I've seen the latest episode myself, and while I did enjoy it, there was something I was majorly disappointed with. D:

And...I dunno, I was kinda bothered with how Alicia showed up during the fight where Lloyd has to leave everyone behind. I mean, it just felt so random and like it didn't make much sense. I understand Verius showing up there, but Alicia? Eh, I guess it'll become a little clearer once subs are out.
I do like how Zelos turned on Mithos, though. O: And I'm pretty glad he apparently gets to live. Unless something happens to him in the next episode.

WHAT. NO. I WAS SO LOOKING FOWARD TO THAT. And while it's great that Zelos apparently gets to live, I also think the show would be great if he died. Much more emotional honestly. But adsfghjsdtyfghjbvfg. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY LEFT THAT FIGHT OUT. D:

As much as I enjoy the anime, there are moments where I wish they could've made it into an anime series like with Abyss rather than OVAs.
Yeah, I found that disappointing as well. D: I was actually looking forward to seeing that fight in anime form.
As for Alicia appearing, I dunno....I guess they wanted to give something similar to the moments where Anna's silhouette would appear to Lloyd.
Though I did like how they had Verius show up, and how Zelos fought against Mithos. That and I still find it awesome to see the characters fight while flying on their rheairds.
I liked it but couldn't quite understand all of it without subtitles. It was amazing I understood as much of it as I did. I recognized a few words here and there. ^-^
I really gotta keep trying to study Japanese. As far as the episode...
Being the Sheelos fan, I was kinda hoping for a scene where Zelos helps Sheena after betraying them but as things didn't quite go down the same way as the game I was slightly disappointed. However watching Sheena beat the crap outta Zelos was almost as entertaining. Almost.
I liked it but couldn't quite understand all of it without subtitles. It was amazing I understood as much of it as I did. I recognized a few words here and there. ^-^

I was kinda going by my knowledge with the game to get what was going on...even though the anime takes a different approach to the story.
I was actually looking forward to that duel between Kratos and Lloyd, though that didn't happen, which is rather disappointing. Though I thought the Zelos vs Yggdrasill fight was rather interesting as well as Verius's appearance.
@ Demon: You can watch it on Youtube. :3 There's where I watch it at. Though the anime is much different from the game.

The final episode, ASJDKLFHG. SO MANY FEELS.
That fluff scene with Kratos and Lloyd, OHEMGEE. The part with the great seed and the revival was sort of lacking, cause they never actually went up to Derris-Kharlan. There was no "the hope of the world rests on Lloyd's shoulders" sort of thing. He held the stinkin' sword up, suddenly they were on the ground, TA-DAAAAA!! There was Tabatha reborn as Martel!
So yeah, a little disappointing. I was okay with it though because it really was a cool scene. Just not as epic as the game.
Not to mention, the resulting fluff made it all better.

And you don't get to see Lloyd's wings at all either, and I thought it was a bit wonky that Lloyd and Kratos had their fight after defeating Mithos and reuniting the two worlds.
Though that scene with Kratos actually hugging Lloyd got me too. He should've did that in the game and in the manga as well. ninja
Though it's unfortunate that we don't get to see Anna's face. I've been hoping that we'd get to see the locket.

Why was it wonky? I thought it was to settle things they couldn't do with words, not like the fight to unlock Origin's seal.
YES, HE SHOULD'VE. I was gonna shoot something if we didn't see some fluff in any of the 3, I'm really glad for that scene.
There is that...the most we see of her is that quick clip in the United World opening. We know how long her hair was...that's about it.

the anime destroyed my feelings and left me to die. ;^;
it was a little confusing sometimes, with some parts switched and others just totally cut out. but i can see how it was more geared towards fans who already played the game. i loved how emotionally impacting certain scenes were, since it couldn't be done so well with a cell-shaded video game. also DAT ANIMATION. wow. i honestly have never seen such crisp animation and beautiful colours in an anime. just gorgeous. *3*
ALSO MITHOS' DEATH!? CAN WE NEVER TALK ABOUT THAT AGAIN BECAUSE IT JUST RIPPED MY HEART IN TWO AAAAAHHHH
