Situation: Waking up in the Hospital
Time: Early morning - early morning
Present: Adhara, Silas, Noah, Haleriun, Corentine, Lirona & Adelle Adelle mumbled softly to herself in her sleep, wriggling in her mother's lap yet noticing that she somehow... didn't fit quite as well as she used to. At least, not as well as she had when they'd gone to sleep. When she opened her eyes, the waiting room was completely black. Sutry clung to Niita, who responded tiredly by holding the little tentacle back while Adelle waited for her pupils to widen and the world to come back into her sight. The first thing that she noticed made her blush just a bit, and that was that the skirt she was wearing showed much more than she liked, and she was immediately glad for the darkness and the seeming lack of other conscious people.
Then there was the more pleasant surprise that had her pull the front of her shirt out, peering down at what were a set of slight lumps on her chest, nothing much but given the fact that she was only a child, they made her face brighten dramatically. She jumped up, pulling Sutry away from his favourite 'person' with a jerk that woke her mother, and she did a little dance in the middle of the waiting room in spite of what had happened to her uncle the night before. He was okay and she was grown, there should be celebrations!!
"Mommy!!" she said, a little too loud, then dropping her voice and continuing to grin happily. "Mommy, lookit, I got bigger 'gain!!" she whisper-yelled, flapping her larger, more dangerous wings happily.
Adhara was less than enthused, giving a half-hearted smile to her daughter and rubbing at an eye. "I can see that, baby girl. We'll have to do somethin' about those clothes of your's, though," she commented, pushing up off of the chair, her tentacles lifting up to wrap around her arms and continue their form of sleeping there while Adhara took hold of her daughter's hand.
