Bio: Seth grew up traveling with his parents, his father was an adventurer/author and his mother just along for the ride. Both of his parents were weapons so it was no surprise when his own weapon side finally showed up. He was a late bloomer. Anyways as time went on Seth's curiosity got the better of him and on one trip to South America he accidentally disturbed a powerful witch. His parents saved him but not before he was 'cursed'(not actually cursed, the witch just sparked some of his own inner madness). Scared, he ran and stayed on the run for three years before going to the DWMA. Since then he's written to his parents, but refuses to go see them.

+ Draco-Spear-
Depending on the need, he can transform into a spear, though he is often best used as a dagger.
+ Dream Dragon-
With this ability, once he's hit the enemy target (physically) they start to hallucinate multiple attackers. However the hallucinations are slow, soundless, and blurry. Any pain they inflict is simply provided by the target's own imagination and in reality slowly drain the target's energy. They remain physically unharmed.
+ Fog of the Drakes-
This can only be used while Chaotic Dragon is in use, but what it does is actually scramble soul wavelengths. Any wavelength around becomes distorted and very difficult to resonate. This backfires as any mister he's working with also finds it difficult to resonate with him.
+ Mad Dragon- Soul Resonance (Unknown)
This is something he'll probably never use, (throwing it in here just in case) but with the touch of madness in him Seth could use Mad Dragon. Basically it's like Madness Release, and can only be used if working with someone with madness in them as well.
+ Chaotic Dragon- Soul Resonance
His meister stabs his blade into the ground, and sends a shockwave of purple light across the ground. Then the fun starts. Feeding off any energy source (electric, bio-electric, heat, soul energy, etc.) within two miles, he creates chaotic events. Small storms varying from twisters to thunder clouds, illusions that appear like purple, scribbled, glowing outlines of things. This is basically used to confuse enemies and weaken them.
+ Discord Roar-
Another distraction technique, this ability fires off the Meister's or his own soul wavelength in the form of a sound wave. The power level can range from nothing to stunning.
Personality:
Seth, despite all his chaotic powers, is a mild, rather bland, plain taste, type of person. He loves to travel and get his heart racing, but if you only knew him from school you wouldn't see that side of him. You could even say he tries his best to hide that part of himself. Which is kind of true, as he finds it unsettling how addicted to adrenaline and risk taking he can get.
