┏━━━━━━━━┓ Aurelia Hayes ┗━━━━━━━━┛ ✬Deputy Head Mistress of Beacon Academy✬ Shadow Education Minister✬
"They have been told, but being told and knowing are two different things. I can only hope they perform better than they did at the Expedition." She nearly shuttered at the memory. So many of their students seemed to have forgotten the basics of defensive aura. Had their blitz on aura training helped?
"If only threats worked on this lot." She said with a bit of frustration. As if to prove her point, one student, a Mr. Alexander started asking if there were actual animals on the ship, while Henryk took on a look that could only mean he was planning on testing the threat. "They are undisciplined, but they'll turn a Grimm to ash quickly enough, unlike your soldiers. Just don't expect things to go according to plan." She smiled softly, returning the barb about qualifications. The rivalry between Huntsmen and the Miltary was a long-standing tradition. "You're not so bad yourself. Atlas must not be as harsh as I thought."
Steely blue eyes watched the students being escorted onto the large ship, seeming to weigh and measure the worth of each one. Could they work together long enough to turn the Grimm into ash? Could they survive the frozen wastelands despite their rivalries and self-interests? They would soon find out. Dark clouds started to move in. Hopefully, it wasn't an omen.
Once the last of the students had made it aboard, fortunately with minimal fuss despite the rambunctious crowd, she followed them up the ramp. Aurelia had to admit she was surprised when she stepped onto the ship. "You and Dr. Graves have been busy. I was expecting a lodging hall design. Though perhaps you should have included human-sized hamster wheels." The energy and excitement in the air was palpable. Even someone without her semblance or affinity for picking up on body language would be able to pick on it. Many of the students struggled to sit through the orientation until finally they were set free. "I think your animal comment was more on point than intended." She commented with a raised eyebrow, as the students rushed to explore the ship.

"I respect the rebellious spirit. I understand people not understanding...You know how my other side of the family is" He started as he watched more students load up. It was a weird feeling. Keep professional or wade the waters. He tried his best to keep emotionally correct for the course. "I appreciate you making them go through aura training again. Heard through the grapevine you basically single-handled change the courses recently to give these fools a refresher" a relaxing vibe starting to radiate off of him. He could hear the frustration coming from her voice about threats not working on them. That's why you have actions.
"ahem.. Excuse me?" He wondered as he looked over at the woman. "My soldiers are the best in the business. While unfortunate that the more....mentally deficient ones are given to you for missions, my special squad can outdo any of your huntsmen you can bring." He responded with a smirk. An eye for an eye. Who was better? Huntsmen or the military? Does it depend upon who you ask? Some of the military ranks did have license huntsmen so was that cheating? Movement occurred. The blue-haired male would end up close to the blonde. His face seemed stern but his eyes were full of admiration as he took the compliment. "Or maybe I know how to hide it well" He added before blinking out of sight. As her steely blue eyes focused on the students, he would deliver a gift. A kiss planted against the neck of the mistress of Beacon. A rare public display. It wasn't anything subtle in fact, by the time he was done there would be a mark left. A hickey. She was tough. She wouldn't be embarrassed by that right? A huntsman was mentally tough, right?
With the last students boarding, he would follow behind Aurelia as she went up the ramp and stepped onto the ship. "Would be unnecessary space. We expected students that knew how to sit down and behave on the SS. Avalanche" He commented. As he said the name of the ship, the guided tour of Henryk would answer him as well informing of the name near the end of the tour. Of course, this wasn't at the same time since the tour would be happening while they were in the air. As the tour ended, a Lancer would crash into the window in view of Team Harem. The grim well in view of the students before it was eliminated on the spot."Don't worry students. This ship is fully equipped to get us there safely. Grim doesn't stand a chance against the SS. Avalanche. You may hear some gunfire during travel but that shouldn't worry you too much. " the tour guide reassured. Back to a Hydra of the Hayes, the two would continue with their banter. "Long as they listen when they are given their perspective missions. I cannot care too much." He commented before pointing forward. "I havep prepared a room for us. Away from the hyper beings. Allow us to catch up on stuff. Both emotionally, " he started before he took her hand and kissed the back of it even though it was gloved. "And hopefully physically if I still as charming as charming. Maybe we can have our own contest.. Who comes out on TOP a huntsmen or military man" While trying to slither into full flirt mode his scroll buzzed that caused a groan to come out of his mouth. "WHAT?" he asked, " it better be important"
"Sir. WE HAVE RECEIVED WORD THAT CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS ARE ON THE SHIP AND WERE SELECTED FOR THIS MISSION. ONE THAT WAS RECENTLY PUNISHED BACK IN ALPHA CAVES. AUBURN OF TEAM CADT... WHAT.."
"Shut up. I knew this. I already have plans for her transport prepared. You should of received the information earlier when while fueling the aircraft. That just shows me you are slacking." Hanging up, he would put the scroll away. "Sorry about that."
Moments later a group of soldiers with guns armed and aimed at team CADT would pull up. A commanding officer, 2nd Lt in ranking would have cuffs in his hand and looked straight at Auburn. If she refused to be restrained...well things may get ugly. If she complied, she would be able to stay with her team and such but she just would be in the restraints and closely watched. "Auburn of team CADT, you are ordered to be restrained during the duration of the travel. Please surrender your weapon and step forward. This is a safety precaution requested from the upper command in response to reports from the Alpha cave."With that, if she complied Auburn would have cuffs placed on her wrist and shackles on her legs. They weren't tight like handcuffs. There was at least 2ft of space on the wrist cuffs so she could move almost normally about. They were specially designed by the Vale military. But what exactly they could do in an emergency? hopefully would not need to be seen.

All Valleria could do was shake her head to Auburn’s comment, while she technically wasn’t wrong about not being late Vall was still annoyed by them taking their sweet time, in other situations it could lead to bad results. Giving Auburn a weird look she would rest her hand on her forehead in disappointment “I don’t see how the situation with your daughter that you don’t even know have to do with being late. Was she in the dorm and had preparations she needed to do herself? No, she is not even part of your life. So what does she have to do with being here on time?” she asked in a very cold matter when she could suddenly feel a surge of horrible smell coming from where she was sitting, Vall would make a disgusted face from the horrible stench but would notice it to be mainly in that area, she would try to check if her dress got any of the horrible smell attached to it but gladly it was not, she moved away from the source of the smell looking a bit relieved. After moving away, she suddenly heard a familiar voice coming from where most of the students were sitting, Valleria turned around to see Damien together with Rowser and Yumeko, there was another with them but she didn’t know him, but from the way he acted she hoped he would stay away from her. Valleria would smile a little and waved at Damien, not hearing the other part of his “threat” as she began walking towards the ship, after all, it was boarding time, finally, it would get a bit quieter.
Valleria sat through the instructions trying to listen carefully to every bit of information about the ship, about where they eat, sleep if needed and what they should avoid doing, it was going to be a long trip and Valleria could only hope that there were noodles in the menu but… she was highly skeptical. Once it was finally over, Valleria sat in an area where there was quite a lot of space, she would extract out Frozen Fangs and transform it into its Glave form, and resting it on her lap. She would then take out her headphones and sharpening tools, she needed a way to make the time go by and weapon maintenance was the perfect solution for the first few hours at least, but it was quickly interrupted as a bunch of soldiers stood in front of her and aimed their weapons at… Auburn? Valleria took off her headphones and listened to their demand “what the hell did you do in that mission that they take such measurements?” Valleria would turn to Auburn and ask curiously, after all, she was not part of that mission and had no idea what happened there.
Maokai offered his condolences about the fishing licence and she couldn't help agreeing with him, it wasn't as if she was lobbing hand grenades. "Yeah and so what if I introduced a new species into the pond that ate ducks, I was catching them at a good rate. You understand!" She went for the fist bump before he could process her statement. Maokai had also introduced the rest of his team, they seemed like a nice enough group. She decided, it did not. "Nice to meet you all." She wondered if Maokai shouting her name constituted as a formal greeting or not. "I'm Xanthe. We're Team XY. Always be recruiting, is the motto." She looked at Ylva, and shook her head slightly to say she had never tried to recruit anyone and had already decided that was not the motto. "Rowser, Damien, Yumeko. Got it." Rowser had introduced himself which scored higher than Damien and Yumeko who hadn't, though it didn't really matter and it wasn't like she was going to hold it against them for not wanting to repeat themselves.
Damien hadn't gone with a traditional greeting and had instead choose to announce there was animals on the ship. In Xanthe's opinion it was probably dogs, she had seen a documentary about how they use them in the snow and was now looking forwards to seeing them in person. "Yeah, huskies, for pulling sleds in the snow." She was pleased to be able to offer this information, as Rowser seemed to take the idea of animals and interpret it as horrifying monsters. She was slightly curious what his reaction to Grimm would have been but wasn't so heartless as to actually ask. The idea that Damien might have been slightly heard of hearing didn't occur to her, lots of people like to shout at each other from a meter away if their main weapon was a firearm. Besides she was fond of the fish markets and if you weren't being yelled at about the top quality of haddock or the best kinds of scallops then something was very wrong. The other team seemed to be drifting away slowly, she turned to Ylva. "What do you want to do? I'm not hungry but we could fill our pockets?" She had to assume the airship had amenities and of those some were for the taking. It wasn't stealing, just taking advantage of everything Beacon gave them. "Unless you have something else on your mind."
Auburn turned with a scowl at Valleria as she made light of the scenario."Watch it Princess. That is a sore subject. And trust me when I say, you can't even begin to imagine everything I had to go through there and now, my daughter is enduring the same thing. And I have no way to help. Just because you don't have the imagination or sense to understand what that does to a person does not mean it does nothing."
Fortunately, it seemed the topic would be broken as Valleria started smelling something that seemed disgusting. Even more fortunate for Auburn, she was mostly desensitized to such things. But, it was time to get moving and she stood up. But, it seemed that their troubles would not end there. A group of soldiers approached them, weapons raised and pointing at Auburn as one stepped forward, demanding that she hand off her weapon and allow them to restrain her. When he mentioned Alpha, her gaze narrowed."This is about that paranoid little brat isn't it? The Idiot who tried to kill me multiple times in passing when I didn't ******** attack him? I saved the half of the students on that mission myself, with almost no aid, yet, I'm hellbent on killing team members? Go ahead and take it. Doesn't really matter if I get it back or not. And if it makes you feel better, fine. But, if this is justice, then there isn't much surprise so many people are fighting against the government. One claim versus several and the one claim with no evidence wins."
She held out her hands and looked over to Valleria as she asked what had happened."Some moron insisted I threatened to kill him because I said at some point in my past, I was forced against my will to off people on my side who were becoming liabilities just so that I could live. I never told him I was going to kill him, then the idiot started ******** shooting at me when I offered my hand to help him up. Started shooting at me when I tried apologizing later for any miscommunication, and when we started with four teams, half fell in a hole following an explosion, leaving the other half topside and the dumbass thought I was trying to kill him with explosives when he was in the front and I was in the back. He started blind-firing, nearly shooting six other unconscious people that had nothing to do with any of it just trying to kill me because he's too ******** stupid and paranoid to put anything together. Now, apparently, I may just go try to kill anyone on this mission randomly despite the fact I never tried to do so ever and was actually the victim in that case. ******** brilliant deduction."
She turned back to the group of soldiers."Well? C'mon. I said you can take it. Careful, it's ******** heavy. I think the bunch of you are idiots for taking the word of a paranoid brat like him over multiple accounts that said the ******** opposite, but, I'm not resisting. Still, this is ******** bullshit and you might want to rethink how you handle s**t. I can see why others would be willing to say ******** the system when choices like this are made. If you wanna cuff me, then cuff me."She would be true to her word and allow them to cuff and confiscate her weapon. They didn't seem to be there to arrest her at least so, once done, she'd make sure to find herself a spot on the ship. She was relatively confident there was a decent chance she could break the restraints with her semblance, maybe even without it. But, given they were so blinded by some paranoid brat with no evidence, she didn't really feel like giving them a reason to feel she was guilty so, she just let the restraints be.
Weapon(s): Judgement is a massive sword that is 77" long, 14" wide and weighs 54 lbs, but, has no unique properties other than that. Auburn is able to wield this beast of a blade, even one-handed, because of her Semblance.
However, her boots and gauntlets are equipped with mini cannon-like guns that fire off dust rounds.

With both the others stating that they had confidence in the mission's success so long as they kept their wits about them and their backs together Remus nodded his head slightly. His lips drawing into a tight thin line which curled into the slightest of amused grins at the humor they injected with Henryk's inability to not crack a joke at Chlo's kitten's expense. An act that had to be swiftly retorted upon. Henryk was right about one thing though. While the world was probably not in any danger should Binx the little black kitten, of doom-bringing as Henryk would claim, was to be set loose the kitten was one thing they would need to come back to. Atlas was home but as Remus studied the other two he realized that at some point in the last couple years he had started to view Beacon and his companions as his home just as much. With important things they would have to come back for in mind his thoughts drifted to Ella for a moment and Remus found himself blushing. Dispelling his thoughts about how much he has come to care for his teammates he turned his head to look back at the airship as he said, "Yeah. We will manage somehow. Team HARE will accept victory and nothing less so that we can come back with a good story to tell. Maybe a few 'we've been in worse scraps than this and overcome' tales we can call upon later to boot."
There was an announcement from some unknown guy around about then. The content of which made Remus sigh. He wasn't a fan of the attitude of this one. 'Great, I think the captain is a racist. And a seemingly low opinion of us huntsman students.' He'd have to make sure to avoid having to be around whomever that was. A second announcement followed a short time after and was more welcome. Though it did make Remus's nerves flare up again slightly. Remus set off to board the airship along with the others. The two guys leading the way as it seemed Chloris was following them. Remus's attention was on the new sights as they made their way up the boarding ramp and inside the transport so he didn't notice Chloris grabbing hold of Henryk's hand as they boarded.
The boarding officer showed them what they needed and also provided a map of the ship facilities. Remus peered at it to see what else was here. Especially since this was long trip. He didn't need to be told this. Only if the ship was surprising fast and the trip would there in be much swift than usual. Remus certainly didn't expect that to happen though given the size of the ship. Nothing about it screamed top of the line in speed trials. When Henryk asked about the ships name Remus thought back to when he had been studying the ship earlier. "Think is said Avalanche on the side..." Once the boarding officer was done with the tour and had left them Remus turned to face the others so that they were standing in a small circle facing each other. Henryk asked what he and Chlo wanted to do next and expressed a desire to return to the room the military officer had said was their cabin later for the sake of taking a nap, adding that he called dibs one of the top bunks too. Chloris seemed to also want to take a nap, but after exploring the other facilities. She also called dibs on the other top bunk. Remus looked between the two of them and sighed. Guess he'll take one of the lower bunks. He was the biggest of them after all so he supposed it made sense even if it was a bit of a buzz kill. "Think we should probable swing by the cabin to check on our stuff real quick. Then maybe check out the entertainment area. We might find some friends there but if not we can probably find an in flight movie or some games or something." Before they moved on though Remus pulled open it over coat. If they were going to the cabin then now was a good time to give Chloris this. "Considering we were going to be in a giant, flying, metal cigar or whatever I thought it prudent to make this up for you, Chloris. Should put you at ease a bit." He pulled out of an interior pocket what looked like a pill capsule--if one end were cut off--of maybe 8 inches in length and 2 inches thick. The bottom 3 inches were a solid black while the top was clear with small holes punched in it. The solid portion was basically a planter while the clear part was a lid put over it. A fine mesh held down to the planter part by the sealed lid kept the dirt in place but let the small plant inside through with a bit of careful cut work round the stem. The plant itself was basically a few small bamboo shoots as they were a simple and easy solution for putting into the little thing.
Dee watch as the two-shot verbal jabs at each other knowing it was best for him to not get involved, even if he did he wouldn't know what to say. Dee would take his notepad out and write something down before showing Vall in hopes to bring this to an end " Sorry about arriving late. Maintenance took longer than normal and I'm sure everyone had a few things to prepare. Can you let us slide this once?" Dee would then hold up his free hand hoping this would be the end of it at least for now. Dee would give a smile or try to give one with half his face covered. After everyone was gathered Dee would walk onto the ship with the rest of his team. Random thoughts filled Dee's head as the instructions came to an end. Wondering if it was too early to get something to eat. Dee would stop in his tracks as he got a bad feeling out of the corner of his eye he could see a group headed their way turning to face them it seemed they had Business with us or at least one of us.No sooner than they arrived guns was trained on them. All useless thoughts stop as Dee gets on guard. Dee's eye narrowed at the soldiers scanning them and trying to gather a plan of action. This was until the leader mentioning the mission they had gone on a while back, which ended horribly. Dee's arms throb reminding him how he had it torn off. What about it? what reason did they have to show up with a group of fully armed men and point loaded guns at students that came to help them? Trust at this point was long out of the window from this point on and to add to it they ordered one of our teammates to disarms themselves and willing be restrained. Watching and waiting to see what auburn was going to do. Luckily for everyone involved she gave up her weapon and allowed them to restrain her. But Dee was still very much inraged, thinking to himself " Right here? in front of everyone? "

Though...she soon after retorted to his comment on Binx. Henryk had to disagree when she said she was a sweetheart who liked to mess with him with a scowl. "I don't see how her trying to smother me makes her a sweetheart," he would respond. Though Chlo would also add that she hoped the cat would not be mad at her with a sad smile. Henryk would merely pat her on the shoulder for that, and squeeze lightly. As much as he hated the cat, he knew Chlo and her we close. "I'm sure she won't be made at you," he would simply say. As Henryk turned to Remus, he would see a tight smile to his lips; making Henryk glad they maybe convinced him a little if not entirely. Remus would speak then, saying that they would accept nothing less than victory and have stories to tell; even ones on the line of 'we've been in worse situations' as well. Henryk had to laugh a bit at that comment, enjoying Remus' wit. He was glad they all had the same resolve now; as long as they were together nothing would stop them. It was about this time they would get the announcement to board, and as they did with Henryk in lead he would be surprised to feel a familiar hand take his own. A blush would cross his cheeks as he felt Chlo's hand hold his, hesitating a moment as he would hold hers in return and lead her in. 'Well...there goes any pretense of calm and cool,' he quipped to himself as his heart was racing from the hand holding. If there wasn't so many distraction from the ship, he may've gone dizzy from focusing on the feeling of it. Not that he would want her to let go; that was the only thing clear in his mind.
She only let go once they finally sopped, near the end of the tour. He would look to her, blush and shyness on his own face, as he saw her meek smile. He would smile meekly to her two before his attention went back to the tour. He would ask what the ships name was, and get an answer from both Remus and the tour-guide; the S.S. Avalanche. 'Pretty fitting for where we are going. We shall be like an avalanche to the Grimm!' Henryk thought confidently to himself. Though, with perfect timing, a lancer would crash against the window by their team and almost make Henryk jump from surprise as he turned to the source quickly and on guard. His worry and momentary fear gone though as it was quickly shot out of the sky, and the guide told them they would be safe from Grimm with the ship; but they should expect gunfire. Henryk would nod slowly, confidence returning but internally slightly shaken by the timing of things. He would remain optimistic and confident for his team though, even if doubt was creeping in; especially with the stormy weather acting almost like an ill omen. Moving on from it, Henryk would ask what they wanted to do while calling top bunk; though he did suggest a nap later on. Chlo would chime in first, saying a nap would be good, and that she called the other top bunk. Poor Remus seemed disappointed by the decision but...Henryk wasn't about to give up top bunk either. He would suggest swinging by their cabin to check on their stuff, then look for an entertainment area to pass the time. "Sounds like a plan then; swing by to check on our stuff and rooms, then look for something to do," Henryk would declare, summarizing their plan of action. Shortly after though, Remus would give her a gift. Henryk was sincerely surprised by it...and slightly jealous she got a gift, but he put that aside. He would wait to see what it was, if she did show it, before looking to Remus. "Good thinking Remus, though next time sneak in a gameboy or something for me too please," he would say half joking.
As they headed off to look for rooms and entertainment, he would distantly notice a disturbance. A lot of guards had weapons pointed at a particular student. Not really desiring to get into whatever was going on there, Henryk and Co (if all were okay with it) would move on to rooms. There they would find everything they packed already waiting. Henryk would quickly go to his bag to get a simple bit of entertainment; a very old game where you could make drawings by moving small sticks and could erase as well. Something to pass the time other than talk as well. With his own backup in hand, once the others were ready, they would scout the ship to see everything for themselves before looking for an entertainment area to try to pass the time. Finding a nice section not being swarmed, the team would find a semi-private movie room and Henryk would insist on a certain movie to be played; the Goonies. The room was semi-private cause anyone could join. He would settle in besides Chlo with a bag of popcorn and some coca cola to watch the movie, fears and doubts being pushed aside. ✘ Post count: 114 ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ OOC: If I need to fix anything let me know.

"BOUT TIME!" Narx said to Danaë as he pulled her into an overbearing hug. "This ship doesn't feel much different, but I know when we land, it's going to be a whole new world..." His thoughts were interrupted by some commotion. Soldiers started pointing guns at another team, and a girl he recognized as Auburn was getting arrested. "What is going on? Do you see this?" he wasn't paying enough attention to others to know what was happening, but it did make him mad to see a fellow beacon student getting arrested, then again, maybe she did something bad?"What do you think she did?" he said with a hand on Danaë's shoulder still.
Narx was starting to feel a bit overwhelmed with the drama. Maybe it was also the queasiness from air travel? He could not tell. He patted Danaë's shoulder and motioned that he was going to head to the restroom where he washed his face and stared into the mirror. The nerves of going to Atlas were hitting him. He knew he'd be fine once there, but he was feeling it hard right now. Once he felt he had a grasp on his demeanor he exited, but he noticed that there was an area he had not yet explored; the entertainment area. He stood in the open doorway. A few others were there watching a movie he did not know. He would shuffle in and find an empty spot on the sofa next to a few others he had never met. A white haired guy with huge horns and a blue haired girl.
He wouldn't say anything to them. He just sat there pretending to watch the movie, but inside he was disturbed. Something just felt off about this trip. He didn't know what, but it felt like a thought he couldn't remember was trying to resurface. Something ominous.

Rҽιƙƙα Cҽɾυʅҽαɳ : Team CADT (Cadet)
She spotted Dee arriving about 5 minutes behind her and waved back, sweated with an awkward grin at Auburn's dark tirade about what's been on her mind, and Valleria seemed uncomfortable being with them in the crowd. Reikka came back and took Auburn's passport card to read it for her: "Sienna Carmine, 19.... and, 'Managerie'?" She read out loud. Then Auburn made a very open comment about how she was feeling, and Val was quick to make a deduction based on the grounds that they were late. Reikka's expression began with a slight grimace as she observed and listened to the unsavory exchange between Auburn and Valleria. As her face scrounged up; brows furrowed, lips pursed and her eyes narrowed slightly as she didn't approve of what was going on between them, Auburn's words seemed to cut through Reikka like a blade.... she was the one who told her about the child, and she felt a little too responsible about not being able to do anything about it during that time. Pitting Valleria against Aubrun was an interesting scenario: it was literally like fire going against ice, and vice versa. Reikka decided it was time to speak up before this marred their group cohesions any further. "I understand, Sienna. We really don't know what conditions the child is enduring with the Red Fang, and we cannot trust them to raise YOUR kid because they are horrible people, faunuses or not. I would know, they threw a bunch of psychological humbug my way and all I could do was take it as it came." Reikka was beginning to see that you could trust Aubrun to handle things with a certain maturity that other young women didn't have. Time in a death pit would do that to people, she guessed. But Reikka could only imagine the kind of emotional pain Auburn was in --- and she understood that she would eventually have to face her demons by going back into that viper pit if she did intend to free her daughter eventually. Rei had already quietly absolved to help her out in any way if she could.
It was the least she could do, since Auburn has saved them on multiple occasions and she considers her a friend despite her often unfounded impulses. Then she gently turned to Valleria, "And with all due respect Miss Teal, we made it and we are here. We're only late because you got here a few pints earlier. Its really no big deal. And Auburn is right. You can't judge someone's experiences on a surface level just because you don't see it through their eyes and don't know about any of it on a personal level. If everyone thought that way, we would all be reduced to a bunch of savages who can't look out for anyone other than ourselves, which isn't what being in a team means." She looked between the two as the words she led out seemed to release some of the tension, including Dee, who was rather surprisingly being quite civil about everything despite knowing he usually did not know what to say in most situations. She thought that was rather sweet of him, and realized at the back of her mind she didn't know much about Dee compared to Auburn, since they've known each other the longest and Auburn tended to be more vocal about things than Dee. Her first impression of Valleria though was mixed; the girl seemed focused and determined, but a little rough with her consideration of others and her manner of interacting with everyone. She didn't know much about her, since she was the newest person on the team. She didn't blame any of them though; Reikka understood everyone went through things that made them who they were. She wasn't about to attempt to change people just because they didn't surmount too much to her expectations in terms of balances with their personality traits. Everyone who will pass through this world will never pass again, and Reikka had a deep respect for things that made people who they were. There will never be another bunch of individuals like them, so the least she could do was let people grow the way they wanted to.
As her teammates gathered at the dock, the stream of students arriving began to slow down a bit. Soon the crowd began to gather unbearably around them, closing in on the tightening spaces as the last few members arrived at the scene. "Do you guys want to find a good spot to wait at the edge of the crowd until the ship arrives? I can practically feel other people's sweat on me." Then without further asking any more questions or waiting for a reply, she followed Valleria and motioned to them to move to the right until they found an opening and then a secluded corner from where everyone else stood from the dock's center, where the crowd was the most concentrated at. "Follow me...." Then the smell of rotting eggs started to pique her nose and then she just had to get her team out of the spot. She said as she motioned to them, until they found a shady and more thinned out spot at the outer rim of the crowd. She didn't mind being close to people physically, but as the crowd continued to shift around them, the humidity coming from the growing collection of body heat started to get to her. People's body funk could be perceived at such close ranges too, and that did not settle too well in her mind. And about 20 minutes later, the craft that was to bring them to their mission would land solidly and smoothly on the platform. All the students seemed to turn in unison at the arriving craft as soon as it drew closer to the loading dock.
There was a solid release of pressure as the flying craft securely docked into the bay area. Steam and hot air can be seen floating from the metallic surface, and there was an audible 'clink' as the base of the vehicle made contact with the ground. As they got on, Reikka made sure to look around her and study everyone. Most looked scared, others nervous, while some of them had a kind of burning determination behind their eyes. She could tell which ones were the most experienced and seasoned students. But did that mean that they would live to tell another tale? Who knew. Then a bunch of officers began to encircle Auburn. Did they intend to restrain her during the ride? Reikka, shocked at what was going on, felt the need to get in between Auburn and the restraining officers. For a split second she considered it, but decided against it at the last possible minute. "Hey! What is all this about?" Then Auburn vocally challenged and explained everything in a single go. Reikka felt anger surge, her hands balling into fists, but there was nothing she could do but watch as the injustice unfolded before her. Were they seriously going to take the testimony of another student, who was the one who abandoned them to their deaths in that hellish pit, just because his word seemed more attestable than actual witness accounts? Auburn was right once again, she did save their lived in that mission. And now, they were repaying her efforts with THIS? The utter preposterousness of the implications made Reikka want to beat and slice the guards down to a pulp.

It took some convincing, but eventually their dear teammate was back to good spirits once more and she was glad for it. Henryk's retort about Binx smothering him made the girl smile a bit before feeling sad, his comforting touch made her heart melt a little."Thank you, Henryk,"Chlo's eyes said before attentions were on Remus once more."Indeed,"Chloris agreed simply before they were off and she was hand-n-hand with her best friend. Their tour ended, she would notice the blush and meekness on their team leader's face before both were back to normal.
As they had their choices to now be made, she would jump slightly from the surprise lancer before it was shot out of the air and sighed."We should be used to that in a bit,"The petite young woman commented before they would iron out their plans, all having put in their thoughts. Mossy-green and emerald eyes widened with pleasant surprise when Remus would reveal a gift for her, giggling from Mimic's comment. Replying she'd open it in the cabin, she would do just that when they'd get there. Revealing the gift to be a bamboo of sorts, she would jump up and hug Remus tight in thank you.
Their stuff secured and seeming to be in order, she would leave her quarterstaff in the room as well before they would leave to find entertainment. There was a commotion from a rather obnoxious young female voice, but like her leader, she would not get involved for now. Instead, she would keep up with her companions to a semi-private theater room, making some popcorn for herself since she loved more salt on hers and a sweet iced tea. She would sit with Henryk between Remus and herself while The Goonies started, just them for a bit before she felt the opposite side sag a bit. Her eyes would glance to the side, taking note of the slightly older student beside her."Great, another tall tree."Chloris thought and looked to the young man."Hey,"Chlo kindly greeted softly yet audibly, before returning attentions to the movie, her head eventually resting on Henryk's shoulder.

Danaë just wanted to hug Narx, but he seemed to be a bag of nerves. She would look to the student that was being arrested. "I have no clue. However, they should have just arrested her at her dorm. Doing it in the open seems like a show...Ho-oh" The hoot was a little nervous this time. She would watch Narx walk off. She would hoot once again, sadly.

Danaë would walk over to two seats, and put her stuff on it. Once Narx got back to the seat, she would pat her shoulder for him to lay his head on. If he did it, she would start to hum a calming tune. There was a lot that they needed to do, but they would do it together, no matter what team they were put on. It was always them, and it would always be them.

Remus also looked over to the window that the Lancer had struck. The bang was almost immediately followed by the cacophony of autocannons opening up. The Lancer soon being blasted to pieces as a few of the rounds found the target. He nodded his head once in agreement to what Chloris said. It was likely the would happen more frequently once the ship had moved further and further away from more protected airspaces. He just hoped that it didn't become so common place that the sound of the ships guns firing just because a constant background noise. Getting back to the topic at hand they settled on their plans. Chloris appreciated the portable plant he gave her and giggled when Henryk said Remus should of thought about him too. Remus just put on a show of sighing dramatically before playfully retorting, "If our room is any clue Chloe doesn't relax very well without something green around. She's much too serious to actually think of bringing a plant with her though. I'm surprised you didn't sneak your gameboy into your bag without my help." Remus started for their room. "You should check your bag when we get there anyway." He said over his shoulder as he lead the way back.
The group paused in a junction of two corridors to look into a commotion. Chloris made no move to get involved and Henryk was watching them, clearly intending to only get involved if they did. Remus glanced down the hall again and thought about it for a bit. They were noisy but it didn't seem like anything was really going to happen so he started to walk again. With no one moving to get involved the other two would follow after him eventually. When they get to the room Henryk would find his game system had been added to his bag, along with some of the games Remus likes to play as well as his usual go tos. They wouldn't need it right now. They were off to the entertainment room to find a movie to watch just as soon as they were finished with their stuff. When they got there Henryk set up the player with the movie The Goonies. He then joined Chloris in making up some popcorn to just the way they like it. Remus also did so, he liked his with rich butter flavor. Remus would take his seat on the other side of Henryk. As the movie played a bit of movement alerted him that others had joined them in watching the movie. The new arrivals were sitting next to Chloris on the far side of the long segmented sofa. Remus also noticed that Chloe was resting her head on Henryk's shoulder. He chuckled internally. 'Poor Henryk. He seemed to really want to watch this though I don't think he will be able to focus on the movie very well like that.'
