Before she finds her muse she'll be a little twitchy, as if she has too much energy and just isn't sure how to let it out. She isn't sure where or what her muse is, and she'll develop a sort of nervous tic as a result (not sure exactly what yet, would rather RP it out.) She isn't shy, but she's a bit socially clumsy, and will occasionally say things that are hurtful or abrasive and seem neither to notice or care.
AFTER finding her muse, she'll become much more at ease with herself, losing her tic but still being somewhat twitchy. She'll startle easily and become scared by sudden movements or sounds, but sometimes, some very few times...when she's scared enough she'll get nasty. Just like some grasshoppers will spit a bitter liquid as a defense, she'll lash out with hard words. If she's scared enough she might even take a swipe at someone before realizing what she's done and running away to hide in some long grass or brush.
