1. Your RPC has no back story?
2. I fixed your Shinobi skills to be more descriptive.
3. Remember, even though you are a Chuunin, your second element can only learn jutsu as if you were a Genin... AND remember your # ninjutsu allowed limitation.
4. For jutsu, I think that simply listing the Jutsu name with a link to the description would be sufficient, as well as would make your profile look neater and trimmer.

4. You know WAY too many jutsu. Assassins only get 30 jutsu TOTAL... you need to trim the fat. (And remember your second element can only learn up to A-rank techniques...and 1 S-rank)
5. Instead of pasting your weapon in, just add a link to your custom weapon in the profile. It looks neater and saves space.

Personality: Uzumi is a cold-hearted brat, he cares for no one and will do nothing for anyone. He hates everybody, and has come to the conclusion that everyone is a pest. He is a pesimist, and thinks badly about everything. Basicaly, all in all, he has no heart.
Behavior:
Backstory: Uzumi was born from a Hitokui mother, and the former Otokage father. His mother died in battle with a Banpaia, and his father vanished shortly before he was born. He grew up in the Mist Village, not really remembering all the happened, but vowed to destroy the man named Gabriel Vlad Darcula. He grew up to be a very cold-hearted person, and doesn't believe in happy endings. He thrives for power, and will do anything to get what he wants.
After learning that the man he wanted to kill was already dead, he started to think of what he should do in his life now. He knew he would get no where in life without a motif, so he started to think of something that would get him somewhere. He's still clueless as to what to do, he's a Chuunin now, so maybe he should just get as much power as one perosn could hold, making the Hitokui name live on.

I don't believe I ever approved the use of that bloodline. I can't find any record of your Kekkai Genkai approval submission either. In fact, I've put a ban on the bloodline as I don't really think it fits the Naruto theme.

Nindo: Rules are nothing. Those who follow them deserve the weakness the restrictions provide.
Personality: Zenko tends to act in rude or offensive ways. Her respect for those that are not in her clan is low at first, although she seems oddly happy most of the time.
Behavior: Every time there is an authority figure in the room, she tends to ignore some of the words just to attempt the usual button pushing. Respect is hard to gain from her, and often puts people at a distance.
Backstory: Zenko was born among the ranks of the Konaga Clan, and survived the first week of infancy, to much surprise of her parents. The fact of this was that her father married a woman who was not of Konaga Clan, losing hope in the survival of any of the children he might produce. She seemed to cry most of the time, but it was kept under control quickly as the years went by. Nothing outstanding happened, besides the rapid maturation of her mind due to the ever so dominant pain.
This was easily thrust downward once she had hit early youth, surviving yet another milestone in which her father thought hope was lost. He became proud of her existence and her alone, showing love and attention which had been missing during her entire life. The product however, was annoyance by herself, and shunning of the father. Emotional turmoil overcame his mind, and caused many 'accidents' to befall the family, primarily over Zenko. There was nothing she could do since the man still overpowered her, having more control of the Clan 'curse.'
Soon enough, this turmoil caused death, which led to the deceased state of both of her parents. Her father had become emotionally unstable and lashed out on random people due to the shunning of his only daughter, causing many of them to began enraged towards his attitude. This rage was directed towards the entire family, and soon enough they began to abuse any three of them within limits. At one moment, her mother was raped and killed by a rogue shinobi who just happened to be passing by, moving his attention directly to Zenko herself. Being young, at the age of 14 she hadn't had any real experience with the abilities besides the basics which her father had taught her.
Being a father true to his will, the man appeared just in time to avoid Zenko losing her virginity to the rogue shinobi, and began fighting him off with massive power. This allowed her to escape as he commanded, but instead of running away completely she ran for a distance and hid behind something. The ensuing battle between the two shinobi didn't bode well, as he father had been messing with techniques earlier that day. This downside caused him to overuse the techniques and create limpness in many of his limbs, ultimately death. With a smirk on his face, the rogue shinobi easily took advantage of her fathers situation, killing him mercilessly and decapitating him to keep as a trophy. His interest was in Zenko herself was lost, and he returned to doing whatever he had been before now.
After the event, tears streamed down Zenko's eyes as she got up and ran in a random direction. Unknowingly using the chakra augmentation upon her feet to move faster. The emotional pain that she was feeling made her ignore the pain coming from her feet. Soon enough she arrived at the sound village, collapsing against one of the walls and being taken in by the guards..

Personality: Kingu is a stoic, elitist who demands respect with his very presence. He is often regarded as an a*****e due to his incredibly blunt and unfeeling statements, coupled with his tendancy to use those around him to his own pleasure. Despite this trait he is popular, especially because of his immense skill and dedication to being a shinobi. He is very proud and haughty, downright deceptive, and unworthy of being befriended by anyone. He is also known for being one of the main Anti-Jinchurichii shinobi in his village, often manipulating peers into spreading oppressive propoganda and defying orders from jinchurihii when possible.
Kingu also has a superiority complex, and a severe case of arrogance born from his high skill level as a ninja. He see's himself as 'god-worthy' and makes this visible in his blatant statement. His ultimate wish is to become a 'God Amongst Shinobi' and as such dedicated every momen of his life into being a shinobi and is incredibly harsh to anyone who opposes this.
However, Kingu is mostly known to be a dedicated and stoic shinobi by his teachers. Most of his sensei view him as an excellent person and ninja, believing him benevolent and kind.
Behavior:
Alone/ Kingu as a narrator is a critical, blunt and generally antagonistic character who constantly pushes himself to impossible limits and picks up the pieces with a smug smirk. He has a cruel sense of humour and often thinks multiple steps ahead while ridiculing the opponent mentally.

In Combat / Stoic, methodical, and efficient Kingu seems like an excellent shinobi when in combat. He seems to account for multiple factors and often accomplishes his tasks well but in his arrogance he forgets small details that lead to his downfall.

Because the attack is so perfectly timed, the target must either pull their own strike or take the full force of the user's. This technique is especially effective with bladed weapons.

Description: This technique can be used when the defending warrior has one arm outstretched, such as the apex of a strike or other horizontal punch. The user ducks low, grabbing the defending warrior at the armpit and the wrist. The user then applies torque with their torso and throws the opponent over their wrist, launching them away and upside down.
Abilities Enhanced Agility, Reflexes, & Bodily Control. Attacks are MUCH harder to dodge without Intelligence/Cunning Modifier, but are lessened in effect by Water or Wind related ninjutsu. Ninja with Intelligence/Cunning and Speed as a weakness will NOT be able to dodge a sequence of these attacks longer than one per rank (1-Genin, 2-Chuunin, ect) without being two ranks above the user.

1. I linked your picture directly.
2. I fixed your Strengths/Weaknesses/Shinobi Skills.
3. Please figure out how many total chakra points your character has.
4. You know WAY too many jutsu. Assassins only get 30 jutsu TOTAL... you need to trim the fat. (And remember your second element can only learn up to A-rank techniques...and 1 S-rank)
5. Instead of pasting your weapon in, just add a link to your custom weapon in the profile. It looks neater and saves space.
6. Feel free to fill out the 'Body Type' prompt. Sorry, it's been kinda hectic in rl and I never saw this post when I posted my profile again, which is why i wrote editing. I just wanted to ask you something about my elemental vulnerability to fire. I assumed my elemental vunerability would be earth, since my main element is water and i have immunity to katon and raiton
