A figure strode out of the woods from the northwest, headed for the Club proper. Caine's hands were stuffed into his pants pockets, the sleeves of his heavy black jacket bunched up at his wrists. His boots crunched through the snow as he approached the door, black bandanna lifting his spiky bangs out of his dual colored eyes.
He paid little attention to the big black man standing outside, and also to the large form of Cado guarding the door. He simply nodded at the mountainous Saiya-jin before heading towards the bar where his boss sat. With little care for anyone else around, the General simply walked behind the bar and headed for the whiskey.
After selecting his usual bottle of Jack Daniels, he grabbed a baller glass and moved down to Taliman's end of the bar. "See? Told ya." He said offhandedly, while pouring the dark amber liquid into the glass.

{{I am sure you would Tali.}}
Samayou felt the powers of many people approach, their signatures like crystal clear balls floating in his dark world. In truth his world was not so dark compared but when the light never touched you it always felt a little darker every day. He wondered sometimes why he had left in the first place, Prison had made so much sense on the inside but looking out into space knowing there was more…it was why he was alive. Power was a game of ego’s and the men who played it where but little boy’s trying to be the bad a** of the block, all fighters never grew up they were always the same at heart.
He walked alone in the woods before taking a seat under a pine tree, the birds chirping in the distance as the sunny rays of the warm star above filtered into the forest. He felt disturbed here as if he was tainting such a place but he could not help but want to sit. He felt like he did the first night he was out, he just felt out of place….
Him and Deity would need to talk soon but about what? How would Sama start the conversation, what questions would he ask? He would sit here a while and think about it.

<not the idol badguy. People need to get the ******** over VII. Pisses me off. All he did was whine about how mommy was being used by Shinra and that there could be only one ancient left alive. "I'm gonna throw a meteor at the world as payback for annihilating my species, but not for re-birth; for shits and giggles!"
Anyway, XIII has yet to disappoint me. It jumps around from character to character quite a bit in the beginning, which annoyed the s**t out of me, but once you can choose your party and it's leader, I had no complaints.>>

(I don't care about Sephiroth, more like the storyline, and I can't choose my party members yet in XIII, but it hasn't failed to impress me. I love the new battle system and growth system)

< Anywho, Unks, I'm getting further by the hour and the battle system really opens up. Unfortunately, I'm still having to switch between characters. I don't like using Sazh. Vanille is alright. Right now my favorite party is Lightning and Hope, even though that little s**t pisses me off as a character.>>

Kenta stared at Vertis in total disbelief. So much so that it hadn't dawned on him that he was indeed looking directly at someone from his own time. There was no way, in all this chaos, amidst all the insanity, at this pseudo-family gathering, that Vertis was in company. How did he get here? Why? Has he lost his mind?
Truly that was a concern, for although Ms. Pith, who was currently fuming, was his mother, Unks was his father. A child of theirs would have a lot of energy, but probably only a few outlets for it. Vertis clearly filled that criteria and lived up to his prescribed reputation. Why else would he be here?
Rather than deal with all of this, or any of it for that matter, Kenta turned his attention to the little girl who had walked in, seemingly alone.
"Hi there," he said, coming out of the kitchen to attend her. Being, probably, the closest to her in age and innocence, he felt it was better that he speak to her than a scorned wife, a recently dead wolf demon, or his girlfriend's lusty counterpart. It was also better than being ignored by an - in all honesty - egotistical tyrant and his body builder bodyguard. "I'm Kenta. What's your name?"

{{What if I threw a rabid city ally cat on crystal meth at Deity, he would have more then just a sandwich to deal with then! In fact since Deity has nothing to do!}}
Samayou felt the cool breeze brush against his dark skin, watching as the leaves danced in a small whirlwind before taking flight off into the sky. It was so peaceful out here it was a shame to ruin the scenery with business but he could wait no longer he would have to report in soon. Using a little trick he had learned his mind focused on a set of words and then sent them to Deity, not like telepathy but like a message that would write out in his mind, seeing it before his eyes but only him.
Deity I apologize if this is an inconvenient time but you and I must talk in private, if you would come outside I would greatly appreciate it. Samayou.
Once that was done the Devil simply waited, his back against the tree and one leg sprawled out before him while the other propped up and let his right elbow rest on it. His bar upper body absorbing what little sunlight filter into the clearing while he stretched his neck and waited.

::The tall Orinian was leaning against the edge of the sink, observing the goings on of his establishment as he polished off the last of his sandwich. It was that very minute bit at the end, with just a bit of meat left within a tiny envelope of fluffy bread. The last bite was drier and would go down a bit slower, but the bread was nice and flaky, how Deity liked it.
As he kept to himself, contently downing his lunch, Deity was made aware of an intrusion of sorts. It wasn't hostile in any way - nor was Deity at all adept in psionic ability - but he was keen enough to notice when something was off. It wouldn't be that difficult to throw the boy into a trance but he'd know something was up at least. This fact showed on the Tonepian's face as his brows rose above the frames of his specs, attention piqued. Words read themselves to him in his head, appearing before his eyes despite there being nothing there to see.
That's...a weird trick, the boy commented as he silently read the note in his mind. If the sender hadn't "signed" the message Deity wouldn't know who was asking. He didn't know Samayou very well but the man of black appeared to mean well depsite his menacing appearance. With nothing better to do than sit and wait to be interrogated again by Kenta, Deity pushed himself from the counter and stepped over to Kirra, who was still idly enjoying Epithany's tea. He spoke gently so as not to startle her if she hadn't heard him get closer, a gesture mimicked by his left hand gliding softly upward along her hip.::
...gotta step out for a minute...
::His tone indicated he had more to say, but the more never came. As his soft tone faded into silence, he waited for her to turn and catch his face. He nodded his head, glasses slipping down the bridge of his nose to reveal the faded red of his eyes. Another slight, indicative nod toward the bar area followed by a flicker of a glance in the same direction. Kirra was good at keeping an objective watch on things, while Jade's bias had a tendency to intervene more often than not, so he'd leave her in charge of this for a moment.
On that note Deity moved around behind the young woman, his hand keeping contact with the fabric of her shirt until he'd nearly passed her entirely. The constant on-and-off snowstorms outside had left the whole area rather cold, so the boy would fetch his coat and scarf first. Digging his fingers into his pockets the tall Orinian's stride made short work of the main floor before he stopped at the center elevator shaft. Alerted by his presence, the elevator pod quickly descended, the doors allowing him entry once it had reached the bottom floor.
Deity disappeared into the black central tower, sure to be back downstairs within a few minutes.::
