-Nel_Zelpher_2005 has main rp rights, although .K.amikaz.e. may rp him now and again as she desires.
-.K.amikaz.e. gets sole ownership of a basket from Helaku's first breeding, unless she chooses to co-own it with someone.
-Once .K.amikaz.e. gains ownership of said basket, full rp rights of Helaku belong to Nel_Zelpher_2005. .K.amikaz.e.'s name remains on the tag, however.
-Breeding and other important decisions are subject to .K.amikaz.e.'s approval, as long as she replies within two weeks. After that, it's Nel_Zelpher_2005's decision.

'Zoe has all rp rights, I will not rp her unless she is not around or she has allowed me to, that is for her to decide.

Everything else will be a joint decision, she will have the final say in what happens though, even though she doesn't know this yet, but its here so she will have to.

Breeding partners however will be a joint decision, neither of us have the final say till we both agree on something, choice of baskets will happen if and when they come, that will be a decision between the owners of both Soquili and will be up to 'Zoe if we only end up with two baskets.

And we work together if she ever gets her third breeding. Either co-owning the basket, or chosing together who to give it to. Chances are by this time she will have a mate.

I, Meeki, am co-owning Death with neokitsune. She gets full roleplaying rights to Death. I will also try to respect any decisions she makes on who Death has crushes on, mates with or breeds with providing she let me know about it prior. If for some reason I think the match is incompatible, we will talk together on it so that we can hear both sides and make a valid compromise or decision from it, but I really don't think that will ever be a problem anyway.

On the occasions that Death breeds, here's the guidelines set out:

First Breeding: Meeki would get the basket and pay for the breeding.
Second Breeding: Neokitsune would get the basket and pay for the breeding.
Third Breeding: Meeki will pay for the basket but both she and neokitsune will talk and find an owner for it, together.

Just quoting to agree that this cool :3 The only thing is - in case Kamiki has another pair in a current breeding raffle - the order of breedings may get switched around, and she can count as "ELF only" for breeding purposes. (ie - I lot of colorists have only been allowing 1 entry per owner. If I have a different Soquili somewhere else, I would still like ELF to be able to enter Nagual as if she was hers. She would reap the benefit from the breeding).

I would like to co-own Ceylona with Wolfie Duke. After we rp them meeting and Ceylona's choosing Wolfie instead of Talencia, she will have full rp rights. All breedings will be shared willingly and discussed at the time it comes up. We will not be fighting over such tings. However, any previous breeding agreements must be okayed with Wolfie before they go forward.

- If a third breeding arises, a decision will be amde by both owners what to do with the resulting basket. Same with if a third basket comes up - and the discusison of all third baskets will involve the other owner(s) of the other Soquili.

Both parties are in agreeance that the other will determine what si fair and right in both interests, should one or the other be completely unavailable for some reason (such as life) so as to not create great complications if a situation is absolutely necessary in requiring a decision in the here and now and a week's time or more has passed without any answer or sign. Should either owner leave Gaia, control of the pet will revert to whomever remains, but ownership will remain on the tag for both should the other return, and rights restored should they desire.

Ace will retain soul roleplay rights, I will step down from roleplaying and anything done Via RP is all under Ace's controll.

I have a say if there will be a mate or any breeding done with shiva at all, Must be asked about it so on and so forth.

Ace will retain rights to the first basket should there be any breeding done with Shiva. The basket will be theirs and theirs alone should they choose not to co-own the basket with another. The second breeding if there is a breeding will be Mine and Mine alone. In the event there are 3 (or more should she reach elder) all parties involved should talk about what will go to whom at that time.

This is the co-ownership agreement between Fidsah and Quiddie! concerning the Kalona, Calamity. As the original owner of this pet, I allow Quiddie! the below rights to allow the pet to be used.

Quiddie! will have rights to roleplay, keeping the pet true to his family and race as a Kalona. This means that he's limited to being an evil Soquili and as such, should only breed or mate with other Kalonas or Soquilis of evil alignment or temperment. He should despise good natured pets completely.

Calamity's sexuality should be heterosexual as anything else is unnatural to the world. If for any reason, we decide that Calamity is to be a homosexual pet (which I would need to agree on but don't at this point in time), then he should give up any remaining rights to breed with a female. Bisexuality is not an option.

As far as breedings go, I reserve the right to keep the first basket from breeding or give it away to someone I see fit. Second breeding would go to Quiddie! and if there's ever a third breeding, the choice of accepting the basket would go to Meeki. If Meeki declines, then Quiddie! and I will jointly decide what to do at such a time.

1st breeding: 2 baskets - one would go to Teennine, one for the owner of the mare. If 3 baskets I'd get the third.

She'll have the full rights to roleplay Kokuyo, decide on her mate, mannerisms and the whole plot/fun.

When Kokuyo breeds, I would like first basket. In the event of a third basket, then it would go to Dragoil and of course, she can have full decisions over any future breeding baskets Kokuyo may get. All I ask is one of the baskets from Kokuyo's breeding for myself. But as long as Dragoil is active and wants to be a part of Kokuyo's pet-life, she would pretty much belong to her.

* When Horzezcutey is RPing Maui in my absence, she is allowed to spark any flirts or romantic RP so long as she okays whomever she's having Maui flirt with or be romantically inclined to, with me. (This should be an easy thing, since she's my irl sister. xd )
