Ora shot a look at Felix. He told something that was incredibly embarrassing, but that wasn't what she was keeping from Lena. Lena knew that she was a slave, but Lena didn't know the extent of the torture that Ora went through. Ora would shutter in bed. She would look down, as the weight on her shoulder suddenly disappeared, and the sounds of violent throwing up and crying appeared. Ora would look at her girlfriend. She would then swing her legs over the bed, cringing in pain as she did so. This was something that she had to do though.
She would walk up to Lena, in pain every step that she took. "Come on, we are going." She would then pick up her girlfriend, and put her on her shoulders. This is why she didn't like hospitals, they brought up so much trauma from the past. She would then pick up the captain of the team, while he was petting the cat. She wanted to talk to him more, and even though he was here for rehab, they needed to talk about things. She would place him under her arm, holding him tight. "Felix, we are getting out of here." She would then walk out, while in pain, holding two of her team mates.

XXXJazz's own comment was surely a delight to Felix. The man seemed to be in relatively good spirits and seamlessly responded to the oddity that Felix was without missing a beat. "Well, never too late to start~ How do you think I got so good? These things are deadly!" Following his statement, another set of finger guns would snap. Of course, Jazz wouldn't quite grasp the seriousness in his own silly outburst. A finger gun really was Felix ultimate weapon and saved him time and time again. Oh man, he could remember it! Back in the forest when the odd mesh and metallic glove coated his hand before shooting the bird out of the tree. Man, did that bring back memories... Further memories, resonating deep within not his own, but Ora's. Once the two had escaped and joined the forces that rescued them, they both got some really nifty custom pieces of equipment. His, in particular, were an oddity that matched his own quirks, an aura fueled finger blaster that triggered with the snap of a finger. When he listed in the firing squad, he must've looked ridiculous. His allies held a variety of intense arsenal, meanwhile, this boy just had his two-finger guns rarin' to go.
Molly found herself absolutely enthralled by the new man that gave her the attention she so craved. He would surely hear the most delighted purrs and feel her continued to weave through his fingertips, constantly circling back to rub herself against him one more and demand more pets. Molly sure was a sweetheart, but she was greedy. Once it started, she'd just eat it all up until he got sick of her. Felix's own signature grin would curl up on his cheekbones once again, watching the two go at it and nodded. "She's most definitely a sweetheart, but gets real sassy if she's hungry. I figured that one out the hard way the other day..." A grin dissolved into an irritated frown, grumbling at the memory when the sassy puss had jumped off his shoulder and kicked him into the stream. The nerve! "Been with me for a while, I think... I dunno. Cat perspectives are weird, I just know that she loves pets, likes shoulder rides, hates the thunder and doesn't mind when I've gone scary... Wait, what?" ... What did that mean, anyway? ... Trying to recall, a swirl of Ora's memories and Molly's would create a most disturbing visual. An image of him with several sets of horns, empty eyes, and covered in blood. It was certainly some borderline satanic imagery, and something called for him to push deeper, to try and relive the memories that these two saw. ... The better side of him disagreed though and shoved those memories back down the pit where they belonged.
"... Huh...? ... Wicked. ... Wait, what? The bombing?" There he was, being spacey and questioning everything that was said. The bombing though, it sounded familiar. Something that Ora may have been familiar with, and in turn, so was he. But, what the hell just happened? Felix had blacked out in a trance of recall, only now chime into all sorts of differences. Only really catching that Jazz had been awake for about a week now. "Sheeeesh mate, sounds pretty rough. ... Back to be with it, though? Got anything you lookin' forward to when ya get outta here?" Oh, what. We're going already? Everything was happening so fast. One moment, Felix was spouting some silly quips and rambling on about nonsense. The next, actually finding himself curious about what Jazz planned to do... Then now. Lena had returned to normal size, crying and vomiting, something that caused his own hues to somber. "Hey, Lena? You-" ... The next next moment, Ora was up on her feet. In no time flat, Lena was on her shoulder, Jazz was in her arms, and Molly was being dragged along with them. "Wait, whaaat? Cafeteria?! Nice! Though, wait. Should you be carryin' them all? Want me to help? ... Or, better yet, can I get a ride too?! ... Sis? Sis!" Apparently she wasn't going to wait around any longer. With their team in hand, the girl had strolled right out of the medical tent, just as they wanted. Felix would scramble out behind her, only to turn at the last minute to wink and snap a finger gun at the nurse. "Ayyy, nurse! Guess we'll be seein' ya!" Just like that, they were gone.
I know nothing because I know too much... ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Asger hurried back to the medical facility, steps quick and wide with his long stride. The reasonable side of him knew that Danae was fine and him having left for such a short period of time would not change that... but the protective older brother part of him couldn't help but be irrational. There was also the fear that she would wake up and he wouldn't be there, how would that make her feel? He'd already failed so miserably at his responsibilities as her older brother. The very least he could do was be there for her. It was a simple thing. That was why he'd done his his absolute best to be here with her every minute since aura class. Apart from the absolute necessary bathroom breaks, this had been the longest he'd left her side. He even opted to sleep in a chair near her, rather than returning to his own bed. This morning he'd left out if a necessity, to move his belongings to his new shared dorm, once he'd gotten the message about his team, and to feed himself. The stop in the courtyard had simply been a pitstop as he would much rather enjoy his food there than in the loud, crowded cafeteria.
It had been a rough few days. Danae hadn't woken up since the incident and Narx had been in pretty rough shape after it all as well. Asger still wasn't entirely sure how the guy felt about him. It seemed the slight progress they made had gone down the drain after the incident with Danae and Asger really couldn't blame him. He remembered the glare Narx gave him afterwards, that single eyed gaze burning into his soul, that same accusatory look he saw in his own gaze. The truth was, Narx could be as mad as he wanted at Asger. He could blame him, yell at him, shun him nothing was compared to the punishment his own guilt was wrecking on him. He should have been there for Danae, this past year, when she fell. He should have been there to catch her. What sort of sorry excuse for a brother caused this much pain to their sister? What sort of person would let their sibling tumble to the sky to crack their skull upon wood? It didn't matter that it was all entirely out of his control. It didn't matter that he'd done everything he could. He couldn't see it that way and would always blame himself.
The falcon was only just entering what used to be a gym but was now a collection of tents, caught a, and medical equipment. Asger hadn't been here to witness the bombing, but he had learned all about it in the past few days. The scream that pierced the air sent shivers up his spine. It was all too familiar. Heart racing he broke into a sprint, we as bing through the mess to where he knew Danae was place. He stopped in his tracks when he saw her standing, walking even, or trying too. Relief swept through his body but it was quickly followed by concern. Rushing to her side. He placed a hand gently on her arm, ready to steady her if she fell. "Danae? Are you okay?" His voice riddled with worry, brows furrowed over blue eyes as he gazed down at her. "You should really take it slow... don't strain yourself."

Danaë would feel a hand placed on her. She would look up and see her brother. Tears would form in her eyes as she would hug him tightly. "Y-your back!" Tears were flowing down her face as she held her brother. "You were missing, and now your back." She wouldn't let go of her brother. She had missed him so much.
He was telling her that she should take it slow. What had happened in that explosion? Was her team ok? "What happened? All I remember is a sudden boom, and then after that nothing. I have a scar on my face now. Is Narx, Tessa, and Donnelly ok?" She would still hold her brother asking all of these questions. She doubted that he knew the answers, but they had to be asked.

Felix continued with his positive attitude, it was nice to see someone with a genuine smile in such a sterile place. I’m sure you’re quite the joker. Though you should learn not to point at people. He tried to recall if he’d ever seen Felix’s gesture not be considered rude, though the more he thought the less that came to him. I get the feeling I’m going to have to explain it to him or simply get used to his habit.
Molly, on the other hand, was nothing short of regal. She elegantly made her way through his fingers purring with such intent, doubling back to ensure every part of her was being loved equally. Felix looked pleased the two got on so well. I hope she’s been fed recently then. Felix’s face scrunched up as he thought on something, explaining the history between the two seemed to only confuse him, much like most other things he tried to explain. Cat perspectives… I wonder what meds they have you on right now.
Felix seemed to zone out of the conversation as Jazz described why he was here. You could listen when you ask me a question… Felix quickly chimed back in with multiple questions, one of which caused him to go a shade of red. Well… There’s just. A few things. People I need to reconnect with and classes I must do. Ora seemed distracted by Lena, so at least that meant two people hadn’t noticed his attempts to bumble his way out of that one.
Ora suddenly informed the others it was time to leave, walking over to Lena it was plain as day she was in no condition to leave the medical facilities. I wouldn’t recommend that you only just arrived. Dr Ziegler’s healing may appear rapid, but it still leaves a long-lasting pain that can only fade ove- Before Jazz had a chance to convince Ora to stay he found himself under her arm, in his confusion he had picked up Molly. Ummm, excuse me. Would you mind putting me down? He attempted to free himself from Ora’s grasp, but it was no use, Ora had set her mind on going and everyone was going with her. Felix made a few more of his quips before quickly following suit making sure the nurse was aware of their departure.

Her reaction was nothing short of astonishing. It was like he was back in aura class all over again. She was shocked at his appearance, tears streaming down her face. It was like she had forgotten their first heartfelt reunion and they were doing it all over again. Concern crossed his features, creasing his pale forehead as he looked down at her. He wasn't sure what to say as she wrapped his arms around him, so he was quiet as he returned her hug, both arms and wings furling gently and protectively around the feathered girl. "Danae... you don't remember? Do you?" He questioned softly, pulling back just slightly so he could look at her lingering on the scar now adorning her face. The questions continued as she continued to hold him. Asger could sense her confusion, her panic, her fear. he pulled her tighter against him, his wings circling them almost instinctively in a feathery cocoon. It didn't take him long to piece together the facts. While her injuries had been healed externally, it was not withing Narx's ability or that of the nurse to restore memories that had been lost due to the trauma to her head. She didn't remember him, the class, or anything else that had happened since the explosion all those weeks ago.
Sighing ever so softly, the falcon pulled his sister closer to him, his wings forming a protective cocoon around the pair. If Maru really had followed, it would be a tender scene for the boy to walk in on. Tender, if not a bit heartbreaking. She was asking so many questions. Questions that he did not have the ability to answer. At least not fully. Looking over her head, Asger searched for someone that would be able to explain the situation to her better. Coming up short, he knew he would just have to do his best until her team returned. "Danae, that explosion happened months ago... you attended class just a few days ago. You saw me then, for the first time since I went missing... I'm back now, and I'm sorry." As it always did when he thought about his year away, the guilt came slipping back in, but this was not the time to focus on such things. "Narx and Tessa are just fine. They were here not too long ago. Richard too... but, I haven't met Donnelly yet." Asger could assume what that meant, but he was not going to be the one to tell her her friend was dead. Not right now. Not when she didn't even know the full extent of what had happened.

Danaë looked very confused when her brother asked her if she remembered. Of course she remembered. She remembered coming to school, going to class. Then the kidnapping happened. Once they had gotten Donnelly they made their way back to the gym triumphantly. In fact, she was still proud that she had done what other teams hadn't been able to do. Not only did they get their clue, they got Donnelly. While they were discussing what happened, there was an explosion. That was the last thing that she remembered.
He then said that they had a heartfelt reunion a few days ago. She would try to remember, but it wasn't there. Was he sure that it had been a few days ago? Her head started to hurt. She would reach up, holding her head. It hurt. Why did it hurt? She must have hit it way too hard. "Narx and Tessa are ok? Oh good." Then the important question would come up. "Who is Richard?"
Her head was starting to hurt more. If there was more, why couldn't she remember it? She would lean against her brother. Her head pounding with pain. "My head hurts..." She would stay against him.
Asger had managed to not only arrived at the infirmary ahead of Maru but also leave the poor boy in the dust. At least he got a nice view of him running away from him though, so he had that going for him. A short while after his team leader had arrived the pinkette did so as well. The place where she was being treated at looked a lot less like an actual infirmary and more like a place where people would go to blow off steam but that was just him. Komaru watched Asger and his sister share a moment together while she smiled to himself. "Beautiful." he noted to himself The wings from behind Asger folded over the two of them. While not picking up on the fact that he was a faunhus, it was more than evident now. Such magnificent wings he possessed. More hanging back ensued while the two seemed to have their private chat. The boy who came alongside Asgar walked forward gently, careful not to intrude of them and would simply stand by the wind cocoon while thinking to himself. He was glad at the prospect of having found a place in a team so quick but what would he do when it came time for semblances to be discussed? All of his team would have such useful and strong ones and yet he would be the weakest one in the group. Curse his parents for forcing him here. All he wanted to do was to craft the greatest weapon! How could his possibly compare to everyone else's here?

Narx was sleeping on a cot in a tent not too far away. The nurses and medics had told him he needed to return to his dorms but he stubbornly refused. He slept there each night, and checked on Danaë each and every day without fail. He hadn't expected a short coma, but he had never been that great with healing brain injuries.
"Sir." Came a voice of a faunus nurse. Narx was too deep in sleep to really hear anything but the musings of his own somber reams. "Sir. Please wake."The nurse finally jabbed Narx in the side and he shot up ready to fight. The lady jumped back a bit afraid."Sorry to disturb you, but I thought you'd like to know that your feathered friend is awake. She's with her brother now."
"What?! How long?! Why wasn't I told immediately!" He would angrily, but deep inside he knew that it was an impossible request. He tossed the frail cotton blanket off of him and dashed to Danaë's tent where he saw Asger and Danaë holding each other. He heard her say something about Richard, but ignored it due to a part of him was angry that he hadn't been there when she first woke, the other half was touched by the scene. Ultimately he was just so happy that Danaë was awake that he didn't care about anything else. Something was off though. This scene felt like before. Too much like before. A concerned expression took hold of his brows."Danaë..." When he spoke it was nothing more than a whisper. He ran over to her and pulled her into a tight hug. He kissed her forehead and her cheek over and over.
They usually didn't show too much affection in public. It wasn't their thing, but he hardly cared and had already forgotten about Asger's present even if just for a moment. "Danaë...I'm so sorry I couldn't heal you more..."He spoke softly as he pulled her a away just enough to look into her eyes. "I'm so glad you are okay. Please never scare us again like that."He pulled her in again.
Somethign, again, felt off. She wasn't responding the way he had expecting. Richard popped back into his mind. She had said something about Richard with a confused expression. "Danaë... what is the last thing you remember?"He voice suddenly become toneless "Please tell me you remember that weird snake teacher and cecil and tess getting in an argument?"His eye showed a bit of panic.

"They're okay. Everything is going to be okay now." Asger murmured softly, doing his best to keep his voice calm and soothing. Her question about Richard only increases his worry and concerns. Not only had she lost the class from her memory, but that of her own teammate. He could assume that Donnelly must have perished in whatever explosion had taken place here and that Richard had filled the empty spot on the team. Which meant... there were months missing from her memory. Sighing softly he hugged her tightly as she expressed the pain in her head. Pulling back slightly, his blue gaze locked on her, as if he were looking her over for harm. Rationally he knew that all of her external injuries were healed. This was a pain caused by a much different source. "Maybe you should sit down and take it easy... you hit your head pretty hard." He just hoped that someone who could explain the events of the last months to her better than he good. Once again he was left feeling guilty and useless. He should have been able to tell her what had happened. He should have been here for her. She shouldn't have even had to struggle with her memories, because he should have caught her before she fell back in class. He should have been a better brother to her, because here he was, failing her once again.
On the mists of his worries, Narx appeared out of the blue. He tore Danae out of his arms almost like he hadn't even released Asger was there. The falcon didn't argue or put up any resistance. A struggle would only make things worse and likely hurt his feathered sister even further. Besides, he knew she would be happy to see Narx and he would be able to answer all the questions that he couldn't. Adverting his gaze to be polite and give them some small bit of privacy as Narx kissed first her cheek and then her forehead and stepped back to stand near Komaru instead. He offered the boy a grateful and slightly apologetic smile, or at least as much as he could managed under such stressful circumstances. He appreciated that the boy had thought to keep him company here, even if it might mean he would be bored. Unaware of the shenanigans that had taken place in the courtyard just after his departure, there would be no way for him to know that something else had made him decide to follow.
he knew it wouldn't be long until the guy picked up on the same issues he had. When he did, and he expressed those concerns to Danae, Asger looked up and gave him a serious look, shaking his head. He tried to convey in his gaze that Danae didn't remember. "She doesn't remember anything before the explosion, or at least that's what I've gathered." He took the liberty of answering the question for his sister, his eyes still locked on Narx. Asger may not have been here for such a tragic event, but he was smart and perceptive. He knew retelling these memories to here would mean unloading a very heavy burden onto his sisters shoulders. Asger was concerned about that, especially considering she had only just woken. However, he also knew it would be better for her to hear it from them, rather than someone else accidentally letting it slip. There was no way to be certain how long the memory loss would last or if it was a permanent thing.

Danaë was confused. First she was in Asger's arms, and now Narx was kissing her? Why would he do that? Her face would turn bright red. Not only did she not like public displays of affection. this kissing came out of nowhere. Her body was tense as she was in the hug. She didn't know what to do when someone pushed themselves on top of you.
Narx had healed her? She must have been unconscious when that happened. The explosion must have been that bad for him to need to heal her. Why did she have a scar on the right side of her face then? Wasn't it a total heal? Maybe he had run out of aura. Yeah, that would explain it, but it didn't explain the kissing.
He then asked the question that everyone was kind of asking. "Weird snake lady? Cecil? She was very confused. There were too many confusing things going on. "I remember the explosion...I must have been knocked out to wake up here right?"
Asger then mentioned that she should sit down. Maybe he was right. She started to go towards the bed, only if Narx let her. If he let her go, she would sit on her bed.

Narx would of course let her go to her bed. She needed it. When Asger answered his question he made eye contact. A shocked expression on his face. If she truly didn't know anything beyond the explosion than she was in for a rude awakening. He wasn't sure how much he should explain to her now. Maybe she needed to rest more. Nard stood tall and without a word walked out of the tent rather uncharacteristically. He immediately turned to the noteboard pinned to the side of the tent and located the name of the doctor. He would be scheduling a meeting with them to get their advice somewhat soon. He then brushed aside the flaps of plastic that made the tent entrance and stood still for a moment still in a bit of a daze. It was then he noticed the girl standing next to Asger. He blinked a bit surprised by the fact that he didn't notice them before, but considering the situation it made sense.
Narx eventually walked over to the wall, grabbed a chair, and pulled it up to the bedside. There were a few important things Danaë needed to know."Danaë. You have lost a significant portion of your memory. Many things have happened. Serious things..." He gulped."Do you want to know them now, or at another time?" He would let her make the decision. His expression fully displayed the fact that the information would be huge. It didn't matter when she heard it. It would be painful news and he wasn't talking about their relationship. That was small in comparison to the death of their friend Donnelly. Nar's face turned to the floor as he thought of Donnelly and his body pinned against the wall with shrapnel.
He would await her response, but didn't want to seem rude so he made sure to give a nod to Asger's friend. "I don't believe we have met. My name is Narx, and its nice to meet you, but rather awkward circumstances."He spoke softly and extended his hand to the lady. "I assume Asger introduced you to Danaë already?"He said trying to make sure everyone knew everyone in the room. Those always brought on even more awkward situations.
His stomach felt sickly with the day's events. The ball would be soon and they had this whole ordeal to go through. He was planning on going with Danaë, but now he wasn't even sure what she thought of it. He would keep a close watch on her and figure it out as time went on."Danaë... maybe its best for you to get some rest and then we can talk after?"He offered with a compassionate gaze. "Please just don't push yourselves for our sakes. "This whole situation was absolutely crazy. He was plagued by memory loss himself and often felt the confusion from glimpses into his past. Usually just menial tasks in foreign places and in strange situations. He could only hope she would not have it as bad.

Asger blinked at Narx's sudden disappearance, out the tent flaps without so much as a word. Despite the abruptness, his return was just as quick and it didn't take the falcon boy long to put the pieces tohether. It never did. In this case, the only logical information was for him to be getting information for the doctor, whom they would clearly need to speak to. By Dane's reaction, she clearly did not remember that her and Narx were officially an item, which meant that must have been more of a recent circumstance, but Asger was thankful for him all the same. It meant the world to him that someone had been there to protect his little sister when he hadn't had the ability to and someone to help look after her even now. He appreciated and respected Narx for that more than the guy would ever know. Asger worked at a thankful expression, the gratitude showing through his sapphire eyes, but Asger had never been could with relaying his thoughts through facial expressions. He would have to be sure to catch Narx on his own later and thank him for everything he had done. After all, Asger very well could have lost his little sister were it not for his semblance. It was something he would always curse himself for and thank Narx for.
The look on Narx's face and the grim tone of his voice only confirmed Asger's suspicions about Donnelly and how awful that entire situation must have been. He sighed softly, eyes locked on Danae who had returned to her bed at this point. He made his gaze and tone as gentle and reassuring as he possibly could. "The decision is yours, but like Narx said, don't rush yourself on our accounts." Honestly he wasn't sure if telling her such dark stories was really a good idea right now, but would it really be any better to wait? Could protecting her from the truth really be considered looking out for her? Was keeping the truth from her really the right thing to do or would it only further complicate the situation later on. Not to mention, what would happen if she somehow found out from someone other than them? There really wasn't a good solution in such complicated situations, so he would go along with whatever she decided. After all, she was strong and as hard and painful as it might be, he had no doubt that she could pull through it. Besides, she would not have to do it on her own. She had him, Narx, and many other teammates and peers to help her through such tough traumatic experiences.
Asger had not forgotten the pink-haired boy standing on his side, but Narx's comment made him realize he had forgotten something just as important. Idiot, Asger. You're an idiot. He silently chided himself, looking like he wanted to curse himself for his poor social ques. Looking slightly embarrassed and ashamed, he turned to Maru with an apologetic smile. "I'm sorry, I'm afraid I got caught up in the moment. I didn't intend to make you feel left out." His gaze drifted to Danae and Narx for just a moment, gathering to the feminine man beside him. "Danae, Narx, this is Komura Estelle. He's one of the members of my new team." As always, his memory served well, remembering the boys full name despite only having heard it once upon first meeting, before all the chaos that was Danae's missing memories. "Maru, this is my younger sister Danae Hallpora Sved and her b--" Cutting himself off mid sentence, his eyebrows furrowed together at the word. While the first time he had hesitated in saying it had been because of an unease with the subject, this was entirely different. Danae didn't remember she was dating Narx and Asger would not be the one to break that to her. That was not his place. "Her friend, Narx Hellhorns." He finished once he had regained his barrings, hoping his little blunder passed for his own lack of social skills.

Danaë watched as Narx walked out of the room. She didn't know what was going on. They were talking about her not remembering stuff. She remembered kissing her parents goodbye before going off to school. She remembered that Asger wasn't there to walk with her. He was supposed to be in the year before her! She remembered the boy that caressed her feathers without her permission. Then Narx talked him down, before they talked themselves. They had decided to team up with each other and that she was the leader. She was very unsure, as she wasn't a leader type, not like Asger. In the end, they had succeeded their first mission. Then the explosion happened, and she was here.
Narx would then say that there was a lot of information that she needed to know. Stuff must have happened while she was knocked out. She would smile before closing her eyes for a moment, her Semblence activated. She felt fine for now. "You can tell me as long as Asger thinks that Maru can hear it. Then you can say it." She would smile happily on the bed. There wasn't anything they could surprise her with, could they?
Then Asger would introduce his friend there. Danaë would wave at them, but then her brother would let something slip. It began with a B, something she did want to happen. Her face would flush red, as she moved to cover it with the blanket. Narx wouldn't want to be with Danaë, she was too shy, too punny, and now with an ugly scar on her face, he wouldn't be interested in someone like her. Though, he did like her feathers, which she made sure they would be soft. Wait, where her feathers singed?! She would reach around her neck, and instead of burnt feathers, she found some dried blood in them. She would then look out of the blankets. For the first time since this happened, she would look Narx in the face, her face no longer red, "What happened?" She would be serious this time, as she pointed to the blood clot in her feathers. "They aren't burnt, but there is blood in them." She was serious now, finally ready to listen.
XXXIn the time of their transit, it became ever more clear that Yui had expected too much out of herself. With each flap, her wings would ache more and more, while the little energy she had would dwindle rapidly as she struggled to maintain her flight path. The two of them had already begun to lose altitude, it was only fortunate that they had been arriving to the gym. Yui had only heard in passing what happened to the structure, but it had a current standing as the medical bay for the academy, rather than a place for any activities. For just a moment, her wings would give beneath the wind as she drifted to a doze, faltering and causing them to drop abruptly before snapping back to reality and managing to regain control. ".. Ren... Be ready... Our landing will be a bit rough.." Even Yui's voice was strained, heavy panting as she continued to exert herself. Perhaps it was a sense of stubbornness within her Lioncourt pride that failed to let her ease up on such strenuous activity. She had put herself in a place of support for her team if they ever needed anything from her. Once she committed to an act, she was sure to follow it through. At one point, she could've even sworn she heard one of them mistake her for their leader. She had to do her best to correct such an assumption, as flattering as it was.
The doors to the gym had been open, making it much more of a possibility to be treated as a landing strip for her. Lower and lower, her wings would act as a means of guide and control to navigate them towards the entryway. Sure, the doors led to a hall, but once they were there, Ren may have been able to stand on his own two feet. ... That was, if Yui didn't biff it. The avian faunus had been low flying for a moment, managing to keep herself airborne for a few moments longer as they slowed down. The entire time, she could feel her consciousness fading in and out. Just as Yui prepped for the landing though, her attention would fade once again as her foot misstepped and her wings failed to act as a fail-safe. The stop would be sudden, a jolt that would cause her to lose her grip on Ren and drop him beneath her. Honestly, that was probably the best for him. Following, Yui would manage to trip and fumble over the dropped boy, resulting in a full body tumble straight through the open doors. In her tumble, she managed to bounce her shoulder off the frame of the door before landing on her back in the hall.
There she laid, exhausted and now aching as her shoulder writhing in pain from the abrupt impact. The poor girl was left staring in a daze upwards, woken up only briefly from the sudden jolts and throbbing pain in her shoulder. She couldn't see Ren, who had been dropped moments prior, or much of anything. Staring up at the lights, she could feel herself fading once more, while slurred words managed to mumble ... Something. "I just... need to rest... for a moment... Ren... Get to the nurse, okay...?" Sure, she was exhausted and in pain, but it wasn't something that particularly concerned her. She was more worried for the task she assigned herself, to get Ren to the infirmary. Maybe it should've been Sakura or Oswald, because... Yui was in desperate need of a nap, and she would drift away moments later on the floor in the middle of the hall that led to the gym.
