Personality:
Liliann can be described as "tsundere-ish" by her personality; she usually tries to be much more tougher than she actully is, but is actually quite fragile and girly in the inside.
Liliann is also a pretty big klutz in general. Stumbling on her own feet, studying to a test from a wrong book or losing her stuff is something that happens to her all the time. This does have a lot to do with the fact that she's physically very weak and gets tired easily from physical activity.
Her klutziness does even out by her extremly high ammount of good luck. Winning in raffles often, finding the keys she lost a week ago or dodging a falling piano by a chance in the nick of time (this actually happened on the first day she arrived to Death City), these are something that happen to her quite often thanks to her good luck.

Bio:
Ever since Liliann was born, her body has been extremly weak physically. She never was good at any sports or activities in general, even school trips would be a challenge to her. She has to work out a couple days of week just to maintain the weak shape she already is in.
When Liliann found out that she was actually a weapon, she was more than overjoyed. She would finally have something that she could be good in, her life could actually have a purpouse and maybe, just maybe, she wouldn't be just a hinderance to everyone anymore?
But because of her physical state, her parents had always been very protective towards her. This is why, for her own protection, they couldn't let her pursue her dream of becoming a weapon - not in her current state. For that reason Liliann made a pact with her parents; if she would work hard and do everything in her power to become stronger, her parent's would let her go to DWMA. For a year and a half she worked harder than she ever had. During this time her dad, who was a crossbow, also taught him about being a weapon and together they even went hunting many times. This is what motivated her to keep on going, being a weapon, because that was the only time when she felt whole and strong for the first time in her life.
After those rough year and a half, she was finally capable of going to DWMA she had dreamed about for so long. She still isn't strong though, no, far from it. She still gets out of breath on her school trip and every single day those damn stairs to the academy almost make her give up, but she won't. She will not let anything defeat her and is ready to climb over every obstacle that comes in her way, no matter how long it takes.

Abilities:
x Soul Force Arrows
Arrows that Liliann shoots are formed by using the wavelength of hers and her partners.
The arrows appear like normal arrows, their color changing depending on her partners soul.
The difference compared to real arrow is that instead of fletchings in the back of the arrow, there are small wings. With these winged fletchings she can control the flight trajectory of the arrows and increase their accuracy greatly.
x Cease Fire!
Upon shooting her arrows, Liliann can stop their flight at any given time, making them freeze in the air as if time had stopped. She can also "unfreeze" the arrows aswell and make their flight continue normally at the same speed as if nothing had happened.
x Phasing Arrow
Liliann's arrows can phase through objects if she wishes so.
For example, her arrows can pass through walls, trees or even people if she wants so. This eases fighting in a rough terrain or in a crowded fights.
x Winged Thrust
Liliann flaps the wings on her bow and let's out a powerful gust of air that will push away or redirect enemies or objects coming towards her.
Also, when she does this, a thick cloud of feathers will be released from her wings. These feathers work great as a smokescreen for distractions and tactical retreats.
x Bullseye Arrow
Arrow that is a lot bigger and stronger than her usual arrows, almost resembling a small missile even.
This arrow is a tracking one and if dodged will just guide itself back towards the target. The arrow will follow it's target till it hits or is destroyed by an attack.
The downside of this skill is that it requires a lot of concentration from Liliann and while this skill is active she cannot shoot more arrows.
