I actually used to have insomnia, but masturbating before I sleep has basically cured it.
And it's really hard for me to wake up (and be in a good mood) if I don't go at it.

Not quite the same. If your d^ck was in the same positions the thing was you'd get more of a work out but you're still excercising. Caution: too much repetitive motion without breaks and girls get carpal tunnel syndrome and boys get tennis elbow Hairy palms and blindness are myths though. I have ridiculous stamina and I'm left home alone for most of the week.
It's really either that or die of boredom.

smile into the chaos Moroseth Anaratharach I'm wierd, when I have a girlfriend and am more sexually active I tend to do it more, when I'm single my libido shuts down and I become hella asexual for periods of like 6 months...
On a side note... huzzah for being female and amused by the topic of fapping. Are females normally not amused by fapping? Anyways me personally I would say 7-10 times in a week. Some days I don't bother with it, but then other days I do it 2 or 3 times. I am amazed by some people's sex drive on here though. Seriously anyone who masturbates 5 or more times a day every day is ridiculous. That is much more then i could do. Although it's possible that it's just because i've become more busy in life lately. About a year and a half ago I used to go 3 times a day on average
