Waterside and Longstride, sitting in a tree...Kin Name: Waterside Link to cert: http://matope.pixel-blueberry.com/images/raisin/waterside.gif Personality: Tough, sarcastic... but deeply feminine. Keeps her emotions to herself. Relationship: I don't think Waterside would ever formalize what they have with words, or indeed expect any kind of fidelity out of Longstride, but I think their bond is strong. They have five kids (the Tidewalkers clutch (phoenix found it!)). They will eventually have many more. Although Waterside feels tied to the shoreline and her family there she admires (and is smitten by) Longstride's wanderlust, and she enjoys hearing his stories despite her snipey comments and secret opinion that they are greatly embellished. Aesthetic: All I know is she is almost definitely bald (she might wear a head scarf or hood though) and dark-skinned and probably has a general tribal aesthetic given her RP background. They live in a cave in the borderlands and are about to have their first clutch. This family will eventually turn into a tribe, headed by Meets & Slide (for a while at least). Longstride and Waterside, sitting in a tree... Kin Name: Longstride Link to cert: xPersonality: Here!Relationship: Longstride is not the type to profess love to anyone (except, arguably, himself), but he does love Waterside, and she is what has kept him on the beach for so long. They have five kids, and potentially many more: another one is in the works. Currently Longstride is trying to persuade Waterside to leave the beach to wander the swamp and its surrounding areas with him. She is the only person he has ever asked to travel by his side. Aesthetic: Ripped jeans, crossed belts, worn clothing. Think something like Crocodile Dundee -- well-worn clothing suited to the outdoors, a few bangles and armbands, potentially a necklace. She's obsessed with smells and finding the perfect scent for herself. Oh, and she can't stand it when kin smell bad, so she'll usually gift them a particularly strong perfume (advised to be used after a bath, of course.) Aesthetic: Mm, something like how Arwen (from LotR) or Morgana (from BBC's Merlin) dresses. Chibis: None.

Meets will be the clan matriarch; Slide himself is incredibly self-possessed and blunt. His attempts at being sweet or romantic are somewhat awkward, but they are completely honest. He is a bit wild and dislikes change, but Meets is taming that. Aesthetic: Slide is based on the Fremen from Dune, and would wear a long blue cloak over a stillsuit: basically a skin-tight bodysuit with a facemask (though he doesn't have to have this). His hair is dark, skin tanned, and his eyes are blue-in-blue (blue sclera and blue iris). Google Fremen for examples. Chibis: [How many chibis do you have from me?] Just one - Eclipse.

Bright's sort of always been oblivious to the whole concept of liking bucks /and/ does, so, once he confirmed he liked does, he sort of closed that book. And then he met Clem. This is their roleplay, it's currently in the works, but it does give a good idea of... well, how smitten they become with eachother. >w< Aesthetic: Bright is very, very tall. A foot taller than Clem, actually, when footwear's accounted for?
