Bio:
A man, by the name of Hitogi Batayo, dreamed of creating life-like androids to the world. From the age of 30 he's always in his lab conducting experiments and researching this and that to achieve his goals. He had a passion for his dream and was determined to bring his dream to life. This "passion" he had for his dream soon turned into an obsession causing his wife to leave him from feeling too ignored and unloved. Everything and everyone began leaving Hitogi which only caused him to be consumed even more by his work. Soon his funding was cut off causing him to have to pay for his own research. At the age of 79, when he was alone, worn out, broke, and deathly ill, he broke through the walls of his limits and created his dream at long last. He had created two androids so realistic that they could be considered human. Hitogi died before he could awaken them. The two androids stayed dormant for months until a fortunate rainy day woke them up. It was a terrible storm and bolt of lightening had stuck the building causing the place to surge, thus, awakening the two girls. Upon exiting their chambers they looked around curious to where they were. The two girls explored the lab and grew curious to the amount of notebooks and paper that was scattered all over the place. They began reading the notes that Hitogi had written and the two soon learned of what they are and the abilities they possessed. Seeing that their "father" is dead the girls were unsure of what to do. The shorter girl decided that they should go on a destructive rampage finding that it would be fun but the taller android decided that they should be put to use.
Unbeknownst to Hitogi, his colleague, Roy Kyon, decided to take the research into his own hands upon the following year the project's funding was cut. Roy had come into a large sum of money and, unlike Hitogi, he equally divided his attention and focus. Turning 86, a few years after Hitogi's death, Roy's creations were born: Noel and Matsu. Roy had discovered that Hitogi had created his two girls already and decided to out show those two girls with his. The girls stayed with him for a while until Roy discovered where Hitogi's girls were. Roy decided to send his two girls to the DWMA to attempt to outshine Hitogi's so that it is shown that Roy's work is much more advanced than Hitogi's.
Abilities:
+ Virus Detected: Just like Noel's ability, this move allows Noel to change into her Alpha. In her Alpha form she is stronger, faster, etc. There is a set back to her Alpha form though: it over exerts her body. When the Alpha form changes back to her Beta (/regular) form she be more exhausted etc.
+ Infected Email: Using her sexual appeal, this ability makes Matsu's appearance look even more desirable to the target. In order to activate this ability all she needs to do is either plant a kiss or blow a kiss. Whomever the kiss is directed to her appearance will change (to them and them only) to what they desire. This move, if it works, is very affective in distracting an opponent allowing Matsu to land a hit.
+ Resolution Impact: This move allows Matsu to use her aura and change it into a sweet smelling gas. If this gas were to be breathed in it can blur the vision of the opponent or anyone who breathes in the gas/aura. Those who are around Matsu a lot are not effected by this ability.
+ Scantron/ Soul preception: This ability allows Matsu see the souls of those around her but unlike the normal Soul Preception she must scan the area. Not literally but when looking at the Soul it comes up like data on the computer.
+ Virus Detected: Wings: While in the form that belongs to Virus detected, Matsu can summon a pair of wings that give her the ability to fly.
+Strength: Unlike Noel, Matsu is very strong however, she is not the fastest.
+Screen Cracker: This ability allows Matsu to focus her strength and mutiply it for a single blow. If she uses this ability and punches or stomps on the ground or whatever, it can cause the ground to shake as crack in various areas. If she were to hit someone....well...if it makes the hit...it's going to hurt most definetely. However, using this ability takes up a good amount of energy.

Personality:
Matsu likes to play the weak, cute and clumbsy girl with the large chest. She likes to be this kind of person becuase she feels that she can be more manipulative like this. The only time she shows her true self is when she's speaking with an arch enemy or when the battle is really serious.
