Alrighty, here's my judge:

Character Name: Citlalicue (pronounced sit-lah-lee-kweh)
How often can you check/post to the event? I can check it every day.
Looks: 5’3, with a fit pear shaped body and dark tan skin. She has waist length, straight black hair left loose (and no bangs). Brown eyed girl. She wears a gold band around her head with large emerald beads to the side of her face (and have a few dangly smaller obsidian and gold beads attached), and lots of feathers popping out in the back (in white, red, and brown/white striped feathers).

She has ornate golden arm braces that stop halfway to the elbow. Emerald and obsidian gems are imbedded into the braces. She also has some plain golden 2 inches wide upper arm bands.

Her dress is sky blue and glitters from the waist down. She has a chest piece of gold over the dress made with long turquoise pieces and obsidian gems. She also has a red cloth sash around her waist with turquoise gems and yellow trim. There are slits going up the side of her dress that stop above her knees. She has leg jewelry that is two inches wide with dangling gold and emerald beads and wears sandals.

Personality: She’s a very strong, fair goddess. As a goddess of the earth, she knows what it is to maintain life – the soil, the trees, the animals that depend on earth – and can be mothering (if a bit strict). She has a humorous side, but that only comes out in times of peace. However, she is also a goddess of death and darkness. She understands that there is a balance between life and death. She’s very creative (she along with her husband were responsible for the creation of the stars), but it might not be to your benefit depending on whether she’s acting as a goddess of the earth or of death. She does like fights (her worshippers were rather violent), so being a judge for this brawl will be a pleasant experience for her.

Is there a list of extended stats that we choose from or do we just make up our own?

What are the caps for armed and unarmed combat? Is there a list that fall under them or are we free to make up our own?

Judge/Announcer (maybe)

Character Name: Chandra (Soma)
How often can you check/post to the event? Often
Looks: A lighter-skinned Indian (the Asian kind not the American) with twinkling eyes. He wears no shirt, revealing a fit-but-not-toned body. His wrists sport twinkling bangles of silver and moonstone, and he wears a silver circlet also beset in the middle by moonstone. Chandra wears a black skirt (ankle-long) with silver-thread filigree and occasional random spots of moonstone. He has bare feet.

Personality: His personality ebbs and flows with that of the moon, becoming darker in humour as it wanes and lighter overall as it waxes. On new moons he is the darkest in mood and acts accordingly, but he is also more intellectual. On the full moon he is the lightest and most inspiring.

On Mondays his name changes to Soma and he takes on a rather serious attitude of poetry and prose, and can bestow his gift, Soma, to the populace.

Basics
Character Name: Fiona Fanners
How often can you check/post to the event? Everyday
Looks: She is an endearing girl of five and stands at a height of no more than 4' 3". She sports well-made designer clothing that is always kept in the most absolutely prestigious condition. Her favourite colours to wear are pink and tan, of which are usually present in the ribbons that hold up the two short ponytails sprouting from either side of the top of her blonde head as well as the frilly dresses she dons.
Personality: Daughter of a CEO of some large corporation that has a secret research facility wedged somewhere in its corporate budget, Fiona is the dictionary definition of a spoiled brat. She is loud and demanding and her prime concern is getting her cake after she's done all her vegetables.
Brief bio/introduction: "It isn't clear where she comes from, but here she is! The talented, intelligent, all-consumingly beautiful and girl all girls aspire to be: Fiona Fanners! Wow, are kids actually allowed into the arena? Marshal, get over here!"
Describe your fighting style: She fights with her over-inflated head and loud mouth. Oh, and she's got ice-based superpowers.
Describe your weapons: She has a pink water gun, but her main weapon is her cryokinesis abilities.

Scale of 0-20 with < 5 being dysfunctional and 20 being incredibly adept. The average is between 10 and 13. You have 75 points to put into the following:

Ice launch: 2 (she rapidly creates a large ice spike beneath her feet that launches her into the air, allowing her to make jumps of greater height and distance -- maybe an extra 5' when going vertically up)
Ice-shield: 4 (a shield of solid ice that can deflect or stop certain attacks)
Freeze-ray: 4 (a beam that drastically drops the temperature of whatever it hits, allowing the chance to freeze objects if the beam is concentrated on it long enough.)

I'm REALLY bad at writing these brief bio/introduction blurbs. D: If someone can come up with a better one for me, I'd deeply appreciate it.
Anyway, I can help with a trial match with Fiona here, hope she's okay. If not, let me know and I'll fix it.

The first page's stuff looks good. I dig the vendor idea! Also, I've updated Riv's profile to say Guard instead of Crowd Marshal.

I have this loopy grin on my face and am wondering if I should just make her go down after one hit. Lols, lemme consider what stat to switch out for some more constitution points.

It depends on how you define good. It's story and characters didn't leave a lasting impression, but the explosions and gameplay were excellent.
