Hello I'm Sal. I hang around the GCD and CB. Among other things I have minor obsession with a pokey little motoring show on the BBC and the NPC Edmund.
I think the plot is one of those things that has set Gaia aside from the other dress-up avatar sites. I'd hate to see it go. I look forward to those little manga updates and I love being part of the events.

Hey guys.
I'm Ronda. I'm one of those wrinkly old-timers whose been around here since January '04. I was here to witness the birth of the manga, to watch the NPCs be introduced, grow, and develop. To watch Gaia itself evolve from infancy.
These characters became near and dear to my heart, and the manga is one of the main things that made me really fall in love with Gaia. ( Also - you couldn't beat the epic RP from back in the day. )
I've sat by and watched as this site, something that I love so dearly and holds so much sentimental and nostalgic feels for me, be driven into the ground by poor business practices, greedy CEOs, and countless other ailments. Now our manga is in jeopardy. The NPCs and the manga are such an important part of this community. The "life blood" as someone else said in this thread.
I don't intend to sit quietly while yet another feature of Gaia is destroyed.

I'm from the GCA fanthread like a few others here and because of it I've had more fun than I ever thought I could on Gaia and I'd hate to see them die out if we lose the plot.

Scythes, Watermelon, and Flowing Breezes.
These are the things that bring me Joy. Hello, Xashowd here! Lover of Scythes, Watermelon, and the element of Wind. Even when my activity on Gaia waned, it was the unique events and stories that kept me coming back even more than the items. I've joined this movement to help preserve that which makes this site stand out among so many others. As for what I love most, the Mythos and the Character Interaction are my favorite parts of any good story. Learning the lore of a particular world and seeing characters engage in conversation or witty banter is something I enjoy in the Games I play, and it's something I enjoy in Gaia's story as well. That it may fall to the wayside just because it doesn't directly bring in money is something I don't want to see happen. Thus, I'll do what I can to help ensure the Manga isn't forgotten or left behind. I am Xashowd, the Nocturne Zephyr!

Hi I'm dragonmonkey aka DM or dragon or monkey (I'm finally giving into any shortening of my username...why fight it?). I'm more fun than a box of chocolates (whether that's true or not is meh. It's like my mantra or motto when introducing myself).
I draw..rarely..I like to find stuff. I probably would have been better off as a researcher than what my true RL job is... I've been around since July of 2004. I love mashup threads. My favorite event was the Zurg. Everything was chaos and yet there was a true sense of community, one that hadn't really happened before and one that hasn't happened on that scale since.
I followed the yellow brick road laid out in the Paparazzi thread and that's how I came to be here.

I'm a gamer, I have two part-time jobs (receptionist, daycare worker), and I'm also currently taking a child development course at a community college.
My games are League of Legends, and slowly GW2 again. I also RP online, though I admit I'm only just now getting into it on Gaia!
I am here because Slick is cool and also because I've grown up in and around Gaia. I think it's seriously sad that we're at risk for losing any kind of plot and world continuity. It's clear that people want it, and I want to support my friends, who are admittedly more passionate about it than I am.

it has been 12 hours since my last plot fix side comics just can't di it for me anymore. I need many pages so I can chop them up and make fart jokes and subway jokes and plaster Johnny k's head over everything with the occasional high brow humor just to spice it up...

I like making people laugh is that so wrong?

I will be on and off because I'm currently in school, but I am excited to help anyway I can.
I support the plot and NPC's fully.
I've been Gaian since 06 and a member of E-Corp from the beginning...of E-Corp...
E-Corp is the only thing that has kept me an active over the last couple of years, so of course, I support saving the plot!

I love the plot because it makes me feel involved in things. I also the silly smashups and jokes people used to do to the comics.

Hey peeps. I guess you could say I was brought in by a signature that had Cresento X Nicolae art in it. I kind of went OMFG WTF YES YES YES! So I had to check you guys out, lol. whee
Anyways I have been around for a while and have always loved the manga and the plot. Lately it has been feeling very slow and now I know why. It's very sad. I still remember being really excited when big stuff happened and I'd like to see the manga tie into holiday events again. I will gladly support the cause.
