A man whose true height was stunted by his slightly hunched posture slipped into the bar, his eyes closed tightly, almost as if he were in pain. Despite this, he was still able to navigate around the room on the sounds of the people alone, though he was left mostly oblivious to whatever situations may be unfolding within the establishment. Not that he really cared, the pain was unbearable right now; he couldn't even open his mouth even a crack without a searing pain exploding from his cheek.

He was dressed in knee-length black shorts made from material unidentifiable from a distance, a metal fly clearly visible on the front, sealed, with the zip secured up the top by a two button strap. He wore a black vest made of the same material, left open to expose close to the entirety of his well-muscled chest. His feet were mildly protected by braided leather sandals but his hands were completely bare: the usual claws he wore for combat removed as to disguise his identity, his choker which bore the symbol of Otogakure similarly removed. Those who needed to know he was a Chuunin in service to the village would already know him, and those who didn't, wouldn't.

Shinzou found a seat not in the exact middle of the bar but between the middle and the far end. He sussed out the seat some listening and fumbling with his hands, thankfully not fumbling with or fondling any innocent bystanders in the process. He plonked himself down loudly and cracked his eyes open to a squint and scanned the room, before raising his right arm into the air and opening his mouth to speak; the pain of doing so causing his left eye to close tightly, however he persevered:

" 'Ey, Mr. Sexy Barmon, I could be using a drink here, me wisdom tusk been giving me da pains again. Da usual, alcoholic, hard, and straight, just like me late night fantasy. Oh, and a kiss on da cheek as well, if ya can manage it, mon." exclaimed Shinzou rather loudly, gesticulating his raised arm as he did.

His other hand had found its way to his head, playing with the big plume of hair that he had styled at the front, as his one open eye watched the barman in anticipation, with almost predatory intention: not shifting its gaze at all.

"Just the usual." Yasa chuckled, looking up as a familiar face entered the bar. One he occasionally wished wasn't quite so familiar. Grabbing a bottle from behind him, he was about to stand up, when the amnesiac boy walked up. "Eager to do some work eh? Alright." He shrugged, handing the boy the bottle he had previously grabbed. "Go ahead and take that to him for me?" He said, pointing out the man who had just sat down. "A bit of advice though." He said in a mock whisper. "Keep out of arms reach." He sat back again, smiling an oddly gleeful smile. If there was one thing he loved more than his bar, it was messing with people. But was it the perverted chuunin he was messing with, or the enigmatic boy?

Yasa gave a friendly smile as Kye entered the bar and came over. It'd been awhile since she'd been over for a visit. "Of course." He replied, bowing slightly, a common show of respect for the woman's stature, both known and unknown. "I heard you went on a trip Konaga-dono, any good news for me?" He was of course referring to the increase of trade the village, and nation, had been hoping for. The trade itself would bring in profit for the merchants and farmers, and they would in turn need protection from the village.

Turning to Tenza for a moment, as he didn't want the boy to feel as if he'd been brushed aside, Yasa handed him a piece of paper with a coded message on it, one that only jounin and up in the village could decipher. "Take that to Taki for me, alright?" He said, waving towards the door. The note was a basic summary of their mission, though he doubted the duo-man would be happy when he read it.

"News? Well I suppose my discussions with the Hokage could be deemed as such. Somewhat boring if you ask me. The new Hokage seems complacent and gentle, which leads to good talks, at least in terms of the tone. As expected however, Konoha should be amenable to the idea. They are close by and are strong in their own right, they would have nothing to fear of a mutual agreement with us and lots to gain. I am confident that new trading routes will be open soon, we may even receive visitors sometime soon." Kye hadn't looked back at Yasa the entire time, but rather had been watching the new face in the room, analyzing him for a long while. He was physically quite different from most, it seemed almost that he had a rare disease of some type by the color of his skin, but Kye had seen others like him before.

"Either way, Konoha now knows of us though. Whether the talks go well or not, you should at least know that. That forest path is getting more dangerous by the day. I had the misfortune of having to deal with some bandits. It would be nice if some people were to take care of it for us, don't you agree old friend?" At this point, Kye turned to face him, raising her eyebrow slightly at her last sentence, knowing that Yasa would pick up on the subtle signal. Also, it would mean she would like her usual, a spicy chicken stew over rice and whatever drink Yasa fancied to give her that day. Twisting her neck until a distinctive crack could be heard, she then kept her back to the young man and the operative behind her and addressed Yasa more directly.

"So, what's new with you? Anything exciting I should know about?"

"I would exchange my life to ensure that my country never sees war again."

Kye knew that Yasa knew that a trade agreement with the 5 great nations coupled with a non-aggression pact with all of them would benefit the Otogakure immensely and would most likely protect them on all fronts. If they stuck to their neutrality and made strict regulations regarding the fact that war and fighting were prohibited in the Rice Country, they could all enjoy a long lasting peace. Kye was not so naive to think that this would be as simple as all of that however, but it was a step towards a goal which would, at the very least, make the village stronger and therefore more capable of defending itself if needed, and if they opened trade with all other villages, every village would have a stake in the Otogakure's well being, making them less likely to do it any harm.

"Hmmph, well... I can say there was no serious damage done to me or to those carrying the goods, unless you account for their possible mental scarring. However, I'm sure there were more from where those thugs came from. They were brutes, nothing more. A handful of children could have taken them down" Again, Kye was sure that Yasa would pick up on the subtle details she was dropping regarding what would be needed for the mission she was describing to him. In the meantime however, she accepted the scroll which was offered to her and looked quizzically at it. "From Master DaiChi eh? Must be interesting..." Casting a quick glance at the boy again as Yasa gestured to him, Kye opened the scroll and read the note, intrigued by it. "Hmmph, very interesting indeed." She said handing the scroll back to Yasa, assuming he would take and destroy it as soon as possible. "I'll have to see what I can do for him."

"As to the details of my trip to Suna, you would be most welcome to join me. Seems like you've done your homework as usual. I'm sure the Otokage wouldn't mind approving you to join me, especially due to the nature of your interest. I'll be sure to ask him about it at our meeting, but I'm sure that he'll enjoy the prospect of easing the negotiations by whatever means you can provide. If sake is her vice, then I'm sure your usual high quality brew should do nicely to begin open trade negotiations. Once the foot is in the door there, everything else should fall into place nicely."

Shinzou watched as the drink was brought to him by a young boy whose exact age was indeterminable, however he was clearly younger than Shinzou, and most likely very much not an adult. He'd also seen Yasa's little performance of whispering to the boy, most likely warning him how "dangerous" Shinzou was. So when the boy came so close to him to make the delivery of the drink, Shinzou was honestly surprised, though he wouldn't show it.The boy was too young to have any fun with though, so Shinzou simply accepted the drink and began draining a good portion of the contents straight away, however he stopped when the boy turned to walk away.

True, not doing anything at this point would be a good way of ruining Yasa's fun and thus showing Yasa how displeased he was with the man choosing to use a courier for his drinks. However, he realized he could ruin his fun and get his own jab in through this boy, the poor thing, caught in such a childish battle.

Shinzou extended his pointer finger on his right hand and pointed at the boy's back, extending a very slender and invisible thread of chakra from that finger to the back of the boy's neck. The kid would likely experience a strange feeling, as if there was a spider web clinging to the back of his neck, insisting he turn back to face Shinzou.

"Boy, I got'sa message for ya to be deliverin', to Yasa. Ya tells him, if he be doin' dis too often I won't be givin' him no more mojo. Dat's not all either-" said Shinzou to the boy, before he completely drained his drink.

Shinzou held out the empty bottle he'd basically sculled, wanting the boy to take it back to Yasa, however, unknown to the boy, Shinzou had attached some more invisible threads to this bottle.

"Take dis back to him, put it in da scaredy cat's hands and when he be holdin' it you tells him dis: 'It just ain't be as good unless I be da one removin' the tendin' outfit'. Got'it, mon?"

Shin felt a odd sensation on his neck, as he wiped at it he wiped at his neck turning thinking the man had something to do with it, once turned the man spoke n his odd accent, not sure what was going but seeing he was in the mists of some sort of spat, child or serious he was unsure but it was apparent that this man and Yasa knew each other.

Taking the bottle and looking it over Shin looked at the man and said "I dink I know what ya be wanting me to do mon, dun ya worry I will make sure da man get his hands on da bottle." as Shin spoke in the accent that the man used his facial expression were the same as when he first spoke to the man in his normal tone. He wiped at his neck once more as he walked back over to Yasa dodging the traffic of the bar as swiftly as he moved to the man.
Once he made it back to Yasa he tossed the bottle at him giving him two options, catch it or let it crash and break into the ground, it was a slow arched tossed that Shin was positive the man would notice and have plenty of time to grab.

[The following is assuming you catch the bottle, if not pay no attention to the following.]

Shin sat a seat over from the women talking to Yasa giving her a small nod before he addressed Yasa saying "He wanted me to pass this message on." Clearing his thoat Shin repeated what the he was told. "If ya be doing dis too often he wont be givin ya any more mojo, and it just ain't be as good unless I be da one removin the tendin outfit." Shin repeated everything as close as possible as how the man said it. He decided to wait on what Yasa had to say before finding out if there was anything their would be for him to do.
