Blurring into view above the horizon the shadowed figure of a man hovered above the Orion. All was quiet save for the light rustle of the heavy overcoat he wore about his well muscled form. Lowering himself rapidly he landed upon the path leading up to the great building a small cloud of dust rising in his wake. Tilting his neck he proceeded to crack it lightly.
"Well things seem considerably more calm since the last time I was here. Though carnage always subsides at one point or other."
Smiling a fanged grin he proceeded forward his spikey black and purple hair swaying with the breeze. Wrapping the green furred tailed that hung long from his lower back, he wrapped it about his waist like a living belt. Pushing through the heavy doors that marked the entrance to the establishment he immediately fought the urge to make his presence known with his trademark snarky quips.
On prior occasion, he had done little to alert anyone to presence other than the usual update to the guild contact he associated with here. The mark he had been hired to observe had become increasingly more docile as time transpired and thus he found that thing were almost always too slow for his liking. Perhaps what drew his "employer" here, would suffice for him as well. The future was always indecipherable.
Glancing about the large room he made note of a small congregation stationed at what he perceived to be the bar. Actually finding others present a fanged grin graced his lips.

Instantly feeling Miyuki san withdrawing from the him, which he thought he probably should have done, but honestly didn't want to, he felt all the more irritated that he had to keep the secret of his origin from his future mother because otherwise he would have told Miyuki why he said something EVEN MORE flattering to Ichi than he had to her. Still though, who could compete with mother?
"I should go," he said solemnly, his tail falling loosely and limply as his ears clung to his head. Enough was enough and he had reached his limit. All he wanted to do from the moment Miyu stepped in was make her feel better and now that had gotten shot down because of a promise he made before he had meant anyone here.
"I'm sorry Miyuki san. Please don't be mad at me." He sounded almost too pathetic and way too sincere to be trying to pull any legs, but he didn't offer an explanation. He just left, back to another lonely night in the hotel because...because he was completely alone in this world.

Ichi was saddened to see Miyu and Kenta leave. She hoped it wasn't her fault that they both left. She stopped dancing on the tables and sat down on top of one. She saw someone she didn't recognize come into the Orion.
Now what?
Ichi lifted her legs on top of the table and sat in the middle of it, she pressed the bottoms of her feet against each other and held them together with her hands as she sat butterfly style. She was looking at the man who just came in, but she didn't really want to say anything. Her tail was moving automatically from side to side in curiosity.

Raising an eyebrow as two of group readily departed he shrugged not sure whether it was due to his presence or rather something prior to appearance.
"Did I come at a bad time? The mood darkens faster than the coming of night"
Tucking his hands in his overcoat he bowed his head in greeting to the one girl who still seemed to be present.
"Heh, I can at least presume my presence isn't the cause as I have yet to say anything damning as of yet."
Studying his surroundings with a oddly hued golden gaze he smirked.
"This place gets much better every time I come...though I can't say I've actually ever entered, so theres room interpretation there."
Resting his gaze on he girl she smiled.
"To whom do I have the pleasure of conversing with...or should I say at as I've rambled on."

Ichi just stared at him in her odd position as he spoke. She never really realized the weirdos that come into the Orion on a daily basis. A lot of them may look weird or talk weird or act weird. Ichi was just probably used to al the weirdos in the world. It's okay if she was only half-listening, right?
"Me? I'm Ichi. Who're you?"
She didn't move anything, except her mouth to speak and her eyes to blink. She still was curious about this guy who wanders in with funny speech.

Noticing that he was being studied from afar he tilted his head looking sidelong at the girl himself. Realizing that his presence was probably rather strange, despite the girl being clearly not human herself. Shrugging he bowed his head once again.
"My name is Rome. Theres a story behind that, but exposition such as that has its place and time."
Clenching his teeth in brief silence, he decided to make another approach at interaction
"Is there something on my face?"
Grasping his chin as if to display a different facet of his profile, his furry green tail released itself flowing elegantly to the ground. Truthfully he wasn't particularly a striking individual. He had a look about him that seemed almost beastial, though what type of beast it was, one could not readily point out.

Ichi shook her head.
"No Rome, there is nothing on your face."
Maybe to Ichi, this being was boring. But Ichi didn't want to back away yet, he might have Ichi amused some way or another. Her face turned expressionless, her eyes were clearly bored-looking. She really did want to stand up and dance again, but she had no will or reason to. She really wanted him to do something funny and amusing. She didn't want to sit there and wait after a while.
"I'm bored. Amuse me."

Staring rather dumbfounded at what he had heard come out of the girls mouth he had to almost preform a double take of sorts. Blinking at her he burst off into a fit of laughter that caused his sides to hurt.
"Hahaha...What??? Excuse me? You can't really be serious. "
In all his years of wandering about the earth he had yet to have heard a demand such as this said in such an earnest way.
"Is this how you greet all the newcomers or is this some sort of sad excuse as a hazing ritual?"
Wiping a tear that had formed in the corner of his eye he decided to play along as he had little else to do at the moment. Smiling broadly he bowed in a mocking manner.
"Very well, my queen. Your humble jester will do as you wish"
Snagging a nearby bottle from the shelves with his tail he studied the strange girl , tossing the bottle to his waiting hand, it immediately taking on a brilliant glow transforming into a number of multi-colored balls, which he proceeded to juggle.
"I have no clue what your interests may be as I have yet to truely make your acquaintance, but perhaps we can work around that."
Fluidly tosses a ball behind his back it fell against the bar counter transforming into a glass filled with scotch. Juggling the rest of the balls he walked closer to the strange girl circling her with interest, his tail grasping the glass, bringing it to his lips when he paused between speech.
"So what things interest a woman such as yourself? Be it flowers?"
As he said this he released ball and let it fly toward her face a striking velocity. As it came into view it exploded into confetti depositing a bouquet at her feet.
"I know not as you have said little about yourself for me to guess"
Slowing his juggling he began to pass the balls behind the back of his head, each zipping around him as if in orbit.
"Please interject at anytime."
Blowing a some dark strands from his face he smirked.
