((How the ******** does one level somebody up!?! crying I beat all the non-hidden storylines. And...And how do I get fusion points? I need to fuse items to get people! Gah!!! I love the game but some of the aspects are so confusing.
Also...Beam struggles!! WTF!? I can never win...Like...Ever. And that was my strong suit in Budokai.))

Beam/Ball Struggles - aside from rotating the analogs (both at the same time is best), holding the, uhh....uhhm..... 9-9; ...one of those buttons will make your attack stronger. Pretty sure it's the same button you use for your special and ultimate moves. ::can't remember what buttons do for crap unless he's playing::
...as for leveling up, the best place is Ultimate Battle Z. Not only does winning on different difficulties net you some nice items, but, depending on what difficulty you set it on, you can get varying amounts of EXP with each win. Though, you can also go to a later storyline and find the Cell Jr.s to fght, which can give you some impressive EXP... . =;;

((All very good information. Though, unfortunately, even when I do the beam struggles, I still get my a** handed back to me.
And yes, I did beat the entire story mode. Omega Shenron dudeface thing.))
