, although her pondering was cut short at a new sound echoing in her ears. She could hear crashing wave sounds coming closer to the group. It sounded like water, possibly a incoming tidal wave. 'I can't let them hurt my friends!' She would tell herself, preparing as the water assault would arrive soon to be next. With this wave being formed; there must of been others somewhere who were associated with this man too. It would of been so much simpler to just fight only the man alone, did he really have to have friends helping him out too?
Miuna would turn her back away from the gunner for the moment, calling out to her friends so that they would be aware of a plan she came up with in that exact moment. "Take care of the gunner! I'll dissolve this stupid wave!" She would call out, focusing very closely on listening to exactly where she could pinpoint the exact direction of the incoming water attack. Once she figured it out, she laid her plan into action. She would run off as close to the wave as possible, and to avoid further contact with her friends. The plan she had was going to end up being a massive attack, and she would not want any of her friends accidentally caught up in her own blast; so she attempted to cover as much a distance from them as possible in order to fully use it to it's maximum power against what appeared to be a water user. Though they'd still be visible in sight, so she wouldn't have gone off too far. Celestial energy would soon surround Miuna, en coating her entire body in sparkling arrays, her body twirling around as if she were dancing at very fast speeds. Stars and moons would surround her and float beside her, soon enough a massive wave of what appeared to be the night sky would quickly form, rivaling against the tidal wave in size. It would be sent forward just as the tidal wave was just about to reach her, both colliding into one another. Her own wave would shatter anything within the range, hoping she did not break anything because she didn't have the money to repair anything in the town. Miuna just wanted to try her very best to protect her friends, and even that magic took a bit to use, being an ultimate and all; it was all worth it if only to keep her friends safe from harm from this second person! She had hoped it would be just enough to stop that attack, so Misaka and Jorel would only have to worry about the gunner for the spare moment.
Cocoa would float beside Miuna, watching her and there friends fighting some whack jobs. He wanted to help, but he wasn't sure how. He would sit and wait for the right moment, if truly Miuna would really need assistance, he'd quickly rush to help even if she would not ask of it first. He'd watch closely, just in case that moment would soon enough arise. Cocoa would also watch Misaka and Jorel, in case they would need an extra paw as well in assistance. -------------- MAGIC USED: ● Dance Wave of the Celestial Goddess : The user surrounds them self with Celestial magic; coating their whole body and twirls around like they are dancing at a extreme speed while stars and moons surround them, releasing a huge wave of the night sky at the opponent; able to cover a large radius making it shattering anything within range. Misaka hummed a laugh watching the gunner get caught out by her lightning. She loved it when she got the upper hand whether it was a small win or an outright victory. "Hmph, how dumb can you be? No one can outrun my lightning," she said in a proud tone, though she wished she'd properly hit her mark. Unfortunately, due to this, it seemed the man recovered fairly quickly and open fired at them all again, "Crap!" she cried, trying to dive sideways to avoid the bullets but failing, her left arm being hit in the process. She hissed in pain as they stung her skin. Checking how her friends were she could see that Jorel had deflected one with his shield but the other had just been too fast. Muina had taken the full hit just like her. Before she could question whether her two guild mates were ok, the sound of rushing water reached her ears. How was that possible? There were no rivers nearby. In the distance she spotted a huge tidal wave headed straight for them. There must be another wizard. One was a synch, two would be a nice challenge, "Oh, I see, someone else was invited to the party. This'll be fun," she said happily. Muina easily took care of the wave but due to the power of it, her spell only went as far as stopping the water but didn't manage to hit the gunman or the person behind the tidal wave spell, "Gotcha!" she nodded in response to Muina's request that they take care of the first man, "Watch out for that water wizard, he or she has gotta be around here somewhere. They couldn't have cast that spell from too far away. Just be careful though. It looks like they might be after you so don't leave our sight, OK?" she said, hoping the young slayer would listen. Turning back to the gunman, Misaka jumped behind Jorel's shield to take cover and aim, "Double Lightning Strike!"

The gunman smirked as most of his bullets hit their targets; one shot hitting Jorel and two each for Muina and Misaka. However, he didn't care for the channelling wizard or the lightning mage, his mission was the dragon slayer. As long as most of the attacks hit her, it was all good. If they returned without their target, Master Kimura would be most unimpressed and was likely to punish them. As the lightning flew at him again, one of his arms was struck and he growled in pain. One more hit like that on an upper limb and he'd find it difficult to shoot and it wasn't like he could aim with his toes. Down the street, the man who'd sent out the tidal wave was surprised that the small child had managed to stop it in its tracks without bringing down the surrounding buildings. Her magic was truly beautiful: the power of the celestial dragon. "She's going to be a difficult one to catch," a voice behind him said. A young boy hiding in the shadows who would seem like no threat had joined the party, but anyone who disregarded his presence would always live to regret it. As the lightning from Misaka's attack passed over their heads, the boy pointed towards the few bolts that had missed, "Reflect," he said, creating a mirror on which the electricity bounced, heading straight back towards the trio of Fairy Tail wizards. The gunman heard the impact of the lightning attack against the mirror and smirked. Now things were really getting started. Recharging his pistol he sent out a Tornado Shot towards the group.

Jorel winced as one of the shots from the gun mage hit him in the shoulder. "Argh, these guys are going to be annoying," he grit his teeth and looked up to where the shots were coming from. "Now there are two of them," he watched as the second wizard reflected Misaka's lightning. "Reflection Magic?" he thought aloud. He shook his head and had to focus. "We need to go on the offensive!" he called to his fellow Fairy Tail members. He folded his hands in front of his chest and lowered his head. "Orion the Hunter, give me your strength!" the constellation of Orion traced at his feet and he was engulfed in light. From the light, he emerged with scale armor, buckskin trousers, a necklace of fangs, face paint, a bow, and machete. His eyes looked to the Gun Mage's post. "I'll take the Gun Mage," Jorel growled. Despite the Tornado Shot, Jorel took aim with an arrow at the Gun Mage. He then released an energy tipped arrow at the Gun Mage.
Miuna would overhear Misaka through the waves using her own dragon senses; turning around so that she would be able to hear her answer. "Don't worry, I'll be very careful! I pinky promise to never leave your sight!" The Celestial Dragon slayer would answer with a clear smile; placing one hand to her heart in a deep promise and one that could never be broken; soon focusing back on the waves and the water user who was in hiding. She had no idea where all of these stupid mages were even coming from, they were really annoying kind of like little knats who kept flying up in your face and than disappearing before you could shoo them away. How dare they interrupt there fun mission, all she wanted was some enjoyment and beds to hop on in hotels. Fighting wasn't really her thing, playful teasing or pranking sure was fun but she really couldn't care much for kicking one another's butt. Of course, these people clearly deserved to be owned; for attacking without a given reason. Although what Misaka had said that possibly they could of been after her for whatever purpose or reason; would force her to stop and wonder..'Why?' What was the reason behind trying to obtain her? That confused her a lot, and literally made her desire the answer; but she had better things to worry about and that was getting these idiots out of there hair so they can take the time to figure some things out and than finish completing the mission at hand.
While Miuna was completely zoned out in some deep thoughts about the current predicaments, a lightning bolt created from Misaka was reflected, aiming straight for each Wizard from Fairy Tail. She wasn't even being cautious of her surroundings at the time, costing her a hit as it struck her in the back. The force of it caused her to fall over on top of her belly, her arms outstretched in the dirt all the way up while she made a cross eyed face. "Owww, I really need to pay attention! Stupid whoever that was!" Miuna would push herself back up while deeply insulting whatever mage that was and from whatever direction they were standing in at the moment. She brushed off her butt and outfit, in case it would of attracted any nasty dirt from the ground, pushing it off of her. After her sudden outburst, she would overhear Jorel telling them to go on the offensive. "I don't know what that means, but if it means wiping there faces in the dirt, than I'm in!" She would say with a nod of her head, thinking of which mage to go after and what sort of attack she should go with, planning a bit in her mind. She could hear Jorel saying how he was going to take the gun mage on, accepting his decision happily. She pretty much didn't like fighting gun magic; they moved super quick!"Got it! Maybe we should each take one to fight. I call dibs on the water one!" Miuna called out, it was not like she preferred fighting the dude or anything; that magic was just far less annoying to fight than reflection magic. That type of magic would just be really super irritating. To be honest; she wasn't even sure if she could figure out a way around that magic to win, hoping someone smarter could take the dude on in place of. She hoped that Misaka wouldn't mind fighting the annoying t**t since she was the only one left too; if asked too she would gladly switch though; figuring she should just ask her all the same."Unless you want this dude?" She would ask to be certain; facing in her direction.
While waiting for Misaka's answer; Miuna would continue to glance around and search for the stupid water t**t, eventually finding him thanks to her really good eye site from gaining the senses of a real dragon! Cocoa would fly beside her, carrying her from the back side and lifting her from the ground. "Should we make this a sky battle?" Her feline counterpart would ask with wonder, but the answer that followed next was a clear thrill to the cat. "Hells yeah we should!" Miuna would agree happily, as Cocoa would lift her high into the airs atmosphere. Just as the girl was about to use an attack to fight with, this wind attack that looked like a tornado came flying on straight for them, however Cocoa managed to dodge and barrel roll out of the way just in the nick of time. "Panic attack! That was too close, be sure to dodge everything Cocoa! I don't want to fall from a high height, at least go lower." She would warn her exceed, as Cocoa excepted her warnings and moved down a bit lower towards the ground, figuring they weren't gonna evade every attack. "I'm not dumb, I would not let you fall." He would answer, offended that his own partner had zero faith in his smartness and his ability to catch her if hit. "Everyone says that, right before they do what they said they would not do." Miuna would state with a laugh, before focusing on the water stupid butt once again. Figuring she should try distance fighting first; Miuna would raise one arm towards the beautiful blue sky; magical energy swirling around as many stars and moons were cast forth from the sky, falling swiftly down towards the water user. They were all aiming for his legs, if he couldn't walk or run; he'd be easier to hit and less likely to dodge which would make him a much easier target. The moons and stars would feel very sharp if hit, almost like the same as the sharp edge of a knife or sword. "TAKE THAT YOU JACK WANG!" Miuna would shout at the dude; raising a thump from both hands in approval, kind of hoping the attack would work and hit considering her cocky attitude had taken a turn; and that fun outburst would of been for nothing! MAGIC USED: Falling Stars :Casting an arm toward the sky, the user can create an onslaught of stars and moons to rain down that feel like knivess hitting against the skin in any area she chooses. In the distance, Misaka could see several shiny objects in the sky, "Huh? That's not water or gun magic, it's...," her sentence was interrupted by a few of her lightning blasts being sent rocketing back towards the trio, hitting both Muina and Jorel. Luckily it wasn't at full force but it still knocked the celestial dragon slayer off of her feet. "Conductor!" she cried out both her hands with intention of reabsorbing her lightning, hoping that the composition hadn't been altered in the return attack, "Reflection magic? Seems like a cheap trick to me. It's not even like memory magic that can recreate a spell, it's just a bunch of mirrors," she said, purposely speaking loudly so that the person responsible would become annoyed and reveal themselves. The lightning mage nodded at Jorel's claim over the gunman and then smiled at Muina's suggestion, "Fine by me, I can take the mirror man." As the dragon slayer took off with Cocoa, Misaka rushed in the direction of where the mirrors had appeared. She was sure the culprit would be underneath the area in which the reflective magic had been formed. Rushing down a side street,neat towing avoiding another s**t from the gunman, she spotted two figures. A man and a young boy. One of them was the mirror mage and the other would be the water wizard. Slamming her palm onto the floor, Misaka sent out a wave of electricity across the ground, "Thunder Wave" she said, before rushing forwards with sparking hands, "Take this, scumbag!" she yelled, swinging her fist at the young boy in a electric punch.

The gunman was surprised to find that all three of the a Fairy Tail wizards had managed to dodge his tornado shots. They were fast and he was glad he hadn't been left to do this job alone, especially since he hadn't counted on the members accompanying the dragon slayer to be very powerful. How wrong he was and as an arrow came hurtling towards him, striking him in the shoulder, he began to realise just what they might be up against. He cursed loudly, gripping his arm. Now it would be harder to use larger guns. Reloading his pistol he aimed at the Jorel and fired a stinger shot designed to surround the channelling wizard before exploding. Meanwhile, the water-make wizard and mirror wizard realised that their position had been discovered. High above them they could see the small celestial dragon slayer who was now being carried by her cat who seemed to have sprouted wings, "How curious, she isn't getting sick from the movement," the mirror wizard said observantly, watching as pieces of what looked like sparkling glass rained down on them. The two men jumped out of the way but due to the wide diameter of the attack, still found themselves within range of the falling stars. They both cringed as what felt like tiny knives nicked at their skin. Stumbling back, a sudden jolt of electricity ran through them both. To their right, they could see the lightning mage with her hand on the ground, indicating the origin of the attack and with speed that matched her magic, she bolted towards them. The mirror mage was knocked to the floor as her lightning-covered first connected with his jaw, "Brat!" he snapped holding out his hand, "Kaleidoscope." A mosaic of mirror pieces was sent towards the lightning mage, intending to trap her. The water wizard looked up and smiled, "Why don't you come down and play, dear?" he called, lifting this arms up, "I can help your descent if you want. Water-Make: Water Snake!" Bursting out of his hands in a wide stream was the shape of a giant snake made entirely of water aiming straight at the celestial dragon slayer.

Miuna was super glad to hear that Misaka was content with taking on the mirror mage, and would happily oblige to the request form of a question. She would smile towards her friend, not long before she would overhear the little snarky comment from the mirror wizard using her dragon senses to hear him speak of Cocoa as a vehicle. "Cocoa's flying doesn't make me sick, don't compare him to a vehicle!" She would speak in an annoyed tone, these people were already starting to find themselves on her very last nerve. A small smirk formed once her cosmic attack would hit successfully, despite them making an attempt to flee out of the way. That was karma for being super annoying and pointing out what they clearly lack in understanding. While Misaka was off fighting with the mirror wizard and Jorel was going against the gun mage, that left Miuna in a stand off against the water mage, which was a choice of hers to go up against him. She had to do whatever it took to defeat this dude, so that she could go and help out her friends. Attempting to come up with a smarter battle strategy; she would hear him below her speaking out to play with him, which sounded kinda creepy to her, like killer clown creepy. "You know, I'd love to take you up on that offer! Unfortunately, I made it a habit of mine to not associate myself with the local assholes. You seem to fit that description, so I'm going to have to pass on that offer." Miuna would answer in a playful tone, just as soon as he would question if she would need help coming down, not even waiting for an answer before he would shoot back a water stream in the shape of a shark. "Heyy, I didn't say yes! I don't wanna come down go away!" She would yell at him, sticking her tongue out mockingly and creating spitty sounds. As the water would hurdle towards her, she could really only rely on Cocoa to get them out of the way of the blast. "Ahh Cocoa!!" She would call out, as the Exceed understood exactly how to proceed from there. "On it!" Straightening his wings out perfectly, Cocoa would use his extreme speed to quickly fly higher into the air as fast as a bullet and quickly avoid the water from reaching them. Once out of range and the attack would dissipate into the air having not found a target, the black exceed's wings would spring out, hovering in a slow glide. He would soon enough carry her a bit lower to the ground, not too far from the water and mirror users. However, his guard was clearly up and he was always prepared for the worst possible outcome.
Miuna would look over at the water user, preparing herself as she got into a defensive position, which in her view was looking like she was about to go all karate on his butt. "Look, I don't want to really hurt you, but you're not leaving much of a choice. It's rude to gang up on people with no reason, in fact screw a reason! It's rude and childish at all! So, we'll give you two options. Either; keep fighting and end up in the hospital or jail, or flee and leave us be. I'm sure you're a good person deep down, maybe you three have a really scary boss telling you what to do, I don't know! But if you do got a scary boss, I suggest to get out, run, change your name and wear a disguise, and flee the damn country." Miuna would answer with a bit of laugh, getting a kick out of that. She was clearly cracking jokes aside from first starting out serious. She can never be serious for long, there's always time for jokes and fun in her book! "Just tell us why you're doing this.." She would reply, that question alone still plaguing her mind as she continued to fight to get away from the trio. Once finished talking, she would prepare her next attack, however taking her time in using it because she was giving him a few seconds to think about what action to take. She wanted to give him a chance to think about it and get out before they would find themselves very hurt, being members of the popular Fairy Tail; there's no way any of them would lose or back down! "You better start running now.." Miuna would answer in a rather low tone, as she was already forming together her magical energy for the next attack as it sparkled around her. She hated having to hurt others, it always made her feel super guilty and bad for them deep down, kind of like the feeling of breaking your lovers heart. Despite her last attack where she seemed to enjoy harming him and shouting anger, but that was more to the fact she was getting back at harming or attempting to hurt her very best friends, her family. She prayed with all of her heart the three would take up her offer to run and make a new name for themselves. Otherwise, she'd be forced to send more pain there way, along with her two pals!
Magical energy would surround inside her now clenched hands, two long black swords with a velvet touch appearing within her grips, an image of a shooting star on the hilt, that held below the pointy piece. Using the swords in battle, meant that she would find her opponents a worthy enough opponent, that and she was clearly making a point that they were all being serious when they fought. It was a red flag to realize they didn't stand a chance and to flee with there tails behind there butts. Whether they would run or not, it mattered not as she would still fight until her last dying breathe, just as any of the Fairy Tail Wizards would! She was fighting even harder, for the safety of her friends, that was the most important piece to the fight of all. She would form them into a regular sword size, not wanting to use up too much of her magical energy on just the size of her swords alone. She had to save as much as she could, so she wouldn't run out while deep in battle. Without saying another word, Miuna would slice the air with the sword while a frown remained over her lips, a rather large in diameter yellow star would form from the ripple effect the slice created, rolling towards the water user at rather high speeds, turning just as a shooting star would. She would than hold both swords defensively, preparing herself in case it would miss, or he would retaliate rather quickly.

Jorel had no time to rejoice that his shot hit its mark. Another shot was fired at him. He rolled out to the other side of the alley way It was not hard to dodge the shot since it came from a distance. He saw its effects as it encircled an area and then exploded. "That would've hurt," Jorel muttered. Jorel thought for a moment on how to help his comrades. "Don't aim directly at the Mirror Mage. Aim at his feet or topple something to hurt him," he then turned his attention to the Gun Mage. He aimed another energy arrow at him and released it.
