"Hey hey there," Keno said, as though offended at Hotaru's little song. He poked her belly button jokingly before lifting her up to sit on the bar counter, which would be a monstrous relief to his neck and upper back. Smiling at the young kid, he scratched his upper lip to indicate her moustache before turning back to Ichi.
"A new friend huh? Well that's great? Would I happen to know him...her...it?" Well it could be a new pet. That might be fun...maybe not. Speaking of which, where had the cats and dog gone to as of late? It wasn't very good for them to be stuck up in that room all the time. Then again, this opinion came from a man who didn't like being confined to one place his entire life.

Ichi giggled at Hotaru's little song. She remembered when she used to sing it when she was little. She would let Keno handle the little girl while she shrugged, taking another sip.
"I'm actually not sure if you know him or not, his name's Kenta. He's... a lot younger than me. And hot."
She didn't leave out or keep the hushhush on the last two words she added to her sentence. Good thing she was open to Keno.

Hotaru smiled then licked the moustache off with her tongue. She moved her legs back and forth as she sat on the counter. Every not and then she would drink some of her smoothy as she listened.

"Kenta huh?" he said as though surprised, and truth be told he kind of was. The boy didn't seem to be keen on revealing his identity to his mother, and yet of course he would be drawn to her. The way Keno saw it, this Ichi was Kenta's mother about as much as the Jade he knew was Unks' former lover. Seems the purple monkey got over that well enough...
"Actually we did meet. Kind of a shy boy, flimsy backbone, and a bit too sensitive if you ask me." Of course he was teasing, but it was better than saying something stupid. His smoothie was almost gone and he seemed to regret that very much, but he drank more anyway. "In all seriousness though, he seems to be extremely polite and well raised. I'd like to meet his parents. They should be proud of him."
He wanted to say something about how Hotaru's parents should also be proud of her, but remembering that she was technically an orphan, and knowing nothing about what had happened, decided against it and simply scratched the top of her head before stealing her smoothie, which was only a drop or two fuller than his own.

Ichi saw what was happening, it was... SMOOTHIE MADNESS!!! She didn't want some random person, or anyone already her coming up and stealing her delicious smoothie from under her nose, so instead of savoring it, she chugged the little that was left in her glass. Better in her stomach than someone elses.
"Haha, you can't steal MY smoothie."

"Hey!" Hotaru reached out, trying to get her smoothie back. "Give it back Tao Tao!" She wobbled a little. She had almost leaned out too far and would of fallen if she continued.

Watching the child almost fall off, caused his heart to jump and acting on instinct, Keno returned the drink to Hotaru and made sure that she could not fall by standing directly in front of her so all she would hit were his abs and nothing more.
"Careful little one. I wouldn't want you getting hurt or anything."
His attention was averted when he heard Ichi boasting about something, though he wasn't quite sure what. Realizing that she had downed the rest of her smoothie, he marveled at how she resisted brain freeze.
Of course on the surface all he was thinking was 'There are other things I can take from you much more important that smoothies...' With a sly grin, he ran a finger over her shoulders, kissed her neck and whispered something along the lines of 'let's go upstairs' as he reached her beautiful kitsune ears perched atop her head. He didn't want to completely shun Hotaru, but he hadn't seen Ichi in months and the traffic light was now green.

Ichi was eating. so now she shall post. ))
Ichi's heart took a leap into her throat when Keno mentioned to go upstairs. She smiled nervously, backing up.
"Uhmm... How about we go somewhere else?"

"What do you mean go somewhere else? I haven't seen you in months and I want...you know...besides where would we go?" He looked at her curiously, but did not stop caressing her.

"Well now I know that's a lie," he answered as he stepped forward and grabbed her hips, pulling her back to him.
Turning back to Hotaru, he lifted a finger to his lips and made a shushing noise. "We're gonna go play for a little while. Ichi and I haven't seen each other in a long while."

A slight nervous sqeaking noise came from ichi's mouth when Keno pulled her toward him. She looked to Hotaru with a 'help me' look. Ichi pressed her palms against Keno's chest.
"You really don't wanna go up there right now..."

"Oh. Okay." She jumped down from the bar counter and smiled. "You're gonna go kiss somewhere." She teased then giggled. "I'll go home for now. See you guys later." She ran past the two of them and went out the door.
