The odd thing about Tacitus is that when he walks through a door, he doesn't generally need to have been on the other side at the time before passing through it. Such is the case when the sound of moaning and joints cracking filters into the main room from down the hall to the arena. He wasn't truly there at the time, having nearly broken his neck some night previous, but as described, that didn't matter to him. The whole linear idea of time was so bland, stale even. Who in the hell wants to just walk when they can run, skip, spin, moonwalk, and do the electric slide?
Adorned in his customary green cargo pants with all the pockets ripped away and the ends frayed the first leg pops into being. As if passing through some invisible wall more of the man takes shape, first with dark green boots and then a belt buckle composed of an infinity set within an omega. As if born from dust a harness wraps out around his thighs and two oversized firearms nestle against his legs as if for warmth. A black shirt covers an average torso with no true definition, not even a single scar, with a long gunmetal gray coat stretching out behind him. A green visor hides a pair of mismatched green and orange eyes while a mess of ashen hair hides two small horns with the aid of a green beret, something he's not worn in ages. Trailing from his hands are a pair of handwraps only partially applied, unravelling about his wrists behind him.
The only thing he could think of to say as he strode into the main area? Simple, his aged voice croaked, "Some days I wish I wasn't so devoted to that idea that getting drunk is bad for me."

“Oni Oni Giri Giri. Onigiri. Oni Oni Giri Giri. Onigiri. “ Hotaru sang as she marched up the path leading to the club. Now that she had been there once, she was not actually lost now. If there were no path, then she probably would be lost though. Today she was dressed in her usual ninja clothes; black pants, a dark blue shirt and shoes with her Konoha headband. She stopped singing when she came up to the door and looked up at it. Being too short to reach the door, she looked around for something, anything to stand on. “Hmm…” she walked away from the door then came back holding a bunch of stones. I’m a ninja now so I have to do things myself. She thought as she piled the rocks in front of the door. She stood on the pile, slipped on the stones, and knocked her forehead on the door causing a thud to echo inside. Luckily, it did not hurt because of her headband. “Okay…Try something else..” she muttered then went in search again. The second time, she came back with one larger stone. It was large enough for her to stand on with one foot at least. She set it in front of the door then used it as a step to reach the doorknob. Her plan was a success and she managed to get the door open but in the process, she lost her balance and made a face plant on the floor. “Ah!.” THUD!

Tacitus had continued walking towards the main bar when the first thud echoed from the door. With a quick dash, much faster than his elderly frame looked as if it could support, he arced across the room and leapt behind the bar, spinning and drawing his two weapons as he did so. He didn't have a target, and so he didn't shoot, which cause him to hit the ground behind the bar with a sickening crack as the rest of his joints realigned themselves. He lay there for a moment until he heard another thus and the rood open beyond. His head popped up over the bar, right eye and left hand twitching, the latter of which held a sleek pistol with orange hues along the lines of the metal casing. Once he noticed who it was he stood up and holstered the gun, "Well thats odd... don't remember that in the history logs. Unless, of course, she's an alien from outside of time come to eat my brain. I do tend to hate them, the albino brain chiggers. They're everywhere, especially in this Cananada place, everytime it gets cold."

“Oww that hurt.” Hotaru muttered as she sat up and rubbed her nose a bit. She stood up and dusted herself off before she looked around a little. No one’s here.. She yawned then turned, going into the bar. She stopped at the entrance upon seeing the old man. She blinked with her head tilted slightly to the left. “Hello.”

((Take that as a yes. Oh wells. Time ta RP))
Darc appears above the arena, hanging upside down from the rafters above the ring, his nostrils flaring as he recalled all the old memories of fierce battles and losses in the ring against his friends. He smirks to himself and appears in the ring, clothed in rings upon rings of shackles overlaying his tight-fitting training wear.
"Sure 'as been a while."

((>.> Tac, Taquito, Tacitus, whatever. Tact does not compute, Darc. There's an I in there. XD))
His right eye continued to twitch as he looked over what appeared to be a small child. Ensuring his guns were holstered and strpped in he mentally instructed them to turn their safeties on, for the first time in several years. With a slight hop he was sitting up on the bar, "Unless you're some sort of devilgirl or some random magical entity that happens to be older than I am, I've got a feeling you don't belong here, little girl." He sat with ankles crossed but his knees set apart, leaning forward to rest his forearms on his kneecaps. He blinked, "I even think the law prohibits underage individuals from being in an establishment intended for the consumption of alcohol without a parent or guardian on hand."

Hotaru watched him, eyeing his guns until he had put the safety on them. She stared at him for a moment. He just seemed like an old geezer to her. “I’m not a devil girl and I’m not older than you….unless you’re younger than six.” she commented as she walked into the bar, looking around. “I was gonna visit Tao Tao but he’s not here I guess…You aren’t a police man right? So it’s fine as long as I don’t drink the stuff behind the counter.” She grinned at him. The wasn’t the first time she had been into a bar by herself.
