Thea seemed sincere in what she said. And, furthermore, as the Gypsy Clan was composed of wanderers, there would be little she could do to force the siblings to go back. Not even Rina knew what route the clan would take yet.
"Yes, I have seen them. They wished to join the Gypsy Clan."
If this modifox knew how passionate the two were about wandering, then perhaps they were not quite so impulsive as Rina had originally thought.
Still, she did wish to give them some time to be certain that a life of wandering was what they truly desired. Commitment to a tribe or clan was one of the most important things, and should not be taken lightly.
Rina didn't say much, but Ari knew what wasn't being said, about how the two hadn't been allowed to fully join the clan yet. He had his suspicions for why, but he wasn't about to say anything. If Thea wanted to question Rina about it, that was fine. But it was Rina's tribe, and Thea's family: it wasn't his place to go poking around in those matters.
Although he couldn't remember Thea saying anything about a Vitali and Vitani in her family. Come to think of it, he didn't think he knew much about Thea's family at all.

Thea let out a large grin at the mention of a tribe. "Good," She said relievedly. "Now we don't have to worry about them getting...well, not lost, but hurt, or separated from each other. You've eased my mind, and I thank you," She bowed her head to each Elder then retreated a few steps away to let them continue their conversation. She was truly happy that they had found a calling, a pla--No, a family to call their own. Thea had to stop herself from saying a 'place to call home', because really, they weren't tied to just one place. Thea almost felt jealous of the twins, but she knew that she couldn't really live out there, not having anywhere to come home to, not have a waiting family there if she needed them. She smiled lightly as she saw her strange family in her mind's eye: Marina, strong and playful, Sparkio, brave and stubborn, Conny, in all his Elderly glory, Ricky....Well, she was just Ricky. There wasn't really a way to describe her sister. Furii, whom she barely ever saw, Skype, cold and distant as ever, Lila (and Sieg, she supposed), Fiyero, loud and laughing, and her new little nieces and nephews, still in their BCRs, blissfully unaware of the world that would become a part of. In her mind's eye, there they all were, standing in front of the cave, tails wagging happily, welcoming Thea back. She turned her attention back to the siblings; though they didn't really look terribly similar, they both had an air of grace, and wisdom about them, and a feeling of great dignity and....almost pride, but at the same time, a great feeling of humbleness. It was something, seeing those two, standing across from one another. It was surely something.

Ari waited a moment, to make sure neither Thea nor Rina had anything else to add. He knew that his adopted sister wasn't the sort of person who would speak for the sake of filling silence. She was comfortable with silence, and would be perfectly content to sit and wait until she had something to say until she spoke.
Although, it might be because she had noticed how curious he had looked when Thea mentioned her family, and she was simply giving him a chance to ask Thea about them. That would be like her, too.
"Your family, Thea? I haven't heard you speak about them much. Do you want to tell me about them?" It was important for him to know his tribe members, including not only who they were as individuals, but their past and their families as well. Both of those things were important in shaping one's personality, and so knowing them could give him a better understanding of one of his tribe members.
As she had thought, brother wanted to ask Thea about her family. Rina watched the two silently, trying to gain some understanding of how it was proper to manage a tribe. She had gained some knowledge from what brother had told her, and she had manged to come to understand a few things on her own as well. Still, observation was the best way to learn. She knew that brother was an excellent elder, and she wished to be a good one as well. The best way she could think of to do that was, of course, to try her best to emulate brother and his way of running his tribe.

Thea blinked at Ari, then smiled, chuckling softly to herself. "Let me start out by saying I am the only normal one of the bunch," She smiled slightly, as if remembering a private joke. "There's Marina, the eldest. She's a carer of Bateau, mated to a male of that tribe. She's just had kits." Thea positively beamed at the thought. "Then there's Sparkio, part of the Bamboo Tribe. He's...difficult to describe, you see, because his mood changes so often. Then there's me, Conundrum, the Elder of the new Enigma Tribe, and RickRack. RickRack is...unpredictable at best, terrifying at worst. She's scary hyper. She'd probably scare everyone in Lunarie all the way to Akatsuki lands." She chuckled. "Then there's Furii, who lives by herself in the desert, apparently with parts of a tribe." She shrugged. "Then came Skype..." She paused, frowning slightly. "Skype is a bit different than the rest of us. She's...mean, honestly..." Shaking her head, she returned to the present conversation. "Then came Lila and Fiyero, of course, Sparkio's kids...Then, Sophia, Vitani and Vitali. Sophie keeps to herself, we haven't spoken very much. I don't know her very well at all." Thea sighed. "I honestly left out little cave because it just got too loud. And I'm very glad I did," She smiled at Ari happily.

Ari returned the smile. "And I am glad you came here, as well."
Bateu, Bamboo, Enigma--which had to be relatively new, if he hadn't heard of it before, and even two (possibly) in his sister's tribe--he could tell that she was avoiding stating one way or another whether or not the pair had been accepted into her clan, so Ari would not push the matter. All in all, it came to a rather diverse group. His own family was rather more uniform by comparison.
"It has been a while since I have been around other modifoxes, so the names Engima and Akatsuki mean little to me. Could you please explain them?"
Engima was, as the carer Thea had said, a tribe. But Rina knew nothing about it: not its principles, nor its lands; all she knew was what Thea had just stated, the name of the elder.
Akatsuki, it could be presumed, was another tribe of some sort, if they possessed lands. Yet the name was foreign to Rina, and she wished to know more of it. As an elder, the workings and concerns of other tribes were of great importance to her. She needed to know whether her Gypsy Clan might encounter hostility from another tribe.
Or whether another tribe might give them welcome; allow the Gypsy Clan to pass through the tribe lands, and perhaps be permitted to hunt and gather within the tribe lands. Tribe lands, in Rina's experience, tended to be far more prosperous than wild lands.
Although wild lands had their appeals, too, but that was in terms of beauty, not practicality. Wonderful scenery did little good when one was starving, to be certain.
