Dust is used to power the weapons, consumed at a fairly medium rate which allow for 5 posts for normal flight, 3 posts for maneuvering around. When out of fuel, the wings can still be used to glide, though no speed boost or ascent will be possible with other means.
The wingspan is 5 feet each way, with the wing material somewhat flimsy, yet able to defend again 2 standard attacks before it breaks The wings are controlled via a small control pad on the hilt of both handguns that come built into the weapon. These can be reloaded in the air. █Melee Form ▬ The base of both wings can be used as a bat type melee weapon if needed █Ranged Form ▬ The default form. Two hand guns which can control the direction on the wings. ❖The first thing I noticed was the eye color is listed as Gray. I want to make sure that you know that you can not call the silver, as long as you understand that, then we can continue.
❖ I have looked at your Strongest Talent, and Engineering and weapon making are two separate things. You will need to pick one and put the other in your other talents.
❖ You will need to explain your fear on this character.
❖ We need a lot more information on this weapon, how fast can he fly? Are they agile or clunky? What is it made of? How big of a price of dust do you need to power it, and for how long does it last? Does it use more dust the more you maneuver with it?
❖ One thing that we noticed, was the fact that you say it can resist most attacks, how? How many attacks can they take before going down. With all the moving parts in this wweapon, it should be weaker than most, not stronger.
❖ Your weapon needs a real drawback. Not having dust is not a suitable drawback.
❖ I have thought on it, and your weapon's melee form is the wings, because looking at the the ends while weak would still be like hitting someone with a bat or club.
I will touch on the Semblence when these issues are fixed.

❖ Ok, I have looked at your description. I'm ok with copying clothing in all, but personality, how are you getting that?
❖ As I stated before, I will not approve a profile that has time listed instead of posts. The reason that I don't approve of them is because you can time skip the entirety of a minute in a post, but you can't do that with a post count.
❖ For level 2, what do you mean by other organic things?
❖With level 3, I'm not ok with you getting non-semblence abilities automatically.
❖ So what is this sliver that you take out of people? Is it a part of their soul, what happens to the person that you take this from?
❖ So your post times are way too low. I suggest starting about about 5 and working your way down.
❖ When you say that this semblence is not a combat semblence, I believe you until about level 3, If you want an idea for what you can do at this level, I suggest maybe being able to combine appearances. For example, if you had the appearance of a cat, a man, and then another woman, you could make it look like you are a cat faunus that is someone's sister. Just an idea.
