Vodyanoi - Post 2
At first, he thought the wind tribesman hadn't even noticed him -- he was rather focused on the fighters warming up near the arena, almost studying them rather than just watching, as most others did. But after a few beats the man had turned towards him, and it seemed as if Vodyanoi had all his attention for the time-being.
"Sure they're nice!" He confirmed, pursing his lips curiously and leaning forward when the man said he had made the necklace himself -- as if this was some sort of invitation to study his handiwork. Maybe it wasn't in the slightest, but Vodyanoi certainly took it as one, reaching out without hesitation and running his fingers over the glossy beads of the necklace. "You really made all these yourself? They're so interesting. I haven't seen anything like them and I... well, I do a lot of window-shopping. I guess you've got your own style!"
He giggled, pulling away and flicking his wrist dismissively, his own bracelets jingling with the motion. "Do you make it to sell? Or just for pleasure? I made a necklace once -- it wasn't quite as nice as yours -- and I traded it away. For a zanteer, of all things!"

Onora- Post 2 It took a long while before Onora was walking away from one of the concessions, now holding almost all the food they had to offer. She couldn't resist the new wonders she found from the Tale culture. She turned and left to find a spot while her mouth already claimed one of the pastries she bought. Looking at the huge crowd she meddled through to get where she was, she stuck to the edge of the stands, not wanting anyone to bump into her, or her food. She began nibbling on a skewered piece of veggie when a foul smell came across her nose. Instantly, she thought it was something she was holding, yet none of them smelt this bad when she bought them. Her eyes then traveled to a putrid color green on the stand next to her. The Matori ears perked at the conversation and knew the tall Leaf woman next to her agreed that something was wrong. "Excuse me. Are you really trying to sell this poor girl some rotten Matori fish?" She gasped when she realized exactly which type the man was selling. It was a very common fish, even the younglings would catch it, and they were never these shades. "It smells like I kept it under my skirt while I traveled here." She continued, quite vulgarly. "What?! Are you saying I'm a liar?""Nuhuh. I didn't hear anything of the conversation except that she thinks this is spoiled. Which it is. I cook with this fish almost every day and I ain't never seen it look anything like that." She said, placing her hand on her very chunky hip. Painted Moose Ahhh the sweet smell of arguments

Mosipost one
Mosi was pretty sure there weren't many superlatives that truly surpassed terrified, and if there were, they were probably a little superfluous. Terrified was definitely a fitting enough description for what she was feeling, no additional words necessary. Surprisingly, the Yaeli girl was also lucid enough to think, and she did plenty of it as she walked through the crowds of mainlanders, her pack clutched close. She tried to keep in mind that she was here at Rulij's behest, but all recalling that accomplished was to make her wonder whether her mentor was worth following anymore.

Klaas - Post 2"K-kid?" Klaas blinked at the one talking to him and squinted down at the Wind man. He wasn't that young! Sure he was only a prentice, but even then, he was no youngling. Klaas huffed and scooted down the stands to go sit by the guy who both insulted him, and talked to him in the same breath. "Who're you calling a kid, and... what're you eating?" Klaas was always hungry. Hungry forever. He reached out, wanting to poke the dough ball but he didn't. "I'm Klaas, not kid. Guess a name next time, yeah?" His attention turned back to the arena and the Oban sort of swayed in his seat. There were so many different races! All of him he knew of, and two races he didn't recognize. Interesting. Very, very interesting. He'd ask about them, but then he'd get embarrassed he didn't know and honestly? Klaas came here to have a good time, not feel like he was the stupidest Oban ever. "You look like you could participate, guy. Soooo what's up with that? Bad fighter or just really bad luck?"

Carminer Post 1
Carminer had separated from his siblings and cousin, taking the time to wander about the stands and curious if there would be any drink sold in the area. He didn't mind watching a good fight, it actually was quite interesting to see how fighters reacted and fought. Plus, he could bet a little coin and make some money if he played his cards right.
With Orivato in the fight, he had confidence his brother would do well in his brackets. All he had to do now was find a good place to watch, and to drink, and he would be happy the rest of the day. As he wandered about, and as he made way to a nice location he caught sight of a fellow fare haired windling.
Maybe it was her shout that caught his attention, really.
"You do realize the tourney has yet to start? Save some of that voice for your champion, as I'm sure you will need it to be heard over all the others when this place has filled..."

Amarone Post 1
Amarone struggled to focus as she wandered about, her teal eyes wide and taking in the sights, the smells, and the wares being sold. Oh there were so many interesting things that people made, and she was drawn toward the crafts and items that weren't simple weapons or toys. She used it as inspiration, and her mind tingled with the ideas that flooded it. So many ideas, opportunities really, and she couldn't help but grin. Maybe, someday, she would be in a booth selling her own inventions.
As she backed up without looking, she nearly stumbled into Neryssa, her eyes turning to apologize before they grew wide.
"You are a Matori! Look at those markings, yes you have to be, oh silly me your skin says it all!" She laughed, but her eyes danced across Neryssa's open skin and colored hair, taking it all in with genuine curiosity.

Serrpost two
It didn't take him long to find someone he was willing to try, a pleasant-looking woman who was a little too sparkly to go unnoticed. Serr was surprised by the tickle of guilt he felt at the thought of stealing from a shifter. The days of seeing them all as traitorous, opportunistic jerks had fled with the permanent arrival of Eziya in his life.
Having watched the bard for a time, Serr finally made his move, plucking at a bauble as he glided past.

NeryssaPost 2 While she herself hadn't exactly been looking where she was going, had stopped to look around, She was clearly lost within the mass of moving bodies and needed to find a way to get to the fringes. Frowning slightly, she turned around to almost run smack into the back of someone else who turned quickly towards her. It was a Wind woman and she seemed as surprised as Neryssa herself. "Yes, I'm from Matori and am one." She tried to answer as the woman before her talked quickly in an excited fashion. "You're one of the Wind tribe right?"Neryssa was still learning to identify others from different tribes, traveling with her brother who was set up here somewhere. She had slipped away saying she was going to find food and would be back before the event closed for the day. It would give her time to explore and search for someone. This new strange was interesting to say the least. "My name's Neryssa," She introduced herself, hands kinds fidgeting at the edges of the sash around her waist, a little shy.

Solari Post 1So she had to get active huh? Well she’d registered for the tournament so that was always a step in the right direction. Solari just hoped it would be enough to get a second shot at her work and if it didn’t… well she was just going to have to figure out what plan B was. There was no planning today, today Sol was just winging it and well that would be it. She was waiting on her matchup now, sitting and waiting until it was her turn to go and try and beat up someone. Fun times to be had for sure. Solari sighed.

Karothdra Post 1Karothdra sat looking at the back of her father’s head with contempt before her eyes moved to his left and found her brother. Still, after everything that had happened and was about to happen then man still refused to acknowledge her publicly as the stronger child. Well, today she would prove in front of everyone that she was the strongest. Her match was coming up soon, someone by the name of Nera. Karo wondered if general Talin’s daughter had entered, but hadn’t she been absent for a while now?
Well if it was her it would be a good match up. Until then, Karothdra sat, crossed her arms and watched the other matchups.

Alassiel Post 1Alassiel took her seat with Z’ran and Ziel. They’d all come to enjoy the tournament, and while she had wanted to participate she felt it wasn’t necessary and decided just watching was better anyways. She hadn’t been in Oba in a very long time and the heat was still unbearable, Ziel and Z’ran seemed to be enjoying the family outing though so there was that. Ziel had spoken about maybe going off and finding Masika. At least now that Ziel was older she didn’t have to watch her so closely, not that any of her energy had been curved as she’d gotten older but it was easier to handle now.

Ziel Post 1“I’m going to see if I can find Masika!” Ziel said as she left her parents ignoring the call from her worried mother, she’d said something about not getting in trouble. Ha, Ziel never got in trouble! Ignoring the looks she got, Ziel moved through the crowd, eyes moving and looking for the other Water Hybrid. She knew Dem was supposed to be fighting; Ziel wished her mother was fighting but ah well. One day she would see that woman fight! For now though, she was still scanning the crowd for the blue antenna’s she knew belonged to Masika.
And then finally she spotted her, taking a deep breath Ziel yelled over the crowd. “Masika!” Then she was barreling through the crowd towards her and paused as she got to the seats in front of them and plopped herself right down even though someone cursed at her. “Hey Masika!” She said excited and then turning towards V’demhe she said, “It’s nice to see you V’demhe. I hope your match goes well,” in a much more tame voice. “I am so excited! Mom didn’t want to fight; I wish she was so I could see her fighting! Would be so amazing. She never wants to teach me anything.”

Aseara Post 1Aseara had left the children back home with a caretaker; there was no way she was going to let younglings see a fight match. She felt they were too young to experience such a thing even if their father was participating in the tournament. They’d asked her to go to see Nuri, but it had still been a definitive no. Perhaps if they had been a touch older she would have brought them along, but for now they stayed home. Aseara had been titled the much more serious parent by the trio and she would live up to the name if it meant she had their wellbeing in mind.
Dressed down for the day, Aseara finished up a few things at the Red to make sure everything was in order before leaving. Almost everyone was taking the day to go to the tournament but a few remained and she wanted things to continue to run smoothly. Even Itotia had decided to go out. Which was quite the surprise all things considered, she’d even gone out on her own! Aseara still wasn’t sure what Itotia’s intentions were, but surely that was a sign that she might, just might, decide to stay here in Oba…
Exiting the Red, Aseara made her way towards the tournament arena. Itotia was saving her a spot and she was going to go and sit next to her. There were a lot of people here, a few patrons recognized her and invited her to their private area but she politely refused before moving on. When she finally found Itotia, she was once again pleasantly surprised to see she was without hood.
“There you are,” Aseara said as she took a seat next to Itotia. “It’s nice to see you getting some sun.” Aseara mused lightly.

Kresimir .|. Post 2Not seeing any familiar faces within a few minutes, he shrugged and just started off towards the stands. It seemed there was a small commotion in the stands and people gaped at two women sitting together which made him c**k his head. Sure outsiders were often stared at but this was a little excessive. Until he realized who it was which was fairly easy since for once she had her hood down. An unbidden smile rose to his face as he contemplated going and talking to her. What if her companion was her boss or something and he had gotten her in trouble for their last meeting? Or what if she didn't even want to see him? Well, it wouldn't hurt to go and say hi at least...right? Kresimir made his way towards Itotia and Aseara. He stopped a little ways away, always giving Itotia the space she had always seemed to want. Dipping his head politely in greeting to the pair, his smile was still large and genuine. "It's good to see you again, Itotia." Not wanting to seem rude to her companion, he smiled and said a soft "Hello." To her as well. He figured he would just say hello and allow her the chance to offer him a seat. After all, he didn't want to force his presence upon her.

Stereochrome Yodyanoi--- don't take it personal =/=; The idiots pride was shattered by a girl so he's a bit...territorial... *punts Xarn* Xarnith Post 1 Well...that was a bust. The male rolled his shoulder as he walked, Fractis trotting in front of him. It seemed like the beast was proud of him. Even if he lost. Xarn chuckled. The Prezi seemed to find the other wind male easy enough. Seeing Bisera the sheild warrior walked up to him. "Bi." After a simple greeting Xarn slipped his arm around Bisera sighing through his nose as he rested his chin on the others head grumbling. "I lost." A mewl from Fractis had him looking over to the side. A pause...who was that? What were they doing near Bisera? "..." He looked down then glanced to the other male. "New friend?" Fractis then sat between the newcomer and his two 'parents'.
