The sound of something thrusting at him through the air made Xaith look over to see the redhead in a cocky stance while moving his foot forward toward his sternum. He was a quick one, that was for sure. Reflexes are wonderful things. Xaith lurched forward and made his back create a dome-like shape and his feet left the ground. He extended his arms above him, both palms planting solidly against the tile and he carried his body weight into a handstand for not even a split second before pushing himself up and off of the ground, ascending a mere ten feet upside down. He arched his back and flipped himself to be right-side-up before landing on the ground with a small tap. He leaped back a good ten feet.
The moment his feet touched the ground, he jumped forward toward the smaller man, fist clenched and arm extended back to throw a powerful punch. He brought his fist forward and narrowly missed the man's chin intentionally. He landed in a crouched position, but only stayed that way for a fraction of a second before jumping up and arching his back, his right foot rushing at the man's chin at an alarming rate that, if connected, would not doubt send the man into the air.

Taliman seems unimpressed with the display. He never turns his head, not even his eye bothering to follow the boy as he hops and spins about. In fact, aside from his foot dropping back to the floor, he makes not another move until his opponent moves and throws his feint. The moment he again hits the ground, Wesley turns a bit to his left, his long tail swinging up from a wide arc. Much like kicking a football, the tail swats at the boy to send him tumbling across the rocky tiles.

He felt like he'd been hit by a car, his body toppling over itself helplessly like a ragdoll being thrown down a flight of stairs. Xaith's body rolled to a stop and he wound up with his face against the tile. With the air knocked out of him, he hacks for air, but still pushes himself up to his feet. He smirks at the man.
"Interesting tail you got there. I guess we're not alike after all. Mine's just for looks. At least I got somethin' to work for now."
And just like that, Xaith was gone from sight. His speed had been unmatched back home, but he didn't know much about this man nor his abilities. But it was almost an instantaneous movement, so he figured he'd be in the clear...Then again, he'd been wrong before. He moved around his opponent to his backside. Unfortunately, he hadn't been prepared for a battle and was wearing heavy boots. He was sneaky and had light footfalls, but they made a little noise. He stopped a foot or two behind the man, drew his leg back against his chest, turned his body to the side, and launched hs foot forward at the other man's hamstring.

Likely unable to outrun this boy, nor match his speed, Tali knows better than to stray from his strengths. He seems capable of following his opponent however and does so, unsurprised by his choice of tactic. As the kick for the back of his knee closes in, Wesley shifts his right leg outward, just out of harms way. However, rather than allow his opponent to pull his leg back, as the kick reaches its furthest extent, Tali snaps his leg back, bending his knee so that his calf crosses his other leg. Success would effectively hook and trap the boy's ankle.
From here, Wesley swings his upper torso around, unfolding his arms as he does. He deftly extends his right, curling his fingers and opening his palm for a flat, heavy strike to the abdomen. If he hits, the force should be enough to jar loose the boy's foot.

He normally stayed away from his energy attacks as much as possible, but this was the most he could come up with in such a short amount of time. Quickly building up his energy to surround his body, Xaith then expanded the energy into a feild that would surely knock the smaller man away and leave at least a singe on his skin, depending on how durable the man's body was.

Indeed, Wesley is knocked away, recovering mid-air on his way to the floor. He lands rather stiffly, knees bending very little to cushion his impact. He returns his eye to his opponent, smiling slyly at him, ignoring the growing patches of burning fabric on his trenchcoat. For him, it's to some degree satisfying that the boy had to resort to such measures to avoid being struck.
With neither a gesture nor a glance, the burning fabric on him cools and silences, then seems to be undone, the missing patches refilling themselves. Good as new. With his smile lingering, he lifts his right hand, palm up. Swirling into existence in his palm is a ball of fire, no bigger than a baseball. No physical effort visible on Tali's part, the fireball speeds from his grasp toward his opponent's feet. Rather, the ground. As though it were covered with gasoline for twenty feet in all directions, the tiles around Xaith explode into flame, threatening to burn his legs to cinders with fires unnaturally white-hot in temperature.

What, this guy's clothes can recover?! And now he'd started a competition of sorts that was dealing with his least favorite type of strength. Supernature. Lovely. And now he was surrounded by a fire that was closing in on him. Leaping backwards and up at a slant, Xaith landed thirty feet away from his previous location, giving him ten feet on the fire. In an instant, Xaith was forty feet behind the redhead at a slight crouch. He stopped himself and stood up at his full six feet. He scratched at the back of his head as he spoke.
"Kinda late to ask, but what kind of damage can we get away with on this ring? I'd rather not have Deity wring my neck for messin' it up too bad."

Returning to the bar for a third consecutive night, Kythe steps along the short portion of the stone path, having arrived at the junction of the three paths through flight.
Thrice in succession? This must be a new record. Allowing himself a sarcastic mental chuckle, Kythe enters the Club's main room, pressing on each door with one hand as he strolls through the center. He keeps both hands up, allowing them to trail along the door's rough texture until his walking takes his arms off of the doors' edges. A quick scan with the eyes proves what Kythe's other senses have already discerned: desertion. In this room, at least; but a few auras and familiar sounds suggest otherwise for deeper chambers of this establishment. Kythe walks in a wide arch towards the entrance to the hall, his arms smoothly swaying in rythmic opposition to his legs.
