the only ones i can remember that mix languages are anime theme songs, where they throw in bits of English here and there to throw you off

example:

they just randomly throw in english word; its hilarious

It depends on how it's done, sometimes it's annoying. In the opening theme for Chobits the singer says "I kiss you my darling," I know there's language differences and they're sentence structure is different but it annoys me. To me if the singer is looking up English to put in a song, they should figure out how to put the words in a sentence. Dare I say that if an English speaker messed up Japanese, the English-speaker would be considered a "Baka Gaijin?"

It really depends the song, some of the mixing just...makes me want to tell them to learn more than one word in a foreign language =S
