Junsei Koudou is in need of a meister!

He's tall, Japanese, straight, and handsome. Also, quiet. He's a heavy-weight katana, with abilities that focus on the elimination of evil. He's not super fancy or super flashy, but he is a powerful weapon with innate strengths that can be utilized by a strong RPer/combatant.
