Zuko had it sort of rough during his academy days, the other students seemed to love reminding him of his extra appendages of his palms and chest. The bullying got so bad Z opted to wearing gloves all the time, which of course made the teasing worse, running out of options and on the verge of dropping out he had a life altering idea." I can't change my appearance but if i can become the perfect ninja that will show them." Zuko swore to himself to never let his appearance discourage him again, so now anything less then perfect is unacceptable to him, but that isn't a problem when your on your way to becoming the perfect ninja perfection comes easy.

Claiming my 4th of July job PAs. I do hope these work.
For Kagerou... Iryo-nin - Kagerou receives a +1 dr [slightly modifier] to her eiseijutsu for each medical title earned (e.g. Surgery: Lifesaver, Surgery: Medic, and Surgery: Assistant count as 3 titles altogether). For most techniques, this simply increases the potency of the jutsu. However, for eiseijutsu cast using the Calamity Performance PA, the potency and energy cost to counter the technique both increase. The energy cost for each target to nullify the technique increases by 50% of the original cost at +3 dr [moderately modifier] plus another 50% for every additional +3 dr increase.
For reference, Calamity Performance is... Calamity Performance - Kagerou can perform offensive eiseijutsu through her performance/instrument as if it was ninjutsu of the same rank. When performing offensive medical techniques, she can target anyone who can hear her music with the jutsu. I.e. she no longer has to be within touch range of the target to use killing hands. Harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner is guaranteed to hit as long as the condition of sound is met, but it takes one post to manifest its effects. In that time, the technique can be nullified by matching the energy (chakra/stamina/whatever else) cost Kagerou paid to use the entire jutsu, including any extra costs for additions/modifications. Those afflicted by harmful eiseijutsu cast in this manner become aware that if they do not spend the required amount of chakra/stamina, then bad things will happen to their body. The target(s) will have a vague sense of how bad the damage will be, but do not know what exactly will happen.
For Xion... Shokugeki no Soma - Xion cooks such great food that people simply can’t get enough of it. Food she creates can layer effects on each other and even be consumed when it otherwise can’t under normal restrictions.Up to two of Xion’s chakra food effects, the two most recently consumed, can be active at the same time in any individual. Those chakra foods that cannot be consumed while another is in effect can now be consumed, with their effect replacing the least recent effect if there happens to already be two effects active.
So... I'd like to switch out one of my PA's that I started with. Turns out that I've learned Zhi isn't as much a marksman as I originally thought she'd like to be. With your mod-granted approval I'd like to use my free resubmit to put her on the right track.

They were brave, courageous shinobi who had never turned their backs on a person in need. Shou spends his days farming with his uncle and helping around his small Forrest village. One night Shou walked home along the outskirts of the village, when he came across a man slowly crawling out of the forest. Without hesitation, Shou lifted the man on his shoulders and ran to his uncles home. Shou held the strangers hand as his Aunt performed medical techniques on the butchered man. Shou learned that the man was a merchant and his caravan was attacked, leaving him the only survivors, except for possibly a young boy he had seen hiding in a tree stump. Sadly the next morning, the traveler had passed on to the next world, leaving Shou with a gold ring and a sealed scroll. During their talk that night the man had told Shou all about his family In Otogakure, wishing that he could see them one last time. Against his aunt and uncles wishes, Shou rushed to to the location that the merchant was ambushed at, and with luck the boy was unharmed and still in the tree stump. They departed on a journey to the boys village of Otogakure, where they would find the boys family and return the old mans belongings to his family and inform them of the tragedy. He would also he would get to see the birthplace of his father. Maybe this would be his chance to learn more of his father and start on the path of the shinobi.

On the other hand, she is also know for her impulsive actions as well as tendency to speak her mind. Being the honest little knucklehead she is, Zhi has an arguably bad habit of being unnecessarily blunt with her opinions and observations. The little go-getter can't help but keep herself busy in one way or another simply because she feels that doing things faster leaves more time for other experiences in the paltry amount of hours in a day. Despite this habit of hers, Zhi is actually quite attentive to detail because she has learned to loath repeating tasks because she got them wrong the last time it was attempted. At least she can bare to hang tight and focus if something she's doing is interesting or important. Overall, she's a pretty positive and eccentric resident of the Hidden Sand Village.

Her home is what it should be. Her parents noticed her keen awareness of her surroundings from a young age and enrolled her in the village's ninja program as soon as possible. Since then "school" life was full of fun and interesting experiences. Zhi has always given one-hundred and ten percent of her effort toward her lessons and plans, but more than that for her peers and teachers. Although, she'd be well-known by them as the antsy girl who had to hop or jog in place during class because she hated sitting still for the whole time. Now that she's graduated to become a ninja, Zhi expects that things will get even more interesting and definitely more difficult. She won't shy away from the challenge though! No way!

She believes the world to be a stage, it's population an audience, and she has great ambition and the will to enact it. She treats every encounter intensely, even those of little required effort. People see her as overly so, what with her family teaching her to blend, to be antisocial, to be dark and mysterious. While the last two often make for interesting characters, she was captivated by a virtuoso in her younger days, before the hive mind could consume her, and as such she took hold of her individuality and never let go. This self-glorifying thought line has led her to become narcissistic to a fault. However, this is not something that holds her back from others, in fact it is often what endears her to others. To those who seem mundane, she sees herself as the perfect paint brush to stain the gray canvas. Because of the extraordinary pedigree, it was thought she would likely be forced to choose when she came of age to understand. Instead, the decision was made for her, with her father deciding it a better idea for his daughter to be with her mother's people. So she was given to the bugs. She spent years trying to fit in with the Aburame's naturally quiet and wallflowery disposition, to the point she was depressed, as a 12 year old, that she was so different in how she thought. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬Atsuko was far to perceptive for his own good. It's hard to exactly pin point when but around the age of 12 he had began to realize just HOW his village had functioned. Perhaps it was the eyes of a child that twisted the view of it all but to him his options were to either stay weak and a merchant, or grow strong and join the military. If the military was joined however your life wasn't fully your own anymore, nor could you go as you please. Again Konoha itself wasn't a dictatorship, but his mind did not approve of all that he was seeing as he grew older and closer to attaining his headband. On top of this he faced great pressure from his parents, being the Uchiha they were, to do the best possible in the academy and join the military as soon as possible.
Instead Atsuko took a much more drastic choice. Once he graduated from the academy he near immediately left the village, under the guise of a bunch of merchants that were leaving as he hid among their wears.
From that point on he has found himself a small group to travel with, and set out his own goals to fulfill.
