Well, howdy. My name's Coduh, and I'm fairly new to the whole steampunk subculture. I've been interested in neo-victorian fashion for a long time, and one time on a website focused on it someone made a thread about Steampunk. I was immediately intrigued. I have but one outfit, and it still needs work, but I'm hoping that some of you can give me some advice on what to wear. Tis a pleasure to meet you.

Hello there smile
My name is Obi/Obilia on Gaia, Dora in real. I'm 21 years and am from Hungary old. I love to draw, to take photos, listen to music, read etc smile
I came to know to steampunk through Golden Compass, and (as far as I remember) through some Dr. Who maybe. Then I saw a steampunk guy at an animecon in the summer, I decided to fig into it more after then smile Later I searched for steampunk both on internet and on Gaia and I found that guild (too) smile
I've always loved the Victorian and 1800s style too, but I never thought of cosplaying it. sweatdrop I'm looking forward to get to know to steampunk things even more and I hope to get friends too smile

Hi! I'm This is Exodus but you can call me whatever you want. Or you can call me Camille. I have been interested in Victorian ever since I was about eight/nine and I've been interested in Steam Punk for about a year now. I'd love to learn more about it and incorporate both of them into my life.

My name is Verity-Rose and I've been a member of gaia since june 2006; though this is my second account and third name. I'm 16 and live in England.
I've been into Steampunk since i watched my first Studio Ghibli movie back in 2004 - Howl's Moving Castle at the cinema, but i have always been into the whole Victorian age style.
I study Media at college and with doing so i hope to bring people into the Steampunk culture with my style of doing things. I love photography, films and history. I also have a big thing for vampires wink
I'm more than happy to be your friend, so go ahead and talk to me i don't bite! biggrin

Oh dear, there seems to be a wonky glitch going on.
At any rate, greetings to all of you! My name is Ashlynn, and I hail from Baltimore, Maryland. Almost everywhere on the Internet except for Gaia, I am known as fluffixation.
I found myself fascinated with steampunk when I encountered a few people in such dress at Otakon a while ago. My interest was solidified when I saw the steampunk panel at this year's Otakon, and since then, this wonderful concept has had me metaphorically drooling. I joined this guild for the benefit and furthering of this interest of mine.

Hello everyone, I'm glad to have found this place and it promises by it's nature something that I would enjoy very much.
I am of the opinion that something holds to itself, a name by which it is called, and that the important thing is the enjoyment of it. Upon discovering such fashion, my immediate reaction was to find others who know it well.
Looking forward to discussing at what places, and at what times it would be considered most appropriate to outfit oneself, and as well to meet you all.
I shall leave off this post with my real life name, as my online one is blatantly obvious.

Hey all, for everyone here my name is Forgotten. I didn't, for the life of me, know what steam punk was until my friend described me as it one day. I was always into that sorta fashion and I would occassionally "borrow" things from the costume shed that were of that style. Sadly I am still confused by it, but I hope to learn here and meet some cool new people.

Hi there! I'm Isi, and I'm mostly interested in steampunk from a writer's perspective. I've had a few story ideas based in steampunkish worlds, so obviously I'd like to know as much as I can.
And as you can see, I am currently on my way to piloting my very own airship, just as soon as this tub gets off the ground. It's okay, I saw this hobo do it once. It could happen.

The guild seems fabulous thus far, though I do have a tendency to 'lurk'.
