Co-ownership agreement of Qin Wang:

Forever Bleeding gets:

-sig rights
-Name on Qin's cert (It could take a while, Chibizoo is always very busy)
-full rp rights, except she cannot make Qin flirt with any mare in any rp, and she must create her own rps
-She will recieve a basket the/if Qin breeds twice, the second breeding

Chaifuzz gets/has:

-sig rights
-full teepee rights
-name on cert
-full rp rights
-full lifemate rights
-full breeding rights
-full right to baskets except for/if the second time Qin breeds. That basket goes to Forever Bleeding.

Co-ownership Agreement

Subject: Fennel
Parties Involved: EchoLimaFoxtrot + Moving Pictures

Moving Pictures is entitled to:
+ Full RP Rights
+ Full Rights to First and Third Breeding
+ Sig Candy

EchoLimaFoxtrot is entitled to:
+ OOC not-official RP (randomness)
+ Full Rights to Second Breeding
+ Sig Candy

Both Parties must agree on:
+ All Breedings/Lifemate Decisions
+ Familiar (no official posting needed)

In the event that either party is absent from gaia for more than 3 months, then breedings can be switched around. No major decisions (like lifemate, ownership decisions, etc) can be made without the approval of the other.

I give my consent to the conditions listed above.

Co-ownership agreement between Roniel and Keantha for Hayagriva:



Roniel retains full RP, breeding, plotting, etc. rights with Hayagriva and for now Keantha only has siggy displaying rights.

Display Rights and OOC-RP ability:
- Kamiki & Suona both have full display rights and OOC-RP ability

RP Ability:
- Suona has RP ability
- Lifemating must be approved by both owners.

Breeding:
- Kamiki has full control over two of Zorrina's breedings. Suona has full control over one of Zorrina's breedings. The order doesn't matter, unless they try to enter Zorrina in the same event. In this case, priority goes to Suona.
*Full control means the controlling owner gets to pick breeding partner, retain basket rights for the offspring, and does not have to have the other owner's permission to enter Zorrina into events. The only exception is, if Kamiki & Suona have agreed on a lifemate for Zorrina, then she can only breed with her lifemate without special permission.

Other Notes:
- Suona may not give ownership of Zorrina to anyone else, she can relinquish ownership to Kamiki if she chooses.
- Kamiki may revoke the co-ownership is Suona is absent from Gaia for three or more months and attempts to contact have gone unanswered.


EDIT: This agreement is now void

- Both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX must agree on any breeding partner for Adaya and permission must be posted in the permission thread.
- If the first breeding results in only two baskets, Xxsky_goddessxX will receive one of the resulting baskets.
- If the Second Breeding results in only two Baskets, Thamin will receive one of the resulting baskets.
- If the third breeding results in only two baskets, the owner will be determined through a dice roll in the Soquili thread for one of the resulting baskets. A six sided dice will be rolled; if an odd number is rolled Xxsky_goddessxX will receive ownership of the basket, if an even number is rolled Thamin will receive ownership of the basket.
- In the event that a third basket is available in any of the breedings, ownership of the third basket must be discussed between both participating parties. If Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX receive the third basket, ownership goes automatically to the co-owner that did not receive a basket due to the agreement above.
- Any stud Adaya may be Lifemated to must be agreed upon by both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX.
- The act of Lifemating must be approved by Thamin.


- Both Thamin & Xxsky_goddessxX have full display rights and OOC rights.


- Both Thamin and Xxsky_goddessxX have RP Rights.
- Neither Thamin nor Xxsky_goddessxX may interfere or post in an RP started by the other Co-owner unless permission is given by the Co-owner Participating. (For example: Thamin Starts an RP with Adaya and another Soquili. Xxsky_goddessxX May not post in this RP as Adaya unless Thamin gives Permission and vice versa.)

- Xxsky_goddessxX May not enter Adaya into any sort of contest (RP or any other sort) without first consulting Thamin.


- Xxsky_goddessxX may relinquish her Co-ownership at any time.
- Xxsky_goddessxX relinquishes her co-ownership for Adaya if she abuses the co-ownership (puts Adaya in breedings without permission, Interferes with Thamins RP’s, Enters Adaya in a contest without discussing it with Thamin first, ect.)
- Thamin may break the Co-Ownership with Xxsky_goddessxX if Xxsky_goddessxX is Missing from Gaia for more than 3 Months without a Hiatus notice, 5 months with a Hiatus notice.
