╠══════════BACKGROUND INFORMATION══════════╣ PERSONALITY: Misaka is a typical teenage girl complete with a rebellious streak, sassy comebacks and hard-headed stubbornness. Though usually happy, she has a short temper and will often challenge others to battles as a way to sort differences as opposed to just talking things out.
She'll often push herself to exhaustion in hopes of overcoming her limits despite being in the knowledge that it's not healthy to do so. She's always eager to help others in their time of need but often fails to ask for help herself, fearing it will make her seem weak. BIOGRAPHY: Misaka is the only child of Rikka and Tamaki Yuki and lived happily in the centre of Tokyo until the age of 7 when her father's work took the family to Brooklyn. She was 16 when she left home to start her life as a fully-fledged mage. However, due to her parents continuous worry, she decided that Fairy Tail was the best guild to go to as it was at least in the same State.
Misaka became fascinated with magic after witnessing some guild mages take down a band of thieves that were terrorising the area she lived in when she was 10. On the promise she would work hard to get outstanding grades at school, she was allowed to study and practice magic in her spare time which she did with her small group of close friends. Using her love of thunderstorms to inspire her, she opted for lightning magic and even took it upon herself to create the Volt Gun, hoping that a self-made ability would help her get into a guild and be considered competent regardless of being young.
Upon joining Fairy Tail, Misaka stated her goal was to become strong like many of the others to that she could be useful and reliable when it came to any and all situations. She continuously pushes her limits and practices every day to get better and stronger.
