They got the position of Crew along with the role, because of how much is necessary for the position. It's just a thought. Someone who's going to be leader/med cat is going to need to be active anyway. That takes care of any inactive crew issue that might rise up, and they can regulate the members within their own Clan roleplay. And then we can have separate crew applications for a particular role we need, such as regulation in the other forums or crowd control. It could be a subsection of its own; RP Crewmembers would be Crewmembers who are leader/med cats in a certain thread. C:

First Suggestion: Mass send a message (Announcement) alerting all current members (Excluding anyone who never actually posted or only ever managed one or two posts in the first place) that the guild is going to be revamped. Provide a thread where they can sign up their cats to be adopted out, killed, or kept in their possession. I suggest cats with little to no relations in the story (excluding recently created cats) or no real significance to the main story-line, be removed/killed (Unless the owner clearly wants to keep it). Any cats with ties to others should be kept, assuming the cats they have ties to are going to bet kept as well and people are willing to take them. Perhaps add a 'relations' thread for members--- My friend used this in his guild and people seem to react to it well. Every member can basically set up a thread for their cat, where others can apply to be friends/enemies/crushes/kin/etc to that persons cat and discuss unfoldings and ideas. It helped push the story along immensely. Uh. . . I'm a bit tired so this is all I managed right now.. I should clarify this applies to the members who won't be returning/are quiting and leaving their cats in your hands.

I agree with iTristopher about the thread for signing up cats,
but I have to say I personally think that there should be a thread, like he said, where you say which cats you want to keep and which one's you want to get rid of.
For example, I love love LOVE Falconwind, Dustpaw, and Alera; but I don't really want to keep Birdflight and Rabbitpaw.
Also, I think a thread for the guild members to post if they want to continue being active in the guild, and then keeping a list of the members.

@Timber: I like that idea. I think that would work out well, and would provide kind of a padding in the crew workarea for those that have to go on hiatus. So far I've only gotten two crew applications, so I'm a little disappointed in the turnout. I was definitely hoping to have more. My crew idea kinda backfired on me, so this one might end up being the backup!
@Tristopher: Indeed, I was thinking the same thing. I was in a guild that had that set up, and it worked out very well. I know I found it easier to keep track of. And I didn't even realize we had a members profiles thread, until Timber linked it in here! xD But yeah. I think that that will probably be posted in the Cat Profiles thread. That way people can update their cats without having to type out a long winded bio as well as see who is interested in becoming part of a certain cats' storyline or whatever.
@Ember: Yep, that's going to be posted very soon. All the revamp threads are going to be moved/posted in the main forum, because all the other subforums are going to be cleaned out and most likely locked until the re-grand opening. Except for the libraries and roleplay threads, of course.
Also, the roleplay threads are going to be temporarily locked a little bit before the re-grand opening just to be moved to the library and re-created with a better system. I still need to talk it over with Asian, but that's just in the tentative stages. But for right now, roleplay on! ( :

I wanted to apply for the crew position but 'Must have 50 posts in guild' kinda put a stop to that. Anyhoo, I'm saving the rest of my cat limit for after the re-grand opening. If theres any positions you need filled thereafter, that I would be applicable for, give me a holler.

Well, as for graphics or pictures, we'll definitely need art for our chapter banners. We have the series banner finished, and I believe the first chapter as well, but I don't want to burden Timber with having to create all of them. If you would like to help out with that, or creating banners for events. I will let you know!

First of all, i'd like to welcome everyone back and wish for this guild to revive successfully and stay in that fashion! But most importantly, have fun like we used to! (Corny level: 6)
Anyways, I've been skimming through all your ideas and I've agreed with some and pondered a few. I have some ideas of my own and wish to share them with all of you. Also I apologize in advance for re-stating ideas that other members might have mentioned. I didn't have the chance to read all of them due to the fact that my hiatus is still pending and i'm in a bit of a rush right now----HOLY CRAP I HAVE TO GO SOON! Also I will make all my information short so it won't be a bore.
Back to the topic..hehe ;;
Suggestion 1: Character Management
Since WTNC is starting fresh with a new story plot, I believe members should PM me or leo about which characters they want to keep and lose. Now there are both negative and positive factors to this decision, i'm always keeping them in mind. I wouldn't be surprised if people disagree, possibly because they're concerned if this ditching fashion will continue. Frankly, I agree the chances of members creating new characters and deceasing them shortly after could be an irritating problem that can escalate. But I believe creating a rule to prevent this (which we already have) and being more strict will prevent that from ever happening. But looking to the positive side..
If we're starting fresh, then we need to roleplay the characters that we'll ENJOY roleplaying, not ones that we are forced to.
It's important to highlight the fact that one of our main goals is to provide a fun roleplay. Yes, I can share the burden of keeping characters that we aren't fond of but I still try my best to ignore that thought. And it isn't always easy to delete a character, that is if you want to stay faithful to the effects that may take place to other members and the roleplay itself.
But I believe this new start is a great opportunity for this idea to take place. This kind of chance will be rare and only happen on certain occasions. And also, i'd like to mention that I will only be satisfied with this decision if others are as well. The last thing I want to do is cause discomfort to others.
If this idea were to initiate, then here are some points that should be mentioned...
- If members possess a character with an important rank but wish to diminish them, then I suggest that the new character created will be taking that high-ranked position but will, of course, be a full-blooded clan cat. Also their reasons of becoming deputy will be judged by Leo, me and Timber (If you wish c smile . It must be reasonable and logical as well.
But anyways, this is my opinion and feel free to comment.

But a few things happened involving well, from the beginning a broken computer, then Gaiaonline being blocked at school, to a new computer, then a broken and still broken wireless router.
