Silently taking his leave of the two, Keno slips around, noticing the Wesleys have left, but little Ren is still around. She is talking Deity though and it's about time too he figures. He'll let them be alone for now. Miyu is still dealing with Damion on the most important thing between them for the better part of the rest of the year. In fact...it goes beyond that for certain. She will join an exclusive club soon alongside Merena and Satomi. Who would be next he wondered? He and Ichi were still not ready for such a thing and he was positive Jade and Deity weren't either. It was probably for the best though. Nothing was worse than having a child without being adequately prepared to care for it. He knew in his heart that not one out of the four of them would have any kids any time soon.
That left possibly Unks and Epithany, but at the rate things were going with them, she'd be using that magical birth control until the day she died. He sighed as he thought about it, making his way slowly for Miyuki and Damion. He had no intention of interfering with them, but he did mean to interrupt for just a moment.
He changed his mind though about the same time Caine left. He instead took to a barstool about four seats down from them. He saw Ichi for the most part enjoying herself and smiled, though inwardly he was cursing Tamashii for not having shown up or left a note. Where the hell did that devil go?

And suddenly the music was over and Red was gone, Valin nearly tripped over himself when she suddenly gone. He moved off the dance floor and over to the bar.
"Bar keep?" He suddenly wanted something strong and with a kick. Something purely Corellian would be nice. But he only had a few bottles left of pure, wonderful Corellian brandy and Corellian ale plus the spiced ale.
Valin chuckled. Not many Jedi drank, in fact it was believed by some of the other Masters that Jedi shouldn't drink alcohol at all or just very little. But asking a son of Corellia not to drink was like asking a rancor not to eat you. Wasn't going to happen.

Jade glanced over at Ichi and followed the kitsune over to the bar, but not to partake in the drinks. Jade knew herself a little better than that than to try drinking. She figured she had little tolerance for it, and wasn't willing to try and push it.
She did glance back over at Deity, seeing him with Ren alone now, still standing by the elevator. That man wouldn't move unless someone dragged him away, and as music filled the air around them, Jade was going to get him on that dance floor one way or another.
Making sure that Ichi was going to be alright, Jade stepped behind the bar counter to look for something sweet. She found some candy coated chocolate pieces and poured them into a small bowl. Standing up, Jade walked back around the bar and over towards the elevator and Deity and Ren.
Jade crouched down again to Deity's right, smiling at Ren and offering out the bowl of candy.
"Would you like some sweets Ren?"

He listened to this devi on earth speak to him. She was not only beautiful, she seemed to be extremely intelligent too. "What was it you wanted to know... Red?" He wasn't sure what to call her, her name was wonderful by itself but he felt that it wasn't enough to do her credit. "Whatever questions you may have..." He left it at that. He didn't really have much to talk about, and a subject he knew so well was comforting to talk about. She seemed to have something missing in her glance however. She seemed so calculating. So cold. So attractive...

The big mercenary was low on his emotional reserve. He was pissed off but for some reson he felt more like taking Miyuki back to the Deception than fighting with an interloper. He let out a sigh. Damion would have been singing in joy if the guy had shone up ten minutes earlier. Timing was everything.
Slowly and deliberately Damion uncoiled from his embrase with Miyuki. With his system already pumping with adrenalin it was with trimbling arms that he sat her down on her feet. Once he released her entierly anybody who was looking could see his hands shaking.
He balled them into fists.
Damion Wolf rose to his full height of six feet two inches with the grace of a life-long warrior and the reserve of a man who did not want to mar the greatest day of his life by bathing in the blood of an over curious fanboy. He turned to face Guardian slowly, letting him see the mask of neutrality that had settled over the left side of his handsom, if worn, face. Then, as he faced the man fully, the horrible scars on the right side of his face could be seen.
The Clanner was angry.
Anybody who was sensative to that kind of thing could feel a strange, feral energy radiating from him. And, although McKlain was magically retartded and could not sense his own aura much less anybody elses, he knew he had powers beyond his understanding and he knew how to - crudly - harness them. Pluss he had a gun. That always made him feel better.
"Freebirth," he muttered dryly. Had Guadian known anything about the Clans, he would have been insulted by that apparent observation. And, in an instant, McKlain had reveted back to his usual self.
Standing tall with the proud arrogance of a warrior and a man who knew exactally what he was capable of, Damion radiated the sort of arrogance that made people want to prove him wrong. And, no matter how tall his avisary was, he always managed to look down on them.
He inclined his head, his grin taking a mocking look to it. Obviously he did not take Guardian seriously.
"Hah. Run along, now."
And, with that, he turned his back on the man. He turned back to Miyuki, instead.

"Your eyes," she stated directly, not wasting a moment to make small talk. "No, not just your eyes, your entire essence, your aura and all is human and yet not human. You have been touched, blessed by a god that loves you have you not?" She was unsure of herself as she spoke, her ignorance in what he was and what had happened to him rearing its ugly head and upsetting her. She wanted to know what it was that made him stand out. Why were his eyes so much sharper, so much more special than normal human eyes? They looked no different physically, but she could feel another presence in him upon looking at them.
"I can't explain what I feel coming off of you, but it is as though you are always in the grace of something greater than yourself. Tell me what that is please."

The song was over and User picked up his daughter, who held on to his head and squeezed it. User chuckled, "Happy, silly girl?"
"Yes," said Sabrina happily, hugging her father's head more, "You danced with me." The little girl giggled again.
"Yes, I did. You got me to dance with you," User said - happily even. This little girl, his sweet daughter, made him happier than anything else on this world. Watching her grow up and raising her was the best thing he could have ever chosen to do. She made him proud and he loved her as only a father could. He couldn't imagine a parent not loving a child - the thought made him want to hurt people.
She squeezed his head again, "Yup, I did, silly daddy."
User chuckled, "You are the silly one, Sabrina." His child just giggled at him. "Now," User said to her, "Let's go visit Jade."

She felt herself being set down from McKlain's grasp, and instantly she had to grab onto the bar counter to keep her legs from giving out from underneath her. Miyuki watched faintly as he seemed to stand and stare down the man that had come over to them.
Not wanting to get into it and figuring she needed a moment of space between herself and the new daddy-to-be, she glanced over to see Keno seated nearby on one of the stools.
Instantly, she wiped at her eyes with the back of a gloved hand before weaving through the seats before she slid onto an available one right next to him. A light sniffle escaped her as she turned to look at him, her eyes wide and still shiny with unshed tears.
"Hey K-keno. Having fun tonight?" she asked faintly, trying to quirk up a small smile but finding it rather difficult. With her eyes bloodshot and puffy, she knew he'd instantly understand that she had been upset only previously.
Ah well. It didn't matter, anyways.

"My eyes?" Hmm... she wanted to start staight off into his life. How would he explain this? "I have spent the last, if I estimate correctly, 3 to 4 thousand years of my life... in prayer," he said in his strangely familiar accent. "I have surmised that I can understand, and speak this new language of yours due to the blessing of the Lady Vac. To her and many other gods I have prayed to intensively in those mountains of mine..." He broke his gaze with hers and looked off nostalgically. His life, truly wouldn't be the same. "I'm not even completely sure of what my name once was. But as I spoke to Keno, the name Sulochan came so suddenly to my lips. Perhaps that was another blessing of mine... My name, it means one with beautiful eyes in Hindi. I'm not sure how it was bestowed upon me, so I can only guess it was the gods."

Maybe Ichi drank too much. Her small frame couldn't hold a lot of alcohol, but she drank anyway. At least she wasn't a a violent drunk, but she was about to pass out. She yawned, noticing people have already left. What a pity. Her date still hasn't arrived. And he was the one who asked her. She was probably going to hit him in her drunk state. Oh well. She took another large sip, pushing away the almost empty bottle of gin. That's enough, she told herself. Ichi wanted to dance, but to something more upbeat. Ichi loved to dance. Thank the media for teaching her what style. That style wasn't ballet or interpretive dance. It was that crazy hip hop style. The style where you dance like a freak, or a whore. But it amused her. She loved dancing. But there was no one to dance with. She didn't sigh in disappointment, instead she just put her head down on the counter and closed her eyes. Someone would wake her up later.

((Nighty nighty, Unks.))
Soneko had no clue what the man had said about some 'freebirth', and he didn't rally care, either. Though the man was slihgtly taller than him, that made no difference. Soneko still smirked as the man stared down at him. Soneko didn't even blink. He looked at the man with eyes burning with both anger, but yet tamed with a hint of amusement and humor. This guy still thought he could rattle Soneko's cage, let alone do harm to him. A devil...No...A Sinner would make quick waste of this boy in no time.
"You're telling us to run along when you're the one turning your back? Kinda contradictory, if you ask us. And, by the way: you're intimidation skills, if any, are very low. you may want to work on that if you want anybody to take you seriously. And if you were any kind of smart, you would know to A: Not try to egg on somebody who'll wipe the floor with you. B: Never turn your back on an opponent, no matter how weak they seem to be."
Soneko didn't care if anybody heard. He just let it out.
"We just hope you don't raise your child to be as idiodic as yourself."
He glanced over to the fox girl.
"Help make sure of that, will ya?"

Without a word, Keno had left his seat and turned to hug Miyuki sitting next to him, his head resting against her back for a moment as he took deep, slow breaths. He was hoping to slow her breathing down a bit, for he already knew what had happened and knew why she needed him. Poor Miyu. He knew that McKlain would not do anything to harm her, but he definitely could have handled the situation better. He didn't blame the boy though. After all Keno grew up with women, befriended them several times easier, and found talking to them one of the simplest things on the planet. He was a rare man, that was for sure.
Miyu was another one it seemed. He was slowing reaching out and soon she'd be under his wing as well. Another sister? Maybe, but much more distant, at least for now, than the other two. Whatever she would become, she would be family and he'd care for her with the same resolve that he cared for his sisters and the man he might have called brother. He had absolutely no objection to that.
"Let's dance huh?" Soft was his voice, soothing, enough to lull a gentler soul to sleep. He guided one hand to find one of hers and led her out to the floor as a new song began. They could talk while they danced if she liked, and if not, she could at least let her troubles wilt away as she took each rhythmic step next to him. His heartbeat began to radiate immediately, the way it often did when he was in physical contact with someone. Hopefully his calm composure would relax her before the track ended.

Letting her delicate fingers straighten her dress out as her parents take their leave, the tiny demon returns her aqua gaze to her towering uncle. Everyone here is so tall. Growing up with her parents, anyone even near such a height seems gigantic. The conversation becomes somewhat more accomodating when the tall man sits down, almost eye level with Ren now. She pauses in brief hesitation before replying to him, instantly wishing he was a bit louder. The girl isn't exactly deaf, but he's still a little too quiet.
"I guess so. He says I learn fast, so I suppose it could be worse."
Quickly lifting her arms to her hips, she rests her hands just above her belt. Ren takes a few seconds to examine her uncle, unsure what to think of him just yet. His aura feels strange when compared to her mother or father, like he's incomplete. He doesn't smell like an Orinian either. Perhaps Papa doesn't like uncle Deity because he smells funny? The little child tosses this idea away as rubbish, unconvinced someone as great as her father would dislike a family member over something as trivial as body odor.
Prepared to question him about it, her soft lips barely part ways when she sees her aunt Jade practically appear from nowhere - bearing sweets, even. The child's eyes brighten as she sees them, though her narrow brows quickly droop again, that intense green and blue glare of hers finding Jade's face. Her eyes then fall to the candy. Then back up to Jade. Candy, Jade, candy, Jade. She knows better than to indulge too much, but just a little won't hurt her. Besides, it's a gift.
"Yes, please."
Her expression softening into a fanged little smile, Ren happily reaches into the bowl with her right arm and grabs a handful. Narrowing her eyelids and nodding graciously, she brings her hand back out, dropping the candies into the makeshift crevice between her chest and left arm. She takes a step away, then hesitantly moves closer again to take out another piece, tossing it into her little pile. She knows better than to let Ma and Papa see her with this much candy.. so she had better eat it before she leaves.
"Thank you, very much!"
Nodding again in thanks, Ren steps away and glances down at her sweets, then at the door. It's best to head outside first, then home. Looking back to her aunt and uncle, her countenance calms again.
"It was a pleasure meeting everyone. My parents are waiting.. I hope to see you all again soon."
Opening her right arm somewhat, the girl bows, carefully, before standing and turning. Her two short legs carrying her small frame hurriedly by what patrons remain, she waves with a childish smile on her face to those around her as she passes them, stopping at the huge double-doors. Perhaps surprisingly, she aims her palm at the right door, which slowly pulls itself open enough for her to make her way safely through.
